The Tower Inn Pub in East Lothian

Christmas Party nights. Went for works night out we all had a brilliant night. Very well organised and the food was excellent. Everyone in agreement that we will be going back next year.

Popped in halfway through a dog walk & the bar maid Julie couldn’t have been any more welcoming reassured us the pub was dog friendly + the couple of pints of Tennents & small Prosecco were perfect

Picked up our Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea box. It looked amazing. Great value, they certainly didn’t skimp on anything. Beautiful fresh sandwiches, two lovely little quiches, sausage rolls, gorgeous meringues. I could go on and on. Everything tasted brilliant. The best afternoon tea for a long time. You walk in this place and everyone is just so friendly. Thanks guys.

Absolutely fabulous place the proprietor is the best and his manager is the nicest guy also the towe kitchen does brilliant food and they deliver . Laura the manageress is brilliant

Spacious pub with friendly staff. A nice place to spend an hour or so.

The staff and clientèle were so friendly in here, there was an amazing atmosphere, a real community spirit with the locals welcoming in strangers to their community, there was live music on, Amy Baillie who was outstanding.

Nip in for a quick drink and a pie, if you are a keen quizzer join Big Pete and the teams on a Tuesday night or if you fancy a sing song Karaoke on a Friday night is good also.

Nipped in for a quiet one with a friend, we had a great time. Had some food too which was brilliant. Thanks again

Easy plase to drink always welcoming, and pool table to boot.

The only one pub in Tranent where you can drink cask ale. There is only one pump. Friendly staff.

Nice rest after walking through Butterdean Wood. Tennants was cold and wet. Friendly staff, coin-op pool, dog friendly. Cozy and welcoming.

The bar staff are absolutely amazing. Karen, Jenna, Zara, Nikki and Kerri in particular are extremely friendly and easy to engage with. It's a great atmosphere here in the Tower, can't say a single bad word about the joint.

Great local bar! Pool table, live music, great jukebox and amazing bar staff! Jenna's a great bar manager & Kerri and the rest of the bar staff give a great service and you couldn't ask for a better atmosphere. Would recommend to everyone, any age.

Unbelievable staff.....jenna, nicky, zara, karen and kerry, are great crack and they make the atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Such an underrated pub and couldn't recommend more.

Great pub for sport and just a general catch up,wyhen we were in midweek it was busy which was always a sign of a well run pub

Went out for a meal to Thomson and decided to go for a drink we went to the tower first time back in 40 years I played darts in there yeh enjoyed our self's we were told about a restaurant the guys own and they lay on a courtesy bus which is a great idea. Pint bus steak return bus pint canni get any better than that, not tried it yet but will do soon

Excellent classic Scottish pub, friendly and helpful staff who are brilliant to chat with. BT Sport instead of Sky but always a pleasure to visit as the punters are very friendly

Lovely old style bar/lounge, friendly staff. Great range of gin, spirits,beers and lager. Treat yourself to one of their hot pies they are smashing. Recommended
