The Vinery in Hartlepool

Really good. We ordered salt and chilli chips, curry sauce, noodles, prawn crackers, chicken balls, and spring rolls. Everything arrived on time and piping hot. The delivery driver was lovely, and the food was really well wrapped. Even my picky friend loved it, which says a lot! We had plenty left over too. Would definitely order again.

Shocking food. Food was submerged in grease, 98% cheese, chicken was slimy, tasted like a frozen microwave meal. Staff didn’t know what was going on. The only good part of the meal was the fact I didn’t have to pay for the monstrosity.

Ordered food and took 25 mins to make even though there where people with bigger orders after us. When I went and asked how long food was gonna be the woman was extremely nice and said I'll bring it over once it's ready, a male worker was extremely rude and had ago at me saying how they just needed to make our drinks. The food was extremely cold and modifications due to allergies had not been made. Food had to be remade.

Had food here last night with wife and kids. We where taking to our seats.we put our orders in what we wanted.me kids got chicken raps and chips so did the wife. I got the double butterfly burger.i went to the toilet no sooner I got baci from the toilet our food was on the table only about 5 mins from us ordering.my wife rap had black chicken in so she asked the manger to come over to take a look.he was a really nice guy to be honest he replaced her food. But she didn't want to eat it now but did anyways.i had mine was allrite not the best food I've had here we have been lots of times before.anyways my wife has been ill all night stomach cramps. I've been up most of the night been sick and stomach cramps my kids don't feel too got either the must of not cooked the chicken right or something because we're all not well today.my daughter has a phobia of been sick aswell she is in a right state today now all because we ate here last night. We will not be eating at this nandos branch ever again. Shame really because the staff are really nice here the must have been something wrong with the chicken the gave us.

Best Indian's in town, nice tasty food, good price , excellent friendly service, 100% worth tyring if you haven't already
