Absolutely lovely, ordered many and love it, never had a bad experience, there food has always been nice, warm and enjoyable, makes maccys and burgerking look bang average

Bland food, slow delivery time, and when the order turned up was missing multiple items from the order, then complained about this I was told I would get a partial refund, never received this. Won't ever be ordering from here again.

Came in on Thursday last week, ordered a single burger with jalapenos. It was quite filling considering I would normally want a double cheeseburger. I also was given some fries, they're skin on fries and they came out piping hot. The guy running it was friendly and made the burger look presentable. Some burgers I've ordered from other restaurants have been put together with no care so it was nice he made an effort. Looking forward to them opening a place in Earl Stilton.

Well I live in earlshilton and I checked that my postcode was available for delivery..placed my order.. got all the way to the point of payment.. it asked for my postcode again. Then said my postcode was incorrect and wouldn't accept... called the shop they said try just eat.. just eat said I live too far away.... I've just ordered from just eat KFC Hinckley... wtf this is further away...... I'm disappointed 😞

30 mins late and still waiting

The food can be amazing & overall I'd currently still recommend, but the quality can be hit & miss. My previous order was 10/10 - crunchy fries, hot food, delicious milkshake, all delivered quickly. Today though, the food was late & cold on delivery, and all 3 of the milkshakes were missing, which was a real shame

Lovely burgers really delicious and succulent. They got the shakes that make you quake. Loaded fries you'll act surprised

Not only is the food absolutely fantastic, but the lighting and raw material decor is great. Ben is also the best and deserves a non tax deductible raise

Previously gave udderguys a high scoring review but for last year this place has fallen off a cliff. Not sure how they cook chips but they are more salt and oil than potato and came cold and soggy. The burger was cold and also soggy to a point where a spoon would have been good enough to cut it. Just to top it off the website didn't apply the advertised discount code and the delivery took over an hour. Recommend avoiding struggle to do much worse shame.

Missing some items, ordered fries with burger which didn’t come, wrong milkshake, overall quality not great which is a shame because we usually love udder guys. Pretty disappointed but wasn’t given the option to be able to contact the restaurant

Waited an hour for delivery, chips soggy in bag, burgers soggy and cold, food clearly left waiting for delivery for ages, total waste of money

This is a fantastic little burger place. You can build your own burger with loads of options, they’ve do some great cajun fries, and their milkshakes are amazing too

Burgers delicious , similar to Five Guys , Mac & cheese so tasty , skin on fries . Large portions. Milkshakes amazing . Delivery service was prompt

The mac n cheese was the best mac and cheese I've ever had from a take away it was lovely! The skin on fries were good too. unfortunately I did recieve a beef burger when I ordered a chicken burger. The burger itself tasted really sweet and I didn't eat it but I would order again to try the chicken burger. The milkshakes are absolutely amazing you can actually taste the flavour unlike other places which just tastes like vanilla ice cream! 10/10

Best Gluten Free Burger in Hinckley

The best burger I have had in a good while, the fries were delicious and the key lime pie was on point. I am super satisfied with my meal and how it arrived.

I only really ordered today to get two of my favourite milkshakes you send the straws but no milkshakes not happy …..not happy at all I was really looking forward to them . Feeling let down.

Please review yr bread rolls, not sure if u are freezing them or changed supplier but they are hard and stale consistency and ruin the burger…not been a one off, the same the last few times we have ordered

Love this place! It's one of the very few places I'm able to have a burger at as most other places now use soya flour in their bread. Thankfully these guys don't and the burgers are fantastic. They tend to over salt the chips but have no problems using no salt when asked and I add my own amount at home.

Burger was nice, unfortunately the chips were completely inedible as there was way too much salt and I didn’t even ask for any.

Always great food and quick delivery

Not as impressed this time, a third of my chips were too hard to eat. Rock solid, been way over cooked. Shame as normally they’re lovely.

Was good to begin with. Recipes and portions changed and don't both with delivery unless you want ruined cold food.

Please do not send the guy who delivered my order tonight again. To busy on his phone and forgot to give me my drinks. I am sure he likes his drum and bass, but my neighbours do not appreciate it. Generally not a good image for a great company.

Mr Udder Guy, what has gone wrong with your cheese sauce on the fries? Tasty burger as always but I haven’t stopped crying since last night over the cheese sauce and soggy fries. I’ll still be a customer mind ;)

I not a local but visited this place from a recommendation, when visiting the area and was not disappointed. Really nice burgers and you can have how you like with various toppings and sauces, I also got skin on fries which were the biggest bag of fries ever ! And nicely seasoned. Would defo recommend to any locals or visitors and way better value and quality than other burger serving chains !

Worst burgers we've had in a long time. Chicken burger was over cooked, dry and tasteless. Beef burger was missing bacon we added, meat was dry, bun was burnt which so all you could taste was burnt food. Neither enjoyable and for the money... pretty disgusting. Wish I'd cooked instead. Very dissatisfied

The food was still hot, It was my first time ordering from here and the burger was so good!! The only negative thing i have to say about my order is that, the cajun fries were a little bit chewy (not all of them but alot of them).

Food was great as always from here. Delivery took 1hr 45m though!

