Great friendly staff the food is spot on especially the breakfast

An American’s first real full English… it was really good! Was a lot of food for the price, I almost couldn’t finish it. Really enjoyed the sausage, toast, and beans. Surprisingly, the black pudding was my favorite. So deeply savory and crispy, I didn’t really know what I was eating but it was good. Not bothered by the tinned tomatoes, though fresh tomatoes would’ve been great! Came with a coffee! 8 bucks. Ladies working were very friendly. Love an unpretentious greasy spoon spot. Thanks!

Always freindly and kind staff that work hard to make you feel special. Food is brilliant and they will change it for your requirements if you ask! Lovely people always there as other customers. Just a jem of a place with authentic British food cooked the way that makes you feel at home.

Perfect EGGS!!! Dippy, not rubbery or lacey. Full English breakfast was awesome and so was the smile!

Service a bit slapdash and we had to 'swap' some items on our healthy breakfast although there was an offer to send the caretaker to the shops for wholemeal bread but the food was good when, after a lengthy wait, it finally arrived. Tbf they've not been open long post-covid 😊

Can't rate this place highly enough.if you are looking for authentic British breakfast then you have found a place that is really welcoming and the food is top notch.

Unpretentious, clean, friendly and a nice environment to eat in or out in a pleasant courtyard. I had a veggie breakfast, it was well cooked and really nice. Very reasonable price. I was absolutely full afterwards. No non dairy milks for my tea, and don't think brown bread is an option either, but hey ho not a problem. Will definitely go again. UPDATE Went this morning. The lady there is lovely. They have non Dairy milks, Brown Bread and gluten free bread.

Order never arrived, called numerous times and didn't bother to answer the phone. Avoid

Got both our orders wrong and didn't bring out the drinks until after we'd asked again, by which point we'd finished. The couple next to us had the same issue. Food was alright.

Can be crowded, and staff sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed, so worth checking orders and prices, but good food, friendly service and very good value for money

Used to come here before, they have totally revamped the places. Simpler menu. Nicely redecorated interior. Good food and reasonably well priced. There is also one the ability to pay by card here so highly recommend poping in for a ckeey e glish breakfast or one of their scrumptious sandwiches. Service there feels like you are part of the family. Warm welcome and like you are sitting down to a meal at home. I simply had a fish finger butty with a cup of tea. Delicious and cooked well. Will definitely be back here again
