The quality and variety of the seafood dishes here are great. White linen tables and very good service. Very good wine selection. Worth a drive from anywhere.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is charming and we really enjoyed our lunch here on a cold blustery winter's day.

Duncans Tearoom

22/12/2019: We were going for a work meal out and this place looked like it fitted the bill and we weren't disappointed - it was amazing!
06/02/2020: Hadn't booked and so really pleased they could accommodate my daughter and I as we fancied cake and a cuppa. We were made to feel very welcome and ordered a piece of dairy-free chocolate cake and a piece of curd tart. Both were gorgeous, fresh and tasty. Just had to be a great place as we learned that the lady who served us was from Doncaster, our home town. Thank you. We are so glad we chose Duncan's for our treat.

Mill Race Teashop

19/02/2020: Delighted to find this little tea shop open in February, between Storms Ciara and Dennis, we stepped inside to a warm welcome and surprisingly large menu. Wishing we'd not had a big cooked breakfast at our B & B I chose one of the many varieties of loose tea available - a British blend of Cornish (!) and Assam tea while my husband was pleased to find a pot of decaffinated coffee available. I couldn't resist a spicy toasted teacake while we enjoyed reading about the history of the mill on a laminated sheet. The Wifi code was on the table and was fast enough for me to upload the photos I'd taken of the Falls. Prices are extremely reasonable and we wish this lovely little cafe the success it deserves.
15/04/2020: We popped in here for a cream tea. I had a sweet one and my partner had a cheese one. They were both huge and excellent.
