Very friendly staff and the pizzas were lovely and really good sizes. Will definitely go again.

The food was just o k. But the service was disgusting. When I asked for a coffe they had no milk. Terrible. 2 cocktails had to be sent back . Only payment by card but we were told tip’s have to be in cash. I would not go back again.

Really disappointed with our visit. The food was nice but far from what we expected.. we were a table of 9 on a very quiet Tuesday afternoon. We all had drinks except a driver who asked for water.. FOUR times! Our meals were ok but very sparse for the money with lots of dry crusty edges leftover.. two of our cocktails were made without some ingredients and were so bitter we had to take them back to the counter.. no staff to ask! They did make them again but the guy who was waiting tables was clearly very unhappy about it.. and to be honest he was unhappy about everything it seemed and we felt like we were intruding! It was odd and uncomfortable.. After our main meals just one person wanted a dessert and one wanted a cappuccino… 5 minutes later the waiter returned to say they had run out of milk and offered her a black coffee! … then a £280 card only bill but were told ‘the tip can be cash’ .. Minutes later his shift finished and he vanished out of the door. There was a young waitress who took our payment and she got it in the neck a bit really but in all fairness she was lovely and helpful. Never again though will we celebrate a double birthday and eat here.

Came in for a work solo lunch and really enjoyed the food. Traditional sourdough pizza with lots of different options, pricing not bad for city centre. Would go back for sure.

Nice pizzas and very friendly staff in there including the manager who paid very good attention to our needs when we were there (group of 6 including 3 children). Peaceful and quiet. Clean toilets (important). Thanks for looking after us well. We'll be back for sure!

First time at a 3 Joes. Sourdough pizzas very light, good choice of toppings all really tasty, house slaw delicious. Friendly helpful service, good to see the food being prepared. Decent prices. Look forward to trying the mac n greens next time.

First of all I just want to thank the staff, especially the woman who looked after our table of 4 very loud children. I had contacted them previously in regards of booking a table for 5 for my sons 10th birthday and they went above and beyond for me. Nothing was to much hassle, they even took the cake and bought it out with the candles when desserts came out and honestly they made it so stress-free without any hassle. It was such a pleasant experience, I can't thank the staff and especially the lady who looked after to use and ensured everything was going well. I wish I could give more stars because 5 doesn't give you justice at all. A really big thank you xxx Prices were beyond reasonable, £72 including 4 childresn meals (inc starter, main and dessert) 2 adult mains. 5 diet Cokes and 1 sprite. 🖤

Great service on a busy Saturday night last weekend. Our Host Laura was attentive and amazing! Our drinks came so fast and the Serrano ham pizza was amazing. Will definitely be back 😊

Distinctly average food and experience. Pizza really lacking in topping. service was ok, nothing about this place is special but not awful. It’s not expensive, you pay for what you get!

Visit coincided with price slice offer so good value. Sat in a booth so plenty of space. Staff were polite and helpful. Super short walk to carpark. Outdoor seating area for summer months.

Came here today; I had the meatball pasta bake and my friend had the barbecue pizza. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff are very friendly. Inside decor is lovely and clean. Will definitely be returning 🙂.

Been here numerous times, quick and easy meal out. It also helps that the pizzas are very delicious, especially with the sourdough base. Nothing fancy but one of the better pizzerias in lincoln.

Never have I had pizza that tasted of nothing. I don't think they taught their chefs to season anything because I couldn't taste the pizza sauce (which was supposed to be BBQ) and the sauce was watery. The sourdough tasted of nothing. And the whole restaurant was freezing. If your customers are wearing coats, you should probably do something about it.

My friend and I visited this place as we had been wanting to try for a while. The food was nice and so was the service, we thought the man working was very friendly and planned to return. Sadly after I got home I had an upset stomach therefore I wrote to the restaurant as I was unhappy that I was going to miss my birthday night out. The man was originally very apologetic and confirmed that this would be looked into etc. my friend then went down 2 days later as we hadn’t heard to ask for a refund as we both ended up with upset stomachs and it had ruined our night out. Refund was given. I then today have received a very long and patronising email explaining the ins and outs of food poisoning and how it must have been some kind of virus as you can’t get food poisoning within an hour, when a simple google search will tell you that you can. Really disgusted by their reaction, a simple sorry and confirmation they have followed their food safety etc would’ve sufficed without accusing me of lying/being stupid. Would never return.

