Love love love. The best bakery ever! The almond croissants are to die for. I had a chocolate twist and lemon poppyseed they were divine. You can taste the freshness and I love how all the products are made on site from scratch, don’t know any other place that does that.

The best bakery in town for sure! Thank you for my amazing chai latte and even more amazing almond Croissant. My son loves the cakes from your bakery, thank you for creating such delicious treats.

I come here less than I would like to- a vast array of different goods all baked on site. Croissants are always popular, the sourdough is excellent- I like the savoury pastries too. Be here early to avoid a long wait!

Lovely vibe, and very efficient staff considering how busy it was on a Saturday morning! First visit, won't be the last :)

Nice baked goods but the service leaves much to be desired. The lady at the counter was getting worked up about my child (a toddler) touching the plastic display screen. My child wasn't damaging anything but the lady was acting as though she was going to break something. If you're concerned about people damaging your displays maybe go with glass instead of flimsy plastic. I won't be coming here again.

Tiny bakery offers fresh baked products which are tasty ( when you are fortunate to get there early enough to buy them). They never seem to have enough stock. Some of the staff are a bit abrupt and lacking in politeness and I’ve found this on a few occasions so it’s not a one off. Can be hard to find parking around here at times.

MUST VISIT! This place does amazing vegan baked goods, and we had two lovely oat milk london fogs as a takeaway which tasted divine! Staff were really friendly too. It's obviously super popular with the locals too. A fab bakery 👌 👏

I really enjoy the pastries in The Tiny Bakery, and I regularly visit the shop. However, their service this morning left me feeling uncomfortable and hesitant to return. The Tiny Bakery offers a loyalty card scheme where if you purchase ten drinks, the next one is on them. I simply asked this morning if they could extend this loyalty scheme to the baked goods. I asked this question more out of curiosity because the pastries and the drinks are similar in price. The tone in which I was replied to made me feel like I was foolish to even ask that question in the first place. Their hospitality leaves me hesitant to return, which is a shame, because their baked goods are nice.

Lovely local bakery. People queue early morning to grab their specialities. Serve fresh handcrafted pastries trying some today can definitely recommend them.

After hearing good reviews about this place I decided to go today with my daughter to have a look at the cakes. When entering the shop the shop assistant was very abrupt and asked rudely for us to wait outside. Whilst I appreciate the bakery waiting area was very small the shop assistant however could have been alot more polite. Having been spoken to in this manner I decided to leave and will definitely not be returning. You need to train your staff to offer better customer service!!

I did read good reviews about this place...so today I thought I would go and have a look with my daughter. We went later in the day , not much left, very popular , and had the hazel nut brownies and they were the best brownies I have ever had I think I won’t be able to eat a different brownie from now on, will have to go back earlier in the day to try other items 😍

The Tiny Bakery is a lil gem in Leicester and I absolutely love purchasing their monthly croissants, pastries and hot drinks. I have never been disappointed with their customer service, staff are always friendly and welcoming. Please note there may be a long queue however it's definitely worth the wait

Everything at The Tiny Bakery is beautifully crafted and delicious but we are big fans of their sourdough bread. We cant wait to try more of their creations!!!

I have eaten many baked goods in my lifetime, but this bakery takes first prize for both best sweet treats and savoury snacks in the country. As this place is in high demand i suggest coming to ensure you get to browse their varied selection before its gone!

Always busy. But the service is great....bread and pastries to die for....coffee is great and fresh OJ. More importantly the staff are ace.

We have been coming here since the shop opened and I must say everything I have had from here has been delicious. The food is good for what you can get in Leicester and it is convenient as we live nearby. Everyone is really friendly at the shop which is great but sometimes you are pressured to quickly get what you want as there is always a massive queue and the shop itself is tiny. There is on street parking if you are lucky. The only downside I would say it is very very pricey, I do get “ you get what you pay for “ but it is very expensive and could be a bit cheaper with them still making profit, especially in times like these.

