The Moot Hall Tavern is a wonderful pub my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into as we were pub hopping around this part of town. A wonderful pub,two roomed, traditional interior, a solid wood serving bar dominates the main room, tv's to enjoy the sport, pubby decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Mill Hill ,on TripAdvisor this pub is listed as The Waiting Room but it's most definitely called The Moot Hall Tavern. We were here on a Wednesday early afternoon, we ordered a John Smiths Brewery " bitter " each, these were served in excellent condition, we just kicked back, chilled out and took in the great pub we were in. My bitter was really good, an underrated beer style but I have always enjoyed a well kept bitter ,a cold, smooth brew with a slight nutty essence, very refreshing indeed. We both really enjoyed our bitters in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to The Moot Hall Tavern we had a great time . The Moot Hall Tavern is easy to locate along Mill Hill. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, Midday till Midnight. A great pub ,if you're in the area most definitely well worth checking out.

The Moot Hall Arms is a superb pub in Leeds that offer a good beer range and is located by Leeds train station. Formally the Waiting Rooms this superb local pub has a traditional pub interior with TV screens and many interesting features.A craft Union pub in an excellent area of the city centre where there are many pubs and bars. This was the first pub we visited on day three of a four day trip to Leeds and what a great little pub it is with friendly staff and well kept beers. On entry we gave our track and trace details and took our seat in the main bar area and as it's still table only one of the staff came to our table and we ordered a few glasses of bitter from the John Smith's brewery which where well served and well priced. This is a superb pub and well worth visiting as the staff were excellent'I say this as I think there was a funeral wake being held in here and they still let us in for a quick beer.A great pub and one we will visit again on our next trip to Leeds.Very easy to find from Leeds train station its a short walk.(This is my first review of the Moot Hall Arms).

Overall this is a great little pub. Can get busy on a Leeds football game day but that’s not a bad thing as lots of friendly people to chat too. Bar staff are very welcoming to all and are willing to chat to you. Couple of 📺 on the wall for sports so if you want the channel changing just ask it is possible. Beer 🍻 is not over expensive compared to other pubs within Leeds. Overall a great beer, a good welcome and a nice atmosphere 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 5 stars 🤩

Booked a room here for a work related meeting. Staff were extremely helpful and laid on a very nice buffet for us at good rates. All round nice atmosphere and will definitely call in again.

A group of us had an area out the back reserved for us after work. + Guinness was decent pint. + it has potential. - dart board is dried-out and doesn’t receive the arrows. - cheeseboard was pretty rubbish; whole loaf of dryish bread with cheap cheeses. Brie in particular had no flavour and it was served with supermarket pickle and pickled onions! - lacked any sort of identity in my view but it did used to be a pretty unpleasant pub.

Always welcome in the shop and the staff are polite and very happy to see you. Don't leave you sat there in silence they have a fun conversation with you. The food is very nice indeed and cooked perfectly. They do nice little touches like writing the number of the dish on the box so you don't get the wrong meal with your rice or chips. The only thing I wish they would change (along with most Chinese Takeaway) is to allow you to use card as not always have cash or a working bank machine nearby but it's a small niggle and I now make sure I always have cash in my wallet 😎
