What a lovely little gem on the side of the weir. The host was so welcoming and accommodating. Cute little courtyard with heaters.

We had an incredible lunch experience here! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served at the perfect pace. With chef like Ferhat and Birgu, it's no surprise this restaurant stands out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable meal and exceptional service!

Amazing food and friendly environment, Ferhat and Birgul were very friendly and welcoming !!. The menu had a great variety, service was fast and the ambiance was warm and inviting. A special shoutout to the chef ferhat who personally greeted us and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend !!!

This place is so good!! Visiting from the US and the employees were so kind. The fish and chips were awesome, as well as the olives and the complimentary dish we received (which I’ve unfortunately forgotten the name of). 10/10!! If we ever return to Bath, we will come back!

It is definitely a place I will visit when I come from London. Apart from the delicious food, the staff was very friendly. My daughters loved their burgers and I loved the lamb beyti flavor, I recommend it.

The charbroiled steak dinner was excellent and came many sides. My wife’s ragu pasta was very good as well. The manager was very attentive and the outdoor patio by the bridge was beautiful. Will definitely be back!

HORRIFIC quality food and service at an extortionate price. Claim to serve handmade pizza, given the worst cold and spongy pizza I have ever eaten in my life. 25 pounds for pizza and a pint, absolute rip off. A let down to a lovely city. Avoid.

Our new favourite restaurant in Bath! I came here with my son and we had the most delicious fish and chips in a long, long time. We were personally greeted by the chef and the rest of the staff were attentive and welcoming. We'll be back to try more from the menu - especially the Turkish cuisine.

The food tasted really good. Service was quick, we didn’t feel rushed, and we enjoyed our time there. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. I’d definitely come back again for another meal.

Satisfactory food but small portions for an expensive price. Service was quite poor taking over 30 mins to be first seen by staff for drinks, despite the restaurant being quite empty. Staff also seem to make up prices on the spot. It feels you are paying for the location more than for the food and service.

Friendly but slow service. Shisha wasn't very good and not looked after. It's dumped down and then for 1 hour noone comes to check on you / your shisha, no offer of additional drinks etc. The covered outside smoking area was nice and warm at least even on a cold winter night

Extremely rude bartender. My friend was getting the drinks at the bar and the guy stopped me from using the washroom till the payment was done. Over expensive. Vey unhygienic 👎👎👎

My husband and I came here on a Sunday afternoon, being 8 months pregnant I decided to use the toilet before we ordered anything, on approaching the toilet I was stopped by a male member of staff who immediately asked me where I was going, I said to the toilet, he said it was for paying customers only, I said I needed to use the toilet first as I am quite heavily pregnant and my husband was waiting for me to order. The guy was incredibly rude and said something about refusing the use of the toilet. Because of this my husband and I decided to go somewhere else and I would definitely not spend a penny (lol) at this place. Obviously they think they’re cool because they have hair straighteners in the bogs. The cheek of it.

I left a 1 star review 6 months ago, but since the change of staff, Peter and Molly were absolutely amazing, made the best shisha in Bath for us and took care are of us all evening , will definitely be back, thank you so much!!!!

Can't say anything about the food, but definitely the service is pathetic and the servers are super super super super super super rude !! I went on 20th July 5 :30 pm in this establishment along with three of my friends to enquire about shisha. I wanted to order one shisha for self. The establishment opens at 5 pm and was mostly empty (especially the outside area where they usually serve shisha - ref. pics) The staff bluntly told me that they won't serve only one person shisha while three of his friends just sit along with him. There was no proper justification (I suspect racism since we were all Indians) The only reason he said was tht it affects business (not sure how - since there was no dearth of seating space (refer pics) and we were literally the only folks looking to be seated outside.) As I said earlier, I suspect racism and would appreciate it if any official Bath authorities could investigate such establishments with racist policies to keep outside tourists who contribute towards the UK economy. Such type of behavior from the staff of any customer facing establishment is unacceptable and unethical. Special shoutout for the super rude snoopy waitress who made it a point to come out and again ask us to all to leave while we were just getting up from our chairs and taunting/swearing at me specifically after snooping over my phone when posting this long review. So to all patrons of good shisha and good hospitality - if u don't wanna face rude waiters and racism, please stay away from THE TERRACE at Bath !!

