Went for a catch-up with mates, not been there b4, good atmosphere & staff, foods great & reasonably priced, well recommended.

Absolutely awful service, ignored by the blonde bar maid whilst waiting ages to be served. Steak chiabatta was tasteless and chewy, price of a pint of moretti was 5.50. Won't be going back again.

We caught the train to Cardiff and had a drink here before we went. It's a large pub with a good selection of food and drinks.

First time I been here and was very pleasantly surprised as food was delivered quickly, was delicious and quite reasonably priced , will definitely be going again x

We arrived to a packed pub on Friday evening with 3 young kids. Kelsey couldn't have been more accommodating - she was fantastic. She took it upon herself to give us table service, helping us to avoid the crowded bar area. Noting we had young kids in tow, the food came speedily and was delicious, in particular my stir fry. Thank you so much Kelsey and Windsor Hotel! It is also situated in a beautiful village.

Lovely fish and chips and always a good pint. Really great local pub with friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

Food is delicious. My favourite is the stir fry but was dissapointed last time when they had taken the option of cauliflower bites with it. Had side salad instead which was lovely.

Service and food was fabulous 100% I will be back.

A group of our residents go out for lunch often, and the food at the Windsor has always been of good quality and cooked to perfection and the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Lovely place.

Nice Sunday roast and really good value

The best Sunday lunch I have had in a long time! The portion sizes were great, plenty of gravy and a good variety of sauces. Being a non meat eater, sunday lunches can be very dull, but this had all the trimmings. The desert was plentiful and tasted sublime. Well done The Windsor on getting it right 🙌

Food is always spot on. Great value while the staff are lovely. Lots of sport on and a great beer garden...with TVs for sport as well!

The Windsor has some of the best "pub grub" you can get! We regularly go with our 2 boys and we leave with empty plates. Always 10/10!

Just had a family meal here for Easter, the food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Brilliant atmosphere too. Thank you so much for the chocolate easter bunnies for the kids, such a lovely gesture! We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Popped into this pub to meet and watch a football game. Treriifc atmopshere, good range of drinks and convenient parking. Would recommend

Celebrated my daughter's 40th birthday and couldn't have asked for anything more, excellent food and service and a brilliant atmosphere.

A really enjoyable visit here. The food was excellent and without fault. Service friendly, in a comfortable environment. (Great value meals.) A fabulous find, and would love to return if in the area again.

Excellent pub food, quick service, plenty of friendly staff, good relaxing atmosphere, good for sports of just a nice meal in the week if nothing on 10/10 rating. I have been here several times and always had excellent quick service and great good value food, two can eat for under £20 so best value pub in the Pontyclun area.

Excellent pub for a relaxed, comfortable meal with friends or family. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, adding to the great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. Food order arrived quickly and didn't disappoint. Highly recommended.

Disappointing Christmas celebrations; unsafe policy with regards to fighting which involves locking all patrons in the pub; young staff (most of which are female) are left to fend for themselves.

Had a lunchtime meal which was good value and always hot. It was very cold in the pub!!

Food is always great here, the atmosphere is always nice. Great with the family and accommodating with the little ones. Food here is great. To top it off the staff are amazing and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough ❤️

Marvelous pub, food was brilliant and for 2 main meals for 14 quid you can't go wrong.

We booked a table for 5 people, one who was wheelchair bound. Firstly, the 1 blue badge car space was occupied by a car not displaying a blue badge. Had to squeeze car behind bins after blocking entrance whilst getting friend into wheelchair. No signs saying disabled people to use back entrance. We use ramp out back, had to move all tables and chairs to get wheelchair through to door. Had trouble getting chair through door as there was a trough/ hole on door entrance. Really struggled to get in building. No help from staff. We were placed at other end of restaurant as we were a table of 5( 1 couldn't make it). Had to push wheelchair up another ramp which had highchairs all lined up there. Top of ramp, we had to ask people to move their chairs as couldn't manoeuvre wheelchair around them. No room. All in all. 3 of the 4 meals were excellent but the child's meal was unedible. Overcooked and chips had been dipped at least 3 times.

Didn't have food so can't rate it. Nice place, as per usual.

Cracking little pub. Has a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Staff are great, food is excellent and well priced. Pop in regularly for a quick bite. They clearly take pride in the food and elevate above simple pub grub. Highly recommended.

Had to wait over an hour between starter and main course which was an all day breakfast. The quality of the food was very poor.

My husband and i visited lunch time today for our anniversary. Never been before but heard food was lovely. Ordered starters and main and was stunning. Great service, lovely atmosphere and the prices are reasonable, will definitely be visiting again with our family.

I haven't been here for many years. This used to be one of many watering holes when I was in my twenties. I must say I've been pleasantly surprised today with a beautiful beef dinner. There is plenty of meat and veg with a gravey boat if required. I had apple crumble and ice cream for dessert. I highly recommend this establishment for Sunday dinner. It was well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Called in on the off chance on a sunny day, big internally and clean, staff friendly and helpful locals nice and friendly didn't have food but what I seen looked nice, a bit pricey for drinks, only a few people inside so can't comment on the atmosphere but the vibe was good, outside area was nice and clean but! Only issue for me was sitting right next to the road overall I would definitely go back.

Had a very good Sunday dinner with the family, only really went after seeing the excellent sprout side dish online but will happily return and recommend. Great service from our waitress Lucy too, she sang along with every background song and offered to duet with any customers on their favourite tunes. Well worth the cost of the meal just to hear her fantastic voice.

Lovely pub, great friendly staff, overworked at times mind! Very tasty food and good portions. Great for sport or conversation and outside in the summer. bliss :)

Steak cooked to perfection! It was a busy international rugby afternoon.service was limited...the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The food was exceptional, atmosphere was great and service was fantastic.
