what a tremendous atmosphere staff are so friendly even when busy they take the time to attend best place in the area by far full day of fun for all the family

We went on Halloween, there were attractions for children, it was really cool, but the security guard was a bit rude to my son. Today again the security guard was collecting cups in the games area and I offered him my cup to take, and he simply refused. That was not nice, I will most likely not return.

Nice place, good setup with pool tables and extra amenities. Bar service was a little slow but nothing too bad, will visit again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved Windsor Complex! The food was amazing, and the drinks were spot on. There’s so much space, making it perfect for families, couples, or groups. The parking facilities are excellent, and the arcade is loads of fun. The bowling adds another level of entertainment. A brilliant spot for a fun day or evening out. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the service was brilliant. The food, which includes both English and Indian cuisine, was amazing. Definitely recommend the food. The new owners Suk & Jas have completely transformed the dynamics of the place, making it definitely the one entertainment spot in Birmingham. Everything all under one roof- bowling, arcade, pool tables & good food. Worth a visit, we will be back again. Our new local.

Surely it can’t just be me who finds it extremely coincidental that your staff are now being offered contracts after me reporting you to HMRC😆 after “promising them a contract” and never giving it until now, what AMAZING timing

Saw this place appear on Instagram. I visited on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm with two of my nephews. It was completely empty when we arrived and the lady I believe her name was Nisha was very polite and helpful. We initially booked the bowling, we were given a shorter lane for no apparent reason howver it may be because the lady thought my nephew was quite young (10). There were a few glitches with the bowling howver they eventually resolved by themselves. The bowling area as you can see from the pictures is decorated nicely with graffiti, the arcade is also in the same room as seen from pictures. The games were enjoyable for my nephews. There was one incident where a machine took £1 coin and did not work. I let the lady know and she said she was unable to access it and I would have to write my name and number for her to give this back. I chose to not to leave my details for £1. We also played 1 game of pool where the tables were ok but a bit close together which could be an issue when its busier. Food wise I ordered peri peri loaded fries (picture was taken in bowling hall with low light). Chicken pieces didn't seem of the greatest quality howver overall the chips and sauce were nice. Parking was a slight issue to find as the streets around get very busy. Just to note when ordering the food on a Sunday the Indian menu is only available after 3pm.

Great place and a fun environment.

One star less for the overall rating as vegan food was not mentioned in the menu. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by the place.

Been here a few times with my family. 1st time, I spoke with the owner and told him that I couldn't believe I'd never heard of this place before and told him that it was a lovely place to bring my family. Im a mom of 4 boys. im always worried about if it's safe where they are when they go out, but there isn't any need to if they go here. Great food and facilities. Pool , bowling and arcade, and a friendly atmosphere. Really friendly staff and brilliant service. Came today for food and bowling. Got home to realise my son had misplaced his phone. Called and straight away the bar lady I spoke to, knew that my son had left his phone. Spot on , 💯 staff. Really couldn't rate them enough. Would give this place 10 stars if I could ❤️

First time visit wasn't sure what to expect. From the outside you don't get on the size of the complex. Once inside you would certainly think about dr who and his tardis! The bowling section is certainly set up for an enjoyable experience great place for families nice menu with a good selection including English food! The curry's arnt too bad

Came in today after hearing the advertisement on Raaj FM. Beautiful place with loads of activities for the kids and lovely family environment. Ordered some food to snack on with our drinks and unfortunately, utterly disappointed with the quality of the food. Only ordered some fish pakora and chilli chips. The service was reasonable and the time taken to bring the food out wasn't too bad. It seems the food we were served was either pre-cooked and reheated or cooked by an complete novice as it was extremely salty. The portion was fairly disappointing too. With only 6 fish pakora on the plate for £8.50. Not value for money at all. The chilli chips aren't chips they are fries although the chilli coating was decent. Overall impression, good place to come for a bit of entertainment and games. Brilliant atmosphere for families and adults. Would not eat from here again. Rather go to the Red Cow pub down the road.

A lovely place if you want to go with your mates have a few drinks play pool bowling arcade machines. Haven't tried the food yet but service is bang on. Spent a whole day here a few weeks back and had a great time. Parking is not the best but it's a brilliant establishment for Bearwood/Smethwick.

An amazing establishment suitable for the entire family. Pool, bowling, arcades, food and music, what more can anyone want? They even have viewings, Boxing, soccer and other events. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can only recommend the Windsor Complex for a great time.

Went with some 5 year olds and parents for an evening of bowling. We sat down for a chat while we waited for the others got in straight away after for bowling. It was a fun night. After bowling, we ordered our food and were waiting about 45 mins with some hungry kids and adults. As soon as I went up to ask what the delay was, the woman at the bar went to get it sorted, looks like they were now about to start to make it, so waited another 15-20 mins. I had a chicken curry and naan which was delicious and other moms enjoyed their meals. Wasnt too keen on the kids meals. We still go back because the bowling is good, and I get a curry for myself and chips for my girl.

Amazing team night out nothing but fab service and amazing staff who go above and beyond josh did he best to keep us happy and here for hours 🙂😜

Haven't tried the food yet but I'm new to the area customer service including the security was spot on made me feel like a local great for pool and also ten pin bowling I could see a family spending time in there during the night

Change machine took my money and provided no change and staff refused to check their cameras as proof of putting money into the machine and said my money was fake after paying for their bowling

I've been here twice with my family to go bowling. We had a great time, the staff are really helpful and friendly and it's great to have somewhere local to entertain the children. I also love that there's a special lane for young children with small bowling balls if you want to use that one. I'm sure we'll visit regularly.

Absolutely shocking! I went in on Saturday night and was approached by a lady called Kerry who said I looked familiar, she then proceeds to tell me she knows who I am as I am friends with her ex partner and proceeds to shout and swear behind the bar in front of other staff and customers how she hates him and his new partner who happens to be a friend of mine, I have been told by locals she is volatile and brings a lot of drama to the pub, such a shame because I was enjoying my night until she brought her private life into work and proceeded to tell the whole entire pub swearing and screaming! Unprofessional and disgusting the owner allows it to be honest! She is the reason a lot of locals I know do not enter as she causes unnecessary drama find professional staff who actually bring customer service to your place and do their job properly without making people feel uncomfortable who only want to enjoy drinks with family and friends she’s an embarrassment to your pub!

Went in to ask about hiring their back room for a party. It has been done out very nice. Will have more to say if I get to hire it. Staff were helpful and polite

Good food good beer and good entertainment multiple rooms so you can watch the football aswell over all a brill pub

unfortunately food is bland & the drinks in general are bloating, they certainly using baking soda in food to bloat people, which was once if not now used in buffet meals to keep costs down! wouldn’t recommend it! quiet place if not dead, staff are polite! beer in genres like carling are at £3 a pint but again unfortunately heavy & bloaty on stomach! wouldn’t go again n neither recommend

We had a great meal as usual at the Windsor Complex Tandoori Chicken salad and Fish Pakora and a Curry Excellent food 😋 Chef is an asset to the Windsor and also Clare always goes the extra mile a great working ethic. Can't wait for the next meal there!

This is place is massive once you’re in, back room has two pool tables as well a huge bar. Didn’t eat but the food smelt good. Crazily cheap prices, paid £6.50 for a Guinness & a cobra