Don't leave Bath before spending time at the terrace! Placed next to the river, you can enjoy shisha and more with a beautiful view. But the best of all is Molly who will take the best care of you x

This was easily one of the worst service experiences we have had. Molly met us at the bar and seemed either drunk, or completely absent. We asked for a drink at the bar and she told us she would ‘make us a surprise with 5 shots’ as there were no menus, and ordered shisha, which we had to take out a bank loan to afford. The shisha took at least 20 minutes to arrive, despite it being relatively quiet (there was a small group of extremely drunk, underage drinkers in the outside tent area - clearly securing customers before their 17th birthday is a marketing technique). Eventually the shisha arrived, tasting very little of anything (molly had said she would give us a surprise mix - despite asking, we were never told what the surprise was. It tasted suspiciously like air, with hints of “strawberry mojito”) but there was still no sign of the drink. We asked Peter, who was very professional, about it and he then went and prodded Molly. Ten minutes later, I went to the bar, which was empty, and there was still no drink. Peter made it in 5 minutes and bought a nice drink to the table. Food ordered through Petter arrived quickly too. By all means go to this shisha bar/terrace if you enjoy long waits, ashy shisha, and a bunch of year 11 students getting drunk, along with their Queen Bee, Molly.

Attracted by the great location and interior design. Has a cool neon/pink/punk aesthetic. The fantastic Indian cuisine was an added surprise. Should you have the luck of being served by Molly, you'll have the best in the business taking care of you. Ask for her signature cocktail! Completely hooked after just one evening. From now on immediately my first port of call whenever I'm in Bath.

We stumbled onto this lovely place on our way to a different restaurant for lunch. We were so glad we decided to eat here instead tho. Not only is the place very hip with chill with perfect spots for selfies & group pics but the food is actually really good. We had Sunday's Roast Sirloin beef. The staff was so attentive and attended to our every need. Our server, Molly,was super friendly and sweet and made us feel so welcome . Also, the man who got us desserts was super friendly. They got us free birthday shots. Such a shame we couldn't stay and try their shisha & others. The price was reasonable as well. You def get your money's worth. All in all, we'll definitely be coming back here next time we are in Bath. 👌🫶

The owner is fine chap and the ambiance was brilliant. Drinks were lovely and we had blankets given on the cool evening. However, the service from Molly was exceptional!! friendly, passionate about work and great at her job. Would absolutely recommend for an after dinner stop.

Just came for drinks with the girlsbut would like to return and try the food as the menu looked great. The Neon lights decorated with flowers and quirky interior is what caught our eye! The location of this place is on the river. There's outdoor seating available covered over and heat lamps everywhere. The staff are friendly and we enjoyed our drinks

So the place looks nice, that’s the upside of it but then you have the drinks where a Pint of Stella is flat and also the food is bland af, imagine paying 17 nugs for a Prawn Linguine where all you get is a tea spoon of sauce and 4 prawns that tasted like Sainsbury’s Reduced value. Just come here to look at the scenery but don’t think of ordering for food or drinks!

What a little gem of a bar! The Indian meal Chicken Biryani was out of this world, pity the waiter was constantly having ago at the lovely young waitress Molly. He was good at what he did looking after us, but we felt it was inappropriate to shout at her in front of us, on more than one occasion which left her upset. However, we will be back as it was lovely sitting in the sun overlooking the river Avon in the glorious sunshine.

Disappointing meal and very expensive. Lovely bar area / cellar style restaurant and in a few months when decoration is complete and staff are employed will be a cool trendy bar (old second bridge club). I called Tulsi, the Indian, to book and was told all fine. When I arrived, the Indian has closed down and we were sent downstairs to the new cellar bar called The Terrace. The Tulsi chef is still working I was told, although the menu is now kebabs and chips and burgers and pizza and nachos and steak…. and then curry and naan if you want it. I was shocked at £7 a pint and charged over £8 for a small glass of wine. (I know it’s Bath, but this is snazzy restaurant prices and we wanted an evening Indian) There were no prices on bar and no table service. It’s also cash only and everything has to be ordered at the bar - not at the table. Overpriced tourist trap and disappointed, I was a local, wanting/expecting a local Indian. We did not sit outside where there is Shisha looking over the river and a plastic enclosed dining area. Nice location but too expensive for a non established setting. Plastic laminated menus doesn’t really warrant £25 for a hanging kebab with chips salad and rice in my opinion.

Well what to say….. London prices in Bath ?!?!?!? MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE left us feeling ripped off. Staff are 100% great, very friendly and it’s not their fault the owner overprices everything. My food was fantastic BUT about £10 too expensive. Other food in our party wasn’t very good. Good tip…. Avoid the burgers…. Have the hanging Kebab (though it is over priced). The music playing was terrible, we had to tune out.

Really cute and quirky little bar on the River Avon. If you’re able to get a seat outside, there are amazing views of Pulteney Weir. There are also a lot of trees, so there’s a great deal of shade. The staff was very, very friendly and welcoming.

The staff was rude giving weird creepy looks also it is unnecessarily expensive even more expensive than London and they did not even had the stocking for some drinks on the menu.

Waiters very unfriendly, no hygiene standards - dirty tables, no menus, pressure to order - sat there for 3 minutes and then were asked to leave.

10/10 service and Shisha love this place will come again