Bought a seeeded sourdough from here and only realised when I got home it was very burnt on the top and the bottom and extremely hard. Expect better when you’re paying nearly 5 quid for a loaf of bread

This place has been on my list for ages I just haven't had the chance to go as its completely on the other side from where I live. Finally I got a chance today and all I can say is that it dis not disappoint. The croissant are absolutely delicious! Honestly best in Leicester. My kids enjoyed their treats too. I cannot wait to visit again. Now I understand why there are always queues for this place...

Amazing staff, such good energy and all had a smile on their face :) I had 2 deserts and both were fantastic. There is parking on the street too which made it easier. I want to go back and try their sourdough bread as i have heard good things.

Well I stayed in the queue and I can confirm that it most certainly is the latter - they’re DAMN good! This lovely little treasure trove has a variety of delicious cakes and pastries both non-vegan AND vegan! I bought some peanut butter and chocolate VEGAN flapjacks as well as a coconut hot chocolate and they were delicious! The service was friendly and with a smile and we will be back for more ASAP! Keep up the fantastic work.

Almond scones are quite addictive 😀 I love the atmosphere there, and you can feel they do put a lot of heart and effort into making sure every single product will meet the customer's expectations 😀

Cheesecake croissant is in my top 3 tinyB pastries ever to have been swooned upon/ eaten. Lemon curd/ cream cheese and biscuit crumb, topped with a ginger biscuit. It does NOT get any better than this. To think it was only available for two days- how many must have missed out on this beauty!

Great tasting coffee, competitive prices for the area (especially with student discount). Obviously they get the character points aswell due to the size/general vibe of the place, very well run spot and I will be coming back again soon.

This tiny bakery amazes you with its super delicious breads, croissants, brownies & tarts! You can appreciate the love & care with which the products are made. I enjoyed their almond croissant, hazelnut Brownie & sourdough bread! Surely the best place for lovely bakes in Leicester!

It was disappointing having taken two buses to get to the Tiny Bakery for some sourdough bread that, although the shop said it was open, there was no bread and no coffee and no servers to be seen. In fact, the door was locked and this was at about 10 o’clock on a Wednesday morning. To be charitable perhaps somebody was ill, but a note to this effect would’ve been helpful on the door.

I came in quite late so only got a vegetarian savoury (most cakes were still available), I loved it! The flakey salt was a great touch too. I must try and be earlier to try the other goodies Edit: added picture of one of the seasonal treats they offer, pistachio creme pat inside was wonderful.

The best almond croissant I've ever had 10 out of 10. I was a little surprised on why people queue up outside, but after trying the croissant it made sense. Go and give it a try!

They bake the most fantastic sourdough bread that will make THE best toast you ever had - crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. This poppy seeded version is a thing of beauty... Nice coffee too.

It took me 30 minutes to get to the bakery only to find out that they don’t take cash payments only card. I don’t pay by card so I was thoroughly disappointed and really wanted to try some of their goods which looked delicious. I hope they can accommodate other service users by allowing cash payments in the future. :(

Wonderful independent takeaway bakery. Really is tiny and there is often a queue but it does move quickly and the cakes and pastries are fabulous. In addition to amazing bakes the coffee is also good and the owner/manager is always kind and helpful. One of our favourite places!

I don't really understand the Tiny Bakery, they're only ever open for a few hours a day and you can only take away but they are simply unmatched when it comes to cakes and pastries. 10/10, 11/10. I've never had to queue but I've seen the queues and they are well deserved.

Top notch pastries. So much choice I wanted to order it all. Went for the chocolate, hazelnut brioche loaf, pain au chocolate, and chocolate twist in the end. All amazing. They also do cakes, bread, and coffee as well. They aren't open on Sunday, so worth stocking up for the weekend on Friday or Saturday. Take-away only. It is a really tiny unit they are operating out of.

I travelled from Essex to Leicester for this destination, the shop it truly tiny and the opening hours are actually true as in Google. Unfortunately to the traffic yesterday I got a little late to this destination to find out not much was left , and the matcha croissant I got was rock hard and not really any exiting taste to it. I visited today again before travelling back to Essex and there was so many items today and I managed to get a few bits for my journey back. The almond croissant is fairly fresh and tasty the rest I didn't particularly enjoyed but thats to my own preference not their fault.