It wasn’t too busy when we arrived but picked up a little later into the evening the service was super fast and our waiter was very kind, service was very good. He came back to check on us after the food arrived , and asked if we needed anything else. The pizzas were lovely and served to us very quickly. I even got to take away half of mine as I wasn’t able to finish ! Good price for very good food. Will definitely come back

Decided to try this place whilst working away . After reading reviews this place got the better reviews than another establishment in the city centre . So wish I had tried the other place to be honest , greeted by a friendly guy who eventually took the order. From ordering to the food arriving was 10 mins . Ordered the meat up and at £14.95 I expected something a bit superior than what arrived (see enclosed picture) next to nothing toppings wise plus temperature wise wasn’t the best . Wouldn’t recommend 👎🏼

Great service but very bland and lukewarm pizzas. This restaurant is very cozy and nicely designed. Unfortunately the food is not up to standard so I would not return.

Lovely food, waiters are very kind, food came quickly. I like the industrial look of the place with lots of plants, but it's a bit of a shame that not a single one is a living plant, but that is just a tiny thing

Myself and husband stopped in on the 24th November, wasn’t very busy for a Friday lunch time, quick to be seated and took our order and hubby had a pizza and I had meatball pasta and both of us really enjoyed the food and staff very attentive and very clean and welcoming place.

Thanks so much to the team at Three Joes Lincoln. Really appreciated being able to spread out and work (until closing !). The pizza was delicious - very tasty - and the service excellent. Thank you !

Mediocra, that's the best word to describe this place. Me and my party had a selection of 4 pizzas and 2 starters. The general consensus was that the pizza were okay but nothing special for price we paid. Although they were large they had a lack of toppings and sauce. The starter were expensive but were the nicest part of the meal. Overall poor food for your money. The drinks are daylight robbery, they really are taking the micky. With a coke costing nearly 4 pounds. The salted caramel milkshake was worth the money as it was full of flavour and a good size. The decor was nice but limited room for big family's. Service was good and prompt so we tipped regardless of the quality food. I would probably avoid unless you have a big wallet and want basic pizza. Overall not impressed won't be going again.

Nice experience. The Mac and Greens had a bit too much chilli in it but it was still enjoyable.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant in the heart of Lincolns new shopping district. Service, food and atmosphere is great here and you'll definitely not leave wanting. If pizza is you thing then Three Joes will satisfy! 10/10

Visited today with my mom and 2 teenagers. The food was excellent and served promptly, but what really made this place stand out was the service. My mom is disabled and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate her. I’m so thankful for the two women who served us, and sorry I didn’t get their names. I hope that they get the recognition they deserve for doing their job so brilliantly. Thank you both! We will most certainly visit again.

We went here a few months ago and it was fantastic, couldn't fault it. Our most recent visit however couldn't have been more disappointing. We don't get many date nights so when we do get to go out and it's this bad it's really gutting. The service was incredibly slow and when we did get our pizzas they were bare of toppings, cold and the most odd, incredibly chewy. I'm very hesitant to believe that the pizza dough was fresh, it had been sitting around a good few hours at the very best. Such a shame that it's gone downhill so quickly

Great pizza, great friendly staff

A little underwhelmed, been here twice to try it, great atmosphere and friendly staff, however food was a little light on the toppings both times. First time I ordered the special serrano ham and gorgonzola (with honey and chilli flakes which I could not taste) and second time the aubergine parmigiana - literally got 5-6 black olives, less than a handful of chopped aubergine and 3 basil leaves. Lovely light sourdough but just the toppings aren't worth the price. Not sure I'll be returning 😕

