Very disappointing visit. Bacon ‘ bap’ so dry I ended up sharing my daughter’s toasted sandwich Muffin really cold! Cappuccino more like milky coffee. Had to stand and wait for hot food meaning hot drinks were getting cold. Very expensive I felt for the quality we received.

I got two cupcakes and two baguettes from here. I had a ham and cheese baguette which was delicious, the bread was fresh and spongy. The cupcakes were not bad. One was quite icing heavy, and i'm not sure the icing had been paired correctly. The other one was their jaffa cake one which I was surprised had orange in the middle but I think would be delicious had I been prepared for that!!

Good coffee had bagel and sausage bap. Both very poor. Bagel not good sausages tasteless. Expensive for small snack. Would not return.

Popped into today for a quick visit. Was served by a lady called Lucy who was absolutely amazing. She made the visit so good I’ll be recommending this place to everyone

Raw foccacia, warmed in microwave which made it melting and falling appart in hands, overpriced for poor quality and poor service offered, dirty dishes on tables with only couple of customers arround, will definately avoid this place next time

Staff were lovely but I can honestly say that was the worst ham and cheese panini I have ever had in my entire life. Had I made that at home it would've gone straight in the bin. Like if it was a choice between that and nothing, I would advise eating nothing. Warm bread (not toasted), no butter, one thin slice of cheese which was obliterated into nothingness by the oven, and about 4 slices of slightly-above-room-temperature rubbish ham. It was somehow cooked both too hot and not hot enough. Genuinely the driest, dullest sandwich I can ever recall eating. Normally, I would just eat it, regret my decision, and remember to never buy food there again, but that just doesn't feel like enough today. I didn't even finish it. I do severely regret spending that £9. Hot chocolate was alright though.

£9 for a black coffee and simple sandwich, sat at a wobbly table on an uncomfortable chair. Worst value for money in the city.

My daughter (2 years old) called in for a quick snack and drink. It was very clean and plenty of high chairs available. I grabbed a coffee and absolutely delicious hot bacon and Brie panini. The service was quick and friendly, they brought everything to the table! Prefect for quick bite to eat and drink on the go! Thank you

Been awaiting an order I placed over 2 hours ago! The live update has not altered since 12.15!

Service was outstanding and the waffle sandwich was amazing. The strawberries were sweet and didn’t taste like plastic. The place is very clean as well and a thousand times better than Costa and Starbucks. I didn’t taste the coffee because I don’t drink coffee, however I saw other people enjoying their coffee

The service was great. The coffee was very average, too much milk in it. The iced tea was made as instructed and was good. The sitting area is also very nice

Always go to B&B when shopping in Norwich for great coffee and the best muffins I've ever tasted! Such a vast selection of flavours and so delicious! Now have to deliver one to my sister and mum every time!

I arrived rather late today and Jasmine had already turned off the machines and started to close down. Despite this her customer service was impeccable! She offered to turn on the machines to make me what I wanted. I appreciated the offer but was content with a cold drink. This is amazing service and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much. If only more places treated there customers like this. Also I really hope Jasmine will get recognised for her wonderful approach to customer service! 😊❤️

B'B's is a great place to relax with a cup of tea or coffee and to enjoy one of there delicious home made food

To be honest it's not my usual go to coffee stop .... But I found myself there on a Sunday morning to use up 30 mins whilst waiting for the Boots Chemist to open. I did order a coffee as part of a breki deal and was most pleasantly surprised. Nice welcoming helpful staff on the day and the food and coffee was well worth a visit.