Slightly overpriced but good products. The white chocolate and pistachio croissant is so delicious! Lovely little place. I will definitely be stopping by again!

Amazing selection of pastries, I also really love that they change the pastries often and have different themes, I am always excited to see what will be next! Must visit if you are in Leicester.

We decided to visit this little bakery due to the reviews and it did not disappoint! We were overwhelmed by the choice of delicious and unique flavoured pastries. Highly recommend if you fancy a nice treat for your breakfast! Just remember to come early as it can get very busy

"The perfect little bakery". Had no idea I'd been past here so many times and hadn't tried anything. They have absolutely incredibly things which all taste amazing and yet the price is not extortionate like bakeries can be sometimes. Will defiently be coming here regularly!

The best brownie I ever tasted and the people were so nice and welcoming

You know this bakery is the real deal when you have queues 8am first thing on a Saturday morning! Expect to find all sorts of baked goods you wouldn't see at your typical bakery, with flavours perfect for any persons liking. Favourite was the Almond Croissant, extremely soft with a scrumptious almond filling this has to be one of the top bakeries in Leicester.

A tiny place (obviously lol) and often a queue outside, however the quality of products is outstanding, the flavours are very interesting, the portion sizes are good so considering all this the pricing is very fair. As an avid baker myself I understand how much work and good quality ingredients are needed to produce good bakes. Highly recommend the lemon and poppy seed danish. I will definitely be returning to try out many other items.

A must visit if you’re looking for something yummy. We picked up a Christmas Yule log made to order and a few pastries for breakfast on collection! Local business freshly baked produce tasted amazing, don’t miss out, thanks guys, we’ll be back soon!

Delicious pastries - a pain au chocolate that was practically the size of my hand! Everything we tried was yummy, so will definitely be back!

So I just moved to Leicester and I am very fortunate that The Tiny Bakery is in my neighbourhood! Everything I have gotten here has not disappointed. Their croissants are amazing, and have such interesting flavours! If you get a chance to try a pumpkin spice croissant, it’s a serious must! They’re stuffed with pumpkin filling that tastes exactly like pumpkin pie but leans a bit closer to a cream. They’re unreal. The cracked pepper croissant is also phenomenal, their vegan treats cannot be paralleled— so tasty (particularly the cherry, chocolate ganache croissant and some peanut butter dolly bar(?)) I feel like I could go on. I’m embarrassed to say I’ve only been here a week, and tried all of these treats but to be fair, everyday I’ve tried something different with my morning coffee/tea, because I’m excited to see what sounds good next! If you’re looking for a fresh loaf of sourdough, they’re also worth the stop. The crust is perfect and the flavour is well balanced. The bakery is run by wonderful staff who are very warm and inviting to the neighbourhood. This is made clear by the steady traffic, in and out of the bakery. While there are sometimes a few people waiting, don’t be deterred, the line moves so quickly and it is truly a testament to the bakery being a daily staple for many.

For a tiny bakery, it is very popular. Plenty of parking nearby, fresh drinks, breads and cakes/pastries. Staff are friendly, service was quick.

This is going to sound like an exaggeration but I promise it's not. I got an oat milk cappuccino and it was the best coffee I've ever had, delicious!

Was visiting Leicester the other day and came around to this place, incredible and atmospheric!

The Tiny Bakery is a gem within the Clarendon Park area of Leicester. It's literally a tiny bakery! The staff are amazing so you'll get a lovely customer service experience. They bake a while plethora of amazingly baked goods to satisfy both a sweet tooth and those that prefer savory goods. As well as the usual baked goods you'd expect from a bakery these guys offer unique twists and innovative flavour offerings. Including croissants filled with sun dried tomato hummus, pear Bakewell, chocolate peppermint croissants and freshly baked sourdough loafs the list is too big to mention! My advice is to go as early as possible so as to not be disappointed. However if you still go late, you won't be disappointed with the 'leftovers'. Most definitely worth a try. You won't be disappointed!

