The Windmill in Uttlesford

The pub was very busy when we arrived and extremely noisy. Happily we found a small area towards the back of the restaurant where a lovely gentleman named David was working. Welcoming people and taking orders. Such a gentleman. Calm, efficient, took the time to explain ways of payment. A noisy group of youngsters were spoken to quietly, immediate reduction in volume. Our food arrived surprisingly quickly considering how busy it was. Everything was hot, cooked well, and nicely presented, 2 drinks, fish and chips, ham, mushroom pizza plus side salad, £42, happy with that. And excellent service, thank you David x

I love this Spoons. So convenient at the airport. The service is average and when it is busy it is really slow but then you sort of expect that. The food is good and the drinks plentiful. It is just nice to sit here to wait for the flight. Prices are great too.

I couldn't expect something like what i had, thanks to the waiter at the entrance david of the restaurant in the stansted airport; An increible man that was working professionally and couldn't expect anything like he is, wonderful food Ssubjested by him and not a machine and an incredible amazing service thanks to david and professionally. The app wasn’t working so a lovely young girl who works here called Kitty helped me she was absolutely fantastic I go away a few times a year I will definitely come back in
