Food was absolute trash no salt on seasoning didn’t listen to dietary requirements

food is not great quality for what you pay for. not enough hollandaise sauce and egg had run everywhere, if you are paying for egg Benedict there should be an adequate amount of hollandaise sauce

Workers Cafe is more than just a place to grab a coffee. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with a cozy vibe and you’ll often see people attending one of the events they host such as open mic nights, there’s always something going on, creating a real sense of community. The staff are very warm and welcoming.

Lazy and incompetent waiter......my mineral water came in 20 mins having ordered the main meal. Meal was particularly dull. Don't bother.

Unfortunately, the top had come off the vegetable mousaka, and had spilled everywhere

Quality of food is always good, unfortunately the 2nd time whereby an ingredient was missing. The first time, ordered sausage, bacon and egg but no sausage, didn't complain, these things happen. However, ordered sausage AND bacon bap, received just sausage bap.

poor customer service. continuously send the wrong items and refuse to communicate or rectify.

Extremely poor service. Coffees took over 30 minutes to arrive. Waitress kept forgetting items (missing breakfast items, missing cutlery even though we asked multiple times, had to go up to the counter for milk for our coffees as never arrived).

missing items!!! No answer on phone to resolve. Had to call just eat for a refund!

Leckeres Full English Breakfast

they continuously send the delivery with missing items and then refuse to answer the phone. This has happened multiple times and seems to be a habit. Poorly run cafe. Taking peoples money and not making an effort to deliver what was paid for

missing items nearly everytime i place an order with them qnd they continuously refuse to answer phonecalls qnd take any responsibility for their mistakes or offer any resolutions. Terrible service!

Great food - extensive menu. Offered us a high chair and were very accommodating to our pram. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant itself has steps but has outdoor seating at the front which is accessible.

That's the place I love it in Islington. You can find everything you want. Friendly people, fast service, polite customers, fresh food, organic coffee. I can say many more things but I leave it in your discovery :) highly recommended.

My first time at the cafe and I really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and especially the service. Pelin really looked after our table. Can't fault it. ⭐ The strawberry macaron was very very nice 🙂

We travelled from Suffolk to attend a wedding at Islington Town Hall. The location of the cafe was ideal. It was an extremely enjoyable visit with lovely food and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Love this spot. Amazing coffee and the sweetest staff. Also super dog friendly; me and my pooch live around the corner and come by all the time!

Great place at the heart of isligton!

Google states the cafe is open from 08:00hrs arrived around 08:10hrs! Staff outside smoking, no good morning, had to ask if they were open as there was no one serving. Was told to take a seat as they had a late night, so we're late setting up, yet by 08.50hrs all they could mange was two flat whites both tasted like weak lattes. Complete waste of time, what happened to the 10/10 service you use to get @Workers Cafe. Went to Chapel Market all cafes operating at times advertised.

The number of appetizers is a little less, but the atmosphere is not bad, thank you. Appetizer prices are a bit high.

This place does it all! Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and even live music shows on weekends. The food was great, definitely recommend!

I like the De Lux Mediterranean but I don't think the jam works. Even the olives feel a bit out of place. But nevertheless its a tasty breaky. The french toast is tasty and simple

Our friends were playing live at this café, we came with our own drinks but still ordered drinks for each of us at this café cuz we didn’t wanna be rude. However as we were sitting inside the café, one of the staff/ owners approached and informed us that we brought drinks from outside of their café. He made it very awkward and confusing by not offering any resolution. So we moved outside and decided to get ready to leave once our friend was done packing — Hadn’t he made us feel super uncomfortable, we would’ve ordered more drinks and food as we were planning to. Surprisingly, the same staff approached us two more times when we were sitting outside, whilst the rest of the male stuff were sitting nearby our table and eyeing on us. All of these made us feel extremely uncomfortable at this point (we are a group of young girls), since again, after we had put away and stopped drinking from our own drinks, he didn’t offer any resolution and was repeating himself over and over. Therefore, we will never return again, and DO NOT COME as this is not a safe space for young girls / Asians

Good spot with outdoor seating, was people watching at the wedding across the road. It’s a shame with the food you don’t get what’s on the menu. Instead of 2 sausages you get two slices of one sausage, half a portobello mushroom instead of the whole one. No toast accompanies the med breakfast. Very greedy and you don’t get any value for what you pay for. Disappointed.

We eat here far too much, our local cafe. No ordinary worker’s cafe! An extensive menu, fresh home made food with a friendly service. Ordered this super healthy brunch ‘Angus Special’ and their delicious shakshuka.

i went with my girlfriend. it was my birthday. they give me free prosecco and dessert. manager was very kind and food was amazing. i ate burger steak baguette it was definitly amazing. and i highly recommend coctail STRAWBERRY DAIQUIR..

Such a good find! The menu has something for everyone, more specifically healthy options too if you're on a diet (like me). GF, VE etc. I like that the food isn't ultra processed and that it's made from scratch.

Workers cafe is a little jem, so happy to have found it, the food is great and atmosphere is the kind of place you want to stay and hang out all evening. Really looking forward to going back and checking out their regular gigs, apparently they do everything from comedy nights, rock nights, open mic nights and everything inbetween.

No frills straightforward healthy menu. Everything was very fresh and very tasty. The staff is very friendly. We felt like we were in our home. Most definitely recommend it.

We had mocha and tea before matinee at the Almeida. Live mellow jazz trumpet on Sunday early afternoon. Friendly and good humored staff, great atmosphere. My new favorite café.

I came on a Sunday evening for my friend's birthday, she had a Spoken Word night. It is a great venue, cozy, lovely, friendly staff. I had a very nice rich chocolate brownie.
