No restaurant it closed down no COVID care or track and trace all the locals stand at bar with no masks and you have to watch when female staff member fills your glass up with drink that been sitting under tap ( lager)

Came in here for a few drinks once lockdown restrictions were eased. Staff were very friendly and helpful and followed all Covid rules. Interior looks recently redecorated and is homely while also slightly quirky. An enjoyable visit.

I booked the groupon pizza deal for six but discovered that children weren’t allowed in the bar. We were given a seat in their lovely restaurant next door and had various starters from the menu, all excellent, followed by the pizzas which were delicious . Lovely bottle of red wine at a very reasonable price. Staff friendly and service first class. We will definitely be back.

Bought a groupon voucher for a meal for 2 here after reading rave reviews but we were left very disappointed. The pizzas were half cooked, looked nothing like pictures on the menu or online, cheese hadn't melted properly and dough was very soft, definitely not what we were expecting. Service was very slow too but maybe as it was so busy. I don't think we would go back for food and definitely glad we didn't pay full price as it certainly wasn't upto much! Staff too busy chatting to regulars to take notice of new customers coming in the door. Maybe we were just unlucky but the pizzas shouldn't have left the kitchen!

Auchengree is a nice farm shop and tea room but they risk pricing themselves out of the market. The tearoom is cosy with lovely views and pleasant staff. A toastie with a tiny salad at £9.90 is pushing things. Cans at £2.45 is a rip off. A standard latte was increased in price by £1.50 as we asked for oat milk and a syrup, the latte ended up being £5.50! These are bordering on city prices. Not sure if I’d go back.

Wonderful experience! Efficient, friendly staff. Enjoyed a relaxing cappuccino, and a delicious empire biscuit. The restaurant/café is small but very comfortable, safe and clean. Looking forward to going back for a meal.

As always, the carvery Sunday roast lunch was excellent. We visit most week ends for Sunday lunch and are happy to thoroughly recommend. Four meats on offer and at least 4 different veg along with creamy mashed potatoes, roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings. Delicious gravy and various sauces. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Have ordered from here a few times but never a curry. Over £14 for a madras and rice, container was 3 quarters full and had about 6 bits of tony chicken. Never again
