Premier Inn Kilmarnock hotel in East Ayrshire

Another lovely hotel. I love how we always know what to expect eith premiere. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and the parking is good.

It was just about right in every aspect, location, cost, service, quality.

The staff in reception very chatty. Great rooms. Will be back.

I stayed at this hotel for work the hotel was clean and the staff friendly the shower was very powerful and hot It has a very good restaurant on site Only thing there’s nothing within walking distance but was okay for us as it was just accommodation for work

Stayed B&B at short notice. It's unmistakably a Premier Inn but one of the better ones. Certainly would stay again.

Our only complaint is that the elephants above us were noisy last night. There is insufficient noise insulation between floors. Fortunately they went to sleep relatively early. Welcome was nice. Room very clean. Extra pillows available.

Booked this place for two nights and on arrival let the assistant know I needed a working HDMI socket and internet connection. Three rooms and 1 hour later managed to find working HDMI socket ,problem was the free or the pay to upgrade WiFi was not working also there is no phone signal . As I had emails I had to send before the next working day I had no option but to find another hotel . Premier inn customer care team would only refund the second evening on the grounds WiFi is complimentary . Terrible service for a loyal customer.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. A cheap (not brilliant itself) room for the night turned into a 4 grand bill for us to have our car fixed after it was damaged in the car park in the night. While cars are left at your own risk, it does say there is CCTV in operation and we parked with a camera pointing right at our car… turns out only one camera in the car park was actually working and it wasn’t that one! The receptionist could not have cared less and didn’t even ask us if the car was drivable, we could have been stranded there for all she knew.

Paid for meal through Premier Inn at Cookhouse + Pub I am gluten free (coeliac disease) The prepaid foods for Premier Inn guests had nothing I could eat so I chose sides. These weren't covered by the £13 already paid. However, breakfast was delicious.

Arrived 5 passed 3 rooms not ready was after 4 when got checked in. Customer service at bar not great. Tried to charge for drinks we didn't have. Didn't get good sleep. Kids running up and down corridors shouting, and knocking doors. Service poor at breakfast, order came wrong. Table beside us breakfast was wrong also. Would not stay again.

Very comfy beds quiet rooms can't hear a thing all night. Very clean and well maintained

The rooms were clean and tidy All I was missing was a second chair and sockets on the bed. For people who need a sleep monitoring device, it was difficult without electricity I missed the fried eggs

Not clean we had 2 rooms 1st not dusted properly 2nd had dried blood stains on bathroom floor not good enough

I did not go to a room I visited the eating place attached for a meeting . However every Premier Inn I have ever slept in on my travels has NEVER disappointed
