Three Witches Tearoom in Perth & Kinross

Afternoon tea cannot be faulted, beautifully set out, tasty, fresh and generous portions. I only have one thing which is negative, the place is quite congested and it was very warm, it’s like there’s no air conditioning. I felt uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend going here, you will certainly not be disappointed. Will definitely be going back.

A cracking wee cafe selling wonderful local art as well it tea and food. Food is amazing value for money and the dessert portion sizes will cheer you up ☺️. It serves a wide variety of good quality real leaf tea and thgunpowder green tea is dynamite. Will definitely be back many more times

My daughter treated me to afternoon tea here, it was the best i have ever had, everything was delicious , very generous too.we got a box to take away to have later, the staff were lovely , can't wait to go back 5*

Breakfast was terrible overcooked egg cooked in dirty oil,plus the toast I got with the breakfast was not toasted or it would have been brown, disgusting to even serve food to customers like that.

My daughter treated me to afternoon tea here today. Although I’ve been before this was a first for the afternoon tea. We both enjoyed it immensely. We loved that the savoury selection was served first and the sweet after we had finished that. Both the selections had a great variety and a great amount, so much so we left with some in boxes. I don’t think we’d go anywhere else now for afternoon tea, I don’t think anywhere else could touch this for quality and value for money. As always the staff were so pleasant as well. We didn’t have a dog with us but love how dog friendly it is ( we have brought a dog in the past) . We had reserved a table as not to be disappointed as it’s a busy wee place. Had never been before and didn’t realise you really need to book. Nearly all tables were reserved but the lovely chef and waitresses asked a couple to move to a smaller table so that they could squeeze us in. Had the halloumi, pesto sourdough special… was incredible!! We shall be back. :D

Great lunch with the family. Helpful staff and delicious selection of soups, sandwiches, toasted sandwiches and paninis. Great portion sizes. Didn't have room for cakes but will be back - probably for the afternoon tea that looked great.

My friend treated me to afternoon tea at the witches - one word - delicious. Freshly made sandwiches, wraps, mini quiche and sausage rolls to die for! Then the sweets - a scone that was so good with jam & cream. Traybakes and a fantastic strawberry/blueberry tart. We had to ask for a box to take home what we couldn’t eat. Honestly this was the best afternoon tea I have ever had. Everything so fresh and tasty. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Loved it.

Nice place for lunch. Generous portions and a good selection of choices. Lovely traybakes and scones. The bacon rolls are also very good. I like well cooked bacon and it was perfect.

Was horrified when a staff member petted a dog and then returned behind the counter to serve without washing hands. Needless to say we won't be back.

We went to the 3 witches for lunch on Saturday 2nd and it was amazing. There was 4 of us and a dog and from the start we were made to feel welcome ( the dog more so haha) a wee bowl of water and biscuits were brought over for her which we all thought was a lovely touch. The food was amazing and we didn’t have a long wait for it to arrive either. We were so full that we wanted a cake but had to get them to take away for later. They were equally delicious as the lunch had been. Definitely going to be a more regular place for us to go from now on

We've been here several times. We are not what I would call regulars but we've always had a good experience. Coffee great. Scone great. Ambience good but on this occasion spoiled by yapping dogs. We had a dog for years, we are not anti-dog, but the post covid obsession with "furry friends" assume that everyone in a cafe is happy with their yapping. Please adopt a dog policy and enforce eg no barking, yapping, blocking passageways etc

Visited today to enjoy the banana waffle, which is the best I have ever had! In addition the staff are lovely and the prices good.

Went yesterday for my sisters birthday. Ordered an afternoon tea. Was spoilt with the beautiful homemade cuisine. Sausage rolls were divine. Huge amount of food, we got to take home as too much. Well worth money. Staff were attentive and polite. Highly recommend

Lunch at 3 Witches Tearoom was terrific. The portion sizes were large and delicious. The little shop has cute and had a good selection from local artists.

The menu offers a great variety of options, and the staff are incredibly friendly and engaging. The food is delicious, and the cakes are served in generous portions—so large, in fact, that the staff thoughtfully provide takeaway boxes to enjoy later. It's also heartwarming that they support Hogscroft Hedgehog Rescue by selling items, adding a lovely touch to the experience.

We have driven past this place many times but decided to go here for lunch today. The food was amazing and the soup was fantastic. It was very busy and we had to wait a short while for our order but it was worth the wait. Friendly staff so we will be back.

Absolutely outstanding visit. Food was amazing but you better come hungry, it’s the biggest portions around! Staff were fab and super dog friendly. As soon as we sat down the dog was served first with water and biscuits without even having to ask. They have a doggo wall of fame 😻 I had a proper (with fruit) coronation chicken tattie and couldn’t finish it 😋😋😋 I complained to the chef because I simply didn’t have room for cake 😉 He said that he’s a feeder 🫣🤩 Can’t wait to go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful dog friendly tearoom with a quirky twist. Very witchy. The food is absolutely delicious, plentiful and very good value. Dogs are very welcome and will probably get a position on the doggy wall of fame. Great service, great food and a great doggy friendly tearoom. Highly recommended. 👍👍🐶

Saw this on Google maps and popped in. What a find! Many tables were pre-booked but we were accommodated. Had a fabulous tuna mayo panini and lush blueberry waffle. Coffee was excellent. Will be back!

