The Yogurt Tree in North Down

Been going here for years, been good place to go to for the whole family (all be it on the expensive side) as an option for all the family given my daughter suffers from allergies. However took my daughter this week for a birthday treat and will never be back. I paid with card, their system was slow told it declined although it had gone through on my card was made to feel like I wasn't wanting to pay, told if I pay again and it goes out of my account a second time I would get refunded ...I did and it did leave my account again but because payment isn't showing on their system he wouldn't refund me. Now both transactions sitting in pending on my account although both funds are out of my account. Still waiting for it to sort itself out. Just be careful if paying by card! Never felt so embarrassed and made to feel like a thief, my kids ate their froyo alone whilst mine melted and I had to ask for take away cup for my hot chocolate as I was made to feel like I couldn't stay. Never ever be back again. Will be double checking all transactions made here over last few months.

Lovely little cafe located on Hamilton road in Bangor. We called in because a neighbour had got us a gift voucher but will definitely return as the raspberry and white chocolate scones are to die for and very homely atmosphere.

Really nice place. Bit on the expensive side for the frozen yoghurt but it's a treat. Smores brownie is really nice

Sadly, I can only give 5 stars when this place deserves so much more. The frozen yoghurts and toppings are to die for, and the coffee/tea and tray bakes/scones are out of this world. Staff members are lovely and really helpful. Love the place.

A lovely little cafe that offers savouries, home made cakes and frozen flavoured yoghurts. Also has an escape room above it which I plan on trying .

My favourite spot for pastries and baked goods in Bangor, and the only place doing Frozen Yogurt! Especially enjoyable on a warm day. Lovely cosy seating and delicious speciality coffee - and the best service! The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, love coming here for a quiet cuppa

Good coffee. Also do hot chocolate, tea and yogurt smoothies Tray bakes & scones available too. Their '15s' are brilliant. They have vegan tray bakes now too.

I only found this wee gem tonight while waiting for someone locally. Guys working tonight were friendly, and happy! The coffee was tasty and hot, and the caramel square was great, and let me tell you I like my caramel square! A new (to me) coffee and treat stop.

Very nice coffee shop - excellent for children & young adults - a variety of different flavoured frozen yoghurt dispensers in one of the walls. Nice coffee & snacks as well 👍

It was luvly and service was fab!

Went with some friends for a cuppa and some cake this evening. We brought the dog too which was lovely as he was allowed in too. Had a lovely cup of tea and shared some tasty brownies. The frozen yogurt looked delicious, so would love to return and give that a go. Friendly staff that made us feel welcome 🙂🙂 Loved the decor and the atmosphere was great 🙂 Would certainly recommend a visit.

This little artisan coffee shop is outstanding. They always vary their batch coffee to keep things exciting and everything is made in house

We did the Narnia Escape Room at The Yoghurt Tree. It was absolutely brilliant. We had such a great time. It was challenging and so much fun. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back when their next room is ready.

I always enjoy the frozen yogurt, scones, drinks and treats. It's also a nice place to sit in, though I prefer it when it's not too busy. Highly recommend it.

Very nice place, but ended up quite expensive. The frozen yoghurt is coated by weight, but you are not told this at the start. Then once the kids have filled the cup you find out an ice cream (yoghurt) has just cost you a fiver.

So aesthetic really small and cute all the workers were so friendly and helpful and it was really reasonable price

My iced pumpkin spiced latte was delicious and not overly sweet. The staff are always friendly, too!

Went out with the grandson who is 5 and he insisted on going here and I pleased that I did good staff very helpful nice yogurt ice-cream and snacks.

Fantastic little coffee shop with yogurt of various flavours on offer as well. Serves most of what you'd expect a coffee establishment to sell as well. The crowd there has been typically younger in my experience. Oh and they even serve a lil doggie treat too if you have a furry friend with you who is hungry too. Ask about their escape rooms as well, that's how i found them. Fantastic experience.

What a lovely place the staff are absolutely 1st class my motorbike chain let go out side the shop young fella working there 1st pointed out to me I had dropped my keys then came over with a coffee what a lovely gesture offered me to sit and wait inside if it gets to cold owner should be very proud of there staff

Visited the yogurt tree and I was pleasantly surprised. It was such a cute little space, from the seating areas to the flavours of yogurt to all the toppings. Even on a cold night frozen yogurt would go down a treat as you are sure to stay warm with the cosey blankets provided to customers. Well thought off guys. My absolute favourite thing was a couple walked in with their beautiful retriever and it appeared to be accepted. I love this as we definitely need more dog friendly places in NI so this made me very happy. Staff where so friendly and ensured we didn't miss out on any yummy treats that where available. I felt that this would be a cool place to go with the girls for a catch up. I will definitely be back with the girls.

All the baking is done in-house and is second to none. The scones crumble with freshness, just ooze flavour and are simply filled with blueberry or apple or almond or . . . The staff are all friendly, courteous and helpful. Hygiene is of the highest standard. The customer really is important here. Just a beautiful place. Well worth a visit. Only a minute's walk away from the tranquility of Ward Park, where I sit with coffee and a 'fig and wild orange brownie' from The Yogurt Tree. Perfection. Oh, and they do lovely yogurt with an array of toppings. Yum.

Lovely place. Was there just as it opened had a lovely freshly baked cinnamon bun. However staff members friends came in and they were extremely loud and staff member was sitting having a conversation with them while working didn't look very professional. As it's a small space their conversations travelled and ruined a lovely peaceful place

This is a really lovely little spot, with delicious frozen yoghurt and a variety of toppings. It's got a 'hygge' vibe with cosy blankets and cushions in muted colours and lots of natural wood (or wood effect) used in the decor. We love connecting with the 'family tree' by writing on the brown paper rolls which ask customers to share thoughts on a theme or question, and it is a great spot to just relax and enjoy the quirky mugs, and tempting traybakes. There is quite often a dairy free yoghurt option, and as payment is determined by weight, it's up to you how much fruit or sweet treats you want to load onto your yoghurt selection. If you haven't been in and you are in the area, put it on your list!
