Yet another fabulous meal at The Supper Club at The Village Kitchen. We visit an array of restaurants very regularly but have had to become regulars here because it is just so good, waiting, with great anticipation, for their release dates every month. I cannot rate the food and service at this place highly enough. Last night was a delight - every course was a taste sensation from the steak tartare to the plaice, the venison and even the bread. Everything was of the highest quality (and, as my other half would confirm, I’m fussy!). The staff are the most lovely people and so accommodating. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual but, nonetheless, you feel like you are doing something special. The Supper Club should be on your restaurant you have to visit list.

Five star food. Five star service. Five star venue. absolutely delicious menu, reasonably priced and cafe is bright and airy. Seats outside under awnings look good but a little too cold to sit there today. Will be back to enjoy in the summer (if not before).

The Village Kitchen in Holmes Chapel is a delightful dining experience, with its excellent service and friendly staff. Despite a slight wait, the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere more than compensate for any small wait. The menu items, particularly the steak rosti, are exceptional, with the steak rosti is absolutely amazing. The chicken burger also stands out, offering an excellent balance of spice, really good. The service is really friendly , making it a very positive dining experience. Be prepared for only a brief wait, which is a small trade-off for the quality of food and service It delivers a brilliant experience with its superior food quality and amiable service, please go!

Finally revisited after a long time & ordered my usual meatballs & my friend had a halloumi baguette. They take card payments now, which they didn't use to pre-pandemic & the waiter was a tad snarky when we asked if they did. Food was served quickly & freshly-made. The meatballs could do with more seasoning & the side salad wasn't the best, but the chips were nice, hot & crisp. Overall, Konak hasn't changed much. It's still a popular place for lunch.

Good selection on menu, food very tasty and plenty of it and reasonably priced, service was just right not rushed. All the waiters very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant isn't huge so it got very busy, it would be a good idea to book a table so as not to be disappointed.