Ordered soup, main course & coffee. Coffee came first then the main & seconds later the soup. When I asked why they have brought it all together I was told that I never asked fot it to be separate, my reply was I thought I didn't need to as I thought it was common sense that I would have the soup first then the main course. By the time I was finished the soup the coffee & main course was cold. When talking to the manager while paying he said that they were busy & short staffed. End result, I won't be back.

Came for lunch and a coffee after a walk with our cats in the area. The coffee was very nice and lovely a hot. I also had the soup which was very tasty and hot! They had gluten free bread which was very much appreciated. My one criticism was we felt slightly unwelcome. I’d read online the place was very dog friendly so I figured it would be a great place for us to bring our cats. The staff didn’t even acknowledge our cats or offer us water. We felt like we were getting judgemental looks and that they really didn’t want us there. I covered the chair in a blanket before the cats sat on it, and they were quiet and well behaved throughout. After paying I offered to wipe down the chair and table myself to which they declined. All in all decor is lovely and food is great however we won’t be returning as it feels like this establishment just wants dogs, not other animals. We felt quite unwelcome which isn’t a great feeling!

I have driven past the Three witches Tearoom for years now and i finally got the chance to stop off and enjoy a bacon roll, a latte and a lovely strawberry tart in a lovely tearoom with friendly staff and a great selection of food to try, it is worth booking in advance to avoid disappointment - it does get very busy !!! i went at 10am and it was quiet, so i guess booking for early/mid morning is not essential, parking is a bit limited though, but well worth a visit - also a gift shop in the tearoom too.

Afternoon tea to die for . Absolutely delicious with equal amounts of savoury and sweet each as delicious as the other. Would thoroughly recommend.

Came across this wee gem quite by accident. Beautiful setting, friendly staff and excellent food. It's also dog friendly which is an advantage. They are so popular they meed a bigger car park. Well worth a visit and will definitely be back 👍

We are regular visitors to 3 Witches and it is brilliant every time! This time we ordered a Mothers Day afternoon tea for two to takeaway, which consisted of 2 large boxes of sandwiches, sausage rolls, quiches, scones, tray bakes and strawberry tarts - there was so much delicious food, such good value and everything was top quality and homemade. The attention to detail was great, including butter, jam and clotted cream for the scone and teabag for a cuppa too. The photo attached is afternoon tea for 1. I highly recommend visiting 3 witches, it's wee gem, great food and good service.

We popped in for a quick lunch with our dog. The staff were so lovely and spoke to the dog too. They took a photo of him to put on their doggy gallery wall, which we loved. The food was so good and served quickly and by a lovely waitress. We will definitely be back

Absolutely love coming to this gem of a place. Lovely atmosphere, great staff and fantastic food. I had the chicken wrap today, absolutely scrummy, wrap was packed full, some tortillas at the side with side salad and coleslaw, with a dressing of blood orange balsamic vinegar, nearly licked the plate, was so good 😃 Hubby had soup and sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed his Resisted the delicous cakes that are always on offer!! Would highly recommend 🤩 Looking forward to my next visit 😊

10 star plus. What an amazing find, wish we had visited on day one of the holiday. Really clean serving fabulous quality food in huge portions, fresh, hot & tasty. (See pictures) Panini came with homemade chutney (wish they sold it in the gift shop) & coleslaw. Staff really friendly & helpful. Best to reserve a table as it can be busy. Parking both sides of building. Don't miss a visit if in the area, worth a wee drive too.

Had visited on a saturday, nice sandwich, soup and half sandwich very filling, my sauce was chipped! Went following Tuesday, 3 coffees and scones/muffin, good service, nice scones, every saucer was chipped, noticed by my friends!

Lovely welcoming dog friendly cafe. Pepper even had her own water bowl, plate of biscuits and her photo taken for the dog wall! We have lovely hot fresh Cajun soup with a sandwich and a salad. Delicious. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to the 3 Witches. Lovely little shop as you go in. Beautiful little tearoom, tables well placed, very comfortable seats. The food was fabulous. I had the soup & sandwich. Soup is homemade and the sandwich generously filled, came with salad, coleslaw and tortillas. The portion was generous and all ingredients were fresh. I was looking at what other tables had ordered and everyone had a generous portion. I was being greedy and had a slice of Cranachan cake which was homemade and too hard to resist. Also had a coffee to accompany the cake and the coffee was piping hot. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, service is quick. We are booked to go back next month as it’s so good. This is a little gem of a tearoom right on the roadside. I would recommend you book a table as it’s very popular at lunchtimes alternatively they serve lunch up to 3pm so have a later lunch. The 3 Witches is definitely worth stopping for, don’t drive by it’s so worth stopping

Great wee cafe offering beautiful soups, toasties, panini’s and home baking. They also sell lovely gifts in the front of the cafe although these were all quite expensive. Food very reasonably priced and fantastic quality with lovely friendly staff.