Let's step back and provide context. Pizza chains are popping up like fungi after autumn rain: Franco Manca, Pizza Pilgrims, and Three Joes. Several weeks ago, a couple of times a cocktail at Three Joes in Sincil Street. Too late for a coffee in a coffee shop, I had popped in for a coffee, then changed my mind, decided upon an espresso martini. Overpriced, poor quality ingredients. Sadly typical of a chain. Everywhere is serving cocktails, cheap ingredients, lack of skill, big mark up. Three things I noticed on these visits, overpriced pizzas, gimmicky starters and always empty. Trivia cards to distract from slow service. A pizza parlour would be pizzas, nothing else, not unless an Italian restaurant. The plastic greenery outside sets the scene, it screams cheap and tacky. It is contributing to plastic pollution. Should we not be avoiding businesses that are trashing the planet? Contrast with coffee shops in Athens, fresh flowers on the tables. I don't see people sitting outside. Not quite true, I don't see their customers, I do see customers from the fish n chip shop from across the street. Early in the week, a table with dirty dishes, overflowing ash tray full of dog ends,no one had bothered to clear or clean. Tuesday of last week, I thought I'd try an over-priced pizza. No sooner had I set foot in the door, a young man came running over. Enthusiasm, if nothing else. I was told I was not allowed in on orders of the general manager. He looked embarrassed, forced to be the messenger. Asked why. he did not know. General manager of the company, a little pretentious if of the pizza parlour. The general manager lacked the courtesy to speak to me, and sent an underling to carry out their dirty work. I never did get to try their overpriced pizzas. For pizza I recommend - Dough LoCo - Slow Rise During the day try Bar Unico, an Italian cafe with reasonable food, always check the specials, fresh flowers on the tables, tables cleaned as soon as customers leave, and reasonable pizzas cheaper than Three Joes. For cocktails - Lincoln Jazz Cafe For coffee - Coffee Aroma - Madame Waffle All my recommendations are local businesses not chains,where they take pride in what they are doing.

Attended during a work social for a table of 12. Nice decor and pleasant vibe. Good location in the middle of Lincoln and reasonably priced food. Some of the pizza was a little too greasy for my tastes, but nice enough. I'd added caramelised onion to my pizza and was happy with the end result. We were left to it for the most part, so a little more service would have been welcome. When asked for seasoning or additional drinks when the waiting staff came near, the service was prompt.

Superb pizzas and an amazing venue. Beautiful sour dough bases and generous amounts of toppings. The staff could not have been nicer!

Outstanding ! Both food snd service were simply wonderful in this light, airy restaurant. The special of the day, Serrano Ham with Gorgonzola on a white sauce sourdough base drizzled with honey was probably the best pizza i've eaten in over a decade. The other pizzas eaten by my group were well received and cooked to perfection. Service was fabulous. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Visited with my partner and a couple of friends. A perfectly ‘okay’ visit. The atmosphere and decor does scream ‘chain’ but still nice. The staff were perfectly fine and polite but lacking friendliness and warmth. A few smiles wouldn’t have gone a miss. The pizzas on the other hand were delightful, exactly what we wanted. The potato sides were okay, small. My main gripe which some may disagree with as a negative is that that food came out way too quick. It was relatively busy we ordered drinks then food when the drinks arrived. I would say our food arrived between 5-10 minutes. We arrived at 7 and was eating by 7:20. While some might love this I prefer a meal out to be a bit more leisurely. But that may just be my opinion. I won’t rush back but I wouldn’t avoid either.

Had a lovely family meal here this afternoon. The Neapolitan base on the pizzas is nice and light and perfectly cooked, while the toppings are original and varied. Service was efficient and friendly. I'll definitely be back again, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE turn the air conditioning down a little!

Had an issue with my pizza, the manager swiftly delt with the issue in a professional manner, replacement came out swiftly and was delicious. This is our second visit and the only issue we had. Lovely food.

Really nice little restaurant, OK it's a chain, but the food was good. Really great idea to put trivial pursuit cards on the table to have a bit fun with before the food arrives. The pizza was lovely.

We can easily make nicer pizzas at home. They were slightly undercooked and rather forgettable. Why spend £40 or 50 when we can have fun cooking together and it's considerably tastier for just a few quid? We won't return.

We had a lovely first trip to Three Joes in Lincoln for dinner! 🍕 The kids menu was very reasonable at only £5.95 it included a Houmous & Veg Sticks starter. Kids Pizza or Macaroni Cheese and Ice Cream or Sorbet! The kids menu had activities & crayons provided. Each table also has a fun activity which would be perfect for an ice breaker if perhaps heading on a date! My pizza was also delicious, the pulled pork 🤤 The restaurant itself has a gorgeous vibe, perfect for families or to meet friends. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

First time we had been and it was great. Service would have got a 5 however there was a mix up with drinks and we were charged for it at the end which once pointed out was rectified without fuss.
