Ate here with my husband tonight… the quality of the food is just incredible - lamb shoulder was melt in your mouth and hens egg to start was full of flavour. I couldn’t fault the service, lovely waitress and amazing value for money. Wish we lived closer! Thank you !

Very friendly staff. Very good food and ambience. Nice to have an open fire going at this time of the year. Hubby and I both had the lamb main which was delicious. We're in Llanteg for a week and are coming back to this restaurant before we go back to Kent on Friday. We'll done to the new owners and we wish you all the best for 2022.

Fantastic food and drinks, excellent service in a welcoming environment and we could even take our dog who was made to feel just as welcome as us.

As a chef myself, I appreciate a good meal! Absolute perfection. Well recommended. Lisa was so welcoming and the food cooked by Oscar was amazing. I never write reviews so this has to be outstanding!

Five of us visited this weekend. We all had a thoroughly good evening, helped by excellent menu, really exquisite tastes - from the vegan aubergine tahini dish to the salmon and samphire - everything on the plate was a picture. The pavlova delicate, sweet and tangy all in one. Not rushed and friendly staff. Really a fabulous evening and one we will come back too.

Visited this restaurant whilst staying at a cottage nearby. Lisa was very good at responding to my messages via Facebook and was equally welcoming when we arrived at the restaurant. My partner had the Salmon and I had the Crab Linguine. Both dishes were beautifully presented and really tasty. Although we are Pescatarian, it was really nice to see two lovely sounding vegetarian/vegan dishes on a menu of 6 dishes. We then followed this with the Black Forest and the Lemon Meringue Pie, both were excellent. The service was very slick and Lisa was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

Wonderful front of house from Lisa, made to feel so welcome...the food was superb, the location a pleasure and interior warm and comfortable.

Best meal out I have had for a very long time. Great service, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Classy and unusual place. Will definitely be back again. Looking forward to it already.

This Pub/restaurant has been taken over by new owners and was an amazing place to visit. Food was perfection, the chef is clearly very talented, especially the desert! A lot of effort has clearly been put into the decor and the beer garden was delightful. Can't wait to visit again!

Good vegetarian food options, really delicious desserts, lovely garden setting, great service and hosting. Highly recommend a visit.

Quirky Blessed with an exceptional chef and landlady A gorgeous menu fit for any of the top restaurants I've been too. I had a beetroot, feta and hazelnut quiche with an Asian salad, my husband had the breaded Mozzarella and Mamma, smoked salmon with green beans and sautéed new potatoes. Truly, I should've taken photos but too busy eating! The tiny touches with nasturtium garnishes and served on wooden platters made it such a great experience. We followed with a Gooseberry tart on crushed pistachios and chantilly cream. Again, delicious beautiful flavours and exceptional presentation. Do yourselves a favour, although off the beaten track, go, find it and savour❣️❣️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Went for birthday meal for my sons birthday. Limited menu due to covid but one of the best meals I have ever had! Lovely atmosphere and brilliant staff. 5 stars

After a very warm, masked, welcome we were shown to our table. The decor is wonderful, tasteful, quirky, wood tables and pews, light and airy. The hostess was very helpful, efficient and could not do enough without being overly attentive. Now for the food....fabulous in...

The Wanderers Rest is housed in an old building close to the front of the Llanteglos Estate. The menu is clear and covers all the bases. The food was delicious and well cooked. The atmosphere created by the friendly team is relaxed, warm and welcoming....

Stopped for a break on way back from West Wales. The food was excellent and steaks cooked perfectly. The new look is fresh and extremely comfortable. Very good service and the modern attention to detail throughout the pub and the restaurant service is spot on....

We always make a trip down to see roger and jeni when we come down to Pembrokeshire. What a lovely little gem of a pub. They serve nice local beers and the food portions are hugggeee, and tasty, always good after a long 6 hour...

We were staying in the caravan park near here and popped in for a pint and some food!!! Absolutely incredible food and reasonable prices! Landlord was welcoming and friendly!!! Will definitely go back here