A lovely independent bakery, literally filled to the rafters with the best looking cake display you could imagine. I had a lovely latte and a calorific, peanut butter and chocolate flapjack(it’s okay I’m cycling this weekend). Great products, lovely staff and good service. The independent shops are a bit pricier than the big corporate ones, but there’s no comparison in freshness and flavour for a few pennies more. Walk past Costa and go here instead.

I do love the products yet feel they are expensive ( I travel extensively for work and only purchase from bakeries ) comparing to so many other places. Before and after the lockdown I still get the same sensation that I am always being rushed, I do understand it is a small place and at times others are waiting but it does make me feel uneasy. Delighted to see more vegan options.

As the name says, it’s very tiny but very cozy. Product wise has very good quality. I managed to buy once. And it’s worth for the product, really good and tasty. Staff is not very friendly. I understand that they have reduced hours (9-1) in which everybody works at this time. Apart from that, maybe I’ve just been unlucky, everytime I try to stop by to buy things they are either closer or on annual leave, so it’s a bit complicated to get hold of them. From the inumerous times I tried to buy, I was just successfully once. Make sure you have a second place to buy as well so you don’t get out of your house in vain.

Friendly and the best pastries around!

Tiny bakery has the best pastry in Leicester by far. The reason it isn't 5/5: Service and products vary heavily and often I come in 9.30am to find the shop almost baren. I have to cycle 20mins to get there and its a bit annoying when I got to pick the scraps/ things I didn't want originally. When you go early I often feel quite pressured to get in and out due to the ques early morning, its not great customer service, understanding the circumstances but having a rotation of products at different times would be nice. Another issue was the creme brulee pastry. It was delicious but the caramel was half an inch thick! My chefs knife couldn't break it and had to use my hammer. Needless to say it was a bit unpalatable

Fabulous bakery, all baked on site. Superb croissants, cinnamon buns, brownies and sausage rolls. Be prepared to join a lengthy queue on a Saturday morning - shame the size of the premises limit their capacity.

We have been using the Tiny Bakery long enough to have a clear opinion on the quality of the pastries and cakes, which is simply excellent! Either sour or sweet, whatever you get will taste great! Also, the guys running the shop are kind and friendly with a smile on their faces!

Tiny Bakery produces some of the best tasting pastries here in Leicester. They’re open from 9-1, but it is normal for them to sell out of popular pastries 20 minutes after opening. This, on top of them stopping pre-orders, has been quite frustrating. I have discussed this with numerous other individuals who enjoy their pastries, and we all agree that it doesn’t make sense to not produce more pastries (particularly of those that sell out so quickly), and continue putting new ones in the display throughout the day. The fact that there is little to no pastries left an hour, or even when arriving at 9:20, has not lead to us coming right when they open, but instead has lead us to not want to shop there at all. Individuals having to queue for almost half an hour on Saturdays, of which a few had already voiced their dissatisfaction for the lack of management and capacities, will in long term not lead to increased business but dissatisfied customers.

They always have a delicious range of treats, which change often. Always friendly and welcoming too.

Friends of ours discovered this absolute gem , the pastries are sensational, really friendly staff . One issue ..they just don’t make enough !!!!

Liaised with the bakery with regards to a small 6inch cake order- a month prior to requiring the cake for a birthday. Linzi Abraham from the bakery took 3 days to return our message and only responded when we chased for a response, and unfortunately gave a rather blunt response: "Hi.Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately we are fully booked with cake orders that week. Many apologies.Thank you, The Tiny Bakery." I doubt they are fully booked with orders for that week. We have ordered plenty of cakes from various bakeries in the past (including Violet Bakery in London, the royal wedding cake makers) and have never been told that a month lead time for a tiny 6inch cake is insufficient notice! Will not be returning.

I went in just for a coffee came out with a almond croissant and a coffee croissant, oh my word hands down the best pastry I have ever tasted. You can so taste the freshness in the bakes. Lovely staff, service with a smile. Been back three times already. It truly is a highlight especially in such times.

Delicious, friendly, good value

I love this place! It's been my Saturday morning guilty pleasure this year and one of the highlights of the week during a challenging 2020. Up there with the best tasting coffee in the city and the bakes and bread are all incredible!
