This is a hidden surprise. It really did feel like a proper pub. There was a lovely atmosphere

friendly staff and pub is so much better with a decent landlord i will use it much more

Not somewhere you would take the missus. Full of egotistical old men who think they are gangsters, much better pubs in the area, The reindeer, the Alexandra, the fat cat.

Haven't been in this pub for years, pleasant and welcoming staff, relaxed atmosphere, 3 handpumps, range of draft beer's. Lots of indoor & outdoor seating. Think food is available!

Nice little pub with traditional flavour and well priced drinks, tucked away from the busy city life, outdoor space with tables and an outside trailer with good food. Will visit again.

This is a good clean pub with a nice atmosphere. They have fish and chip bar in back garden now with best fish and chips in Norwich. We took the kids there last night and sat in the pub to eat our fish and chip which where very good value for money. So the beer they pull a lovely pint and it's one of cheapest around.

What a change since the refit! Can't believe they difference. Well done to the landlord. Great point of Camden hells

One of the few proper pubs left in Norwich, but don't go otherwise it will be so packed, me and my mates won't get in. Top landlord and barmaid, though the barman is a bit too camp for a boozer 😂 I know every pub in Norwich and i rate this on the top three of proper pubs

If you're looking for a pub like they were back in the 90s... Jackpot!

A proper local pub that has escaped being turned into some hipster gastro-pub or being turned into flats!! Hopefully it stays that way.