One off the best burgers I’ve ever had

Food was good and came 20 mins earlier than expected however the burgers were incorrect should have been the other way around and the additional fires I paid for with my double didn't arrive, however the Mac cheese fries I ordered was a generous portion. as above my only disappointment was missing fries and the burger's being the wrong way around. Would order again though.

Me and my partner thought we would give this place a try for the first time .they was ok but think they need to ask how you like your burger cooked .they was over cooked and very dry .we added the extras for free but they are very tight on the sauce and missed my onions off .my partner had bacon and cheese on his for a extra 250 and to be honest it wasn't worth it .we did like the burgers and are going to give this another try .but I do think they need to think about asking customers how they like there burger cooked and put more toppings on

Burgers were nice enough, a bit cold by the time they got to us but the worst thing was paying £7 (2 chips, one each added to each burger) for half a bag of fries between the 2 of us, they were almost hollow and the oil they were cooked in wasn’t great ….

Wow this place is just amazing I’m really impressed with the manager the look is brilliant food 👌 the milkshakes like heaven and the helpers are always kind yet it does always seem to be low on biskoff which is a shame but as and idea I think you should do a few samples for customers to try on their first visit for the milkshakes x would totally recommend also great vegan burgers

Food arrived within the given frame for delivery. Burger was sensational. Had Mac n cheese on chips which I think would be tasty in restaurant but for delivery it didn't travel well. Still tasted great.

I ordered the reese's large milkshake, the order was £5.50, not overpriced compared to what I'm used to paying, for a similar size. The astetic of the business is very nice. Good set up, clean and has 5* hygiene which is always a good sign to see. The service today was incredible I walked up, got served straight away, the woman knew exactly how to operate the POS system, she knew where my item was instantly. My ordered took literally under 3 minutes between order and service which did shock me I'm used to waiting longer for a milkshake to be fair, but overall that made me happy with the service everything was quick and efficient. I do think however, potentially was quicker after tasting the product because the ice cream wasn't quite ready. The milkshake was pretty tasteless and very bland, I was getting no flavour from the drink itself, just the occasional: peanut butter, chocolate or caramel flavour ran through which lifted it. It was also very thin, which wasn't the best either, all in all the milkshake was okay, it was very filling and drinkable which is great. it didn't taste bad it's just the competitors around Leicester are definitely serving better milkshakes. This was not nice and not good just: drinkable, refreshing and filling in my opinion. I came here however from the recommendation and the 2 people that recommended it have stated it's normally thicker and tastes better. So potentially it's the ice cream I pointed out earlier not being left long enough in the machine, causing the issue. I don't know what the issue is factually! but they were pretty busy and I'd of rather had an 8 minute wait and a beautiful thick creamy milkshake than a 3 minute wait for a watered down diluted version. But in any case the place looks great the packaging was brilliant I actually love the yellow cup and the plastic straw for a milkshake business is the right choice so I appreciate that. We ordered food for collection around 8-8:30 arrived at 8:05 and got told to wait 15mins. We actually got our food at 8:30. Then the food was missing lots of things, the milkshakes tasted like syrup with no chocolate in. The burgers were missing lots of things and one was soggy with sauce. We also had bacon and cheese fries and they gave it to us with next to no bacon. I’ve ordered from this place a few times and it has been great but I don’t think I will be returning after this

Had to knock a star off as there was no whipped cream on my milkshake, my order was one with & one without. Food was lovely.

Food arrived on time. Although the wrong food. Ordered 2 burgers and both arrived wrong. Didn't ask for salad on either .. got it on both.. ordered a triple with pulled pork got a double with bacon. Ordered a triple with sauce .. got a chicken and bacon. The burger was lovely...so cant complain about that, but the correct burger would have been nicer. tried to call to sort it went to answer phone every time.. not great considering the price of the food.

I'm just sat in their shop in Hinckley now. The worst service I have ever received. I came into store on Thursday and upon arrival they ignored me for around 10 mins while they prepared food. When they did take my order I was made to wait almost 30 mins while they made other people's food. A guy who came 15 mins after me was given his food faster. Rule number one in business is first impressions count. I won't be coming back but please will the owner use this as constructive criticism.

Great value classic and vegan burgers!

The burgers are amazing with a great choice to build your own burger. Chips are great, especially the Cajun chips. Everything was delivered hot and came earlier than expected. Would 100% order from here again. Best in the area!

Udder Guy is our "go to" place if we fancy a shake or burger. The burgers are absolutely AMAZING every single time. The toppings are really yummy and the servers take care to assemble the burgers really carefully too. So filling, fresh and full of flavour. We are slowly working down the shake list. Blueberry Muffin is my favourite. Thanks for the 16th birthday raw onion and the cute message too.

We have been here a couple of times now and we always enjoy it. Milkshakes are Fantastic (Banoffee and cherry bakewell being two of the highlights for me) and the burgers are great with plenty of option. Staff are super friendly too even when they are busy :) will keep returning.

The Udder Guy Burgers are top notch! We love a cheeky takeaway from here, my kids adore the milkshakes and their fries are next level too. Definitely recommend it to any burger fans!

Got 3 burgers and was expecting it to come a good size it was tiny and the bacon was cremated,wouldn’t go again!,wasn’t cheap either,Wednesday just gone,this is just an honest review could of just been unlucky!

Just came in for a milkshake but got the best service, friendly staff very welcoming, good price for milkshakes made in house and the food was good as-well , would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning.
