Great pub and amazing staff. If you're a biker and want a place to go, this is the place. Cold beer, live music and plentiful parking.

Called in to the Tap to round off my motorbike ride. This is a great pub for bikers and non-bikers with brilliant views across the Mersey. Unfortunately no cask beers to be had on the day. I am sure this was a one off issue. Had a pint of "neck oil" keg...cost £6.45 really!!! Then again I still think it's 1975 🤣

Really friendly staff/landlords , nice garden, good entertainment, on my visit, shame about the cask but was explained that it was a company fault and not the premises... Always enjoy some chips&gravey when I can from the café... Yeah, nice place..

The inch's cider was spot on. They hold Friday bike meets at the pub so will be riding along...

A stunning old pub that sits along the River Mersey. We caught a lovely day and sat in the huge beer garden with its adjoining stage area. There were a couple of craft beers on and lots of stock beers and spirits. We grabbed a few beers and some cheesy chips and took the river in, with a few ships sailing past during our visit.

Great old fashioned welcoming pub. Friendly atmosphere. Good service, plenty of beer choices. Good burger-type food.

The tap is a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Aesthetically pleaseing place for people who wants drinks for snacks. We passed by to buy snacks on their cafe luckily had the chance to takr photos of their bar! This is newr the parc and an hotel

Small pub, known for bikers, but has a good friendly atmosphere that is now dog friendly. New managers, Bob and Callum, are transforming this to a really nice waterfront pub overlooking Liverpool. They do have live bands on and in the summer bands play outside. Good large seating area and really good cafe at rear of pub. Also a buyer hut and pizza hut based outside of pub. Pub has a good choice of beers all very reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic little pub with immaculate vibes ran by some lovely people. There's usually a small army of dogs to pet, and there's a culture of talking to other patrons.

Great place to nip in for a quick drink after walking the dog. Right on the waterfront, sometimes lots of bike outside to drool over. Also sometimes have live music outside.

Great little boozer on the banks of The Mersey opposite the airport, so lots to watch up and across AND that's without the fabulous motorbikes most weekends! Cafe at the back is great, usual food at great prices and the rear garden is great.

Excellent food at the bear pit cafe. BOB and staff helpfull and quick with orders very good value for money xx

Nice location, friendly staff, first visit, ordered Fish & Chips, fish was cold in centre and not cooked long enough, a bit disappointing. Will try again in future, hopefully that was a one off.

Great place on summers day plenty of happy atmosphere and people

Not been here since I was around 7 or 8, I'm now 54 🤣 I've seen the signs for a cafe at the back of the pub but never ventured in until a couple of days ago. It's a busy little place, food was reasonably priced, quickly done and very tasty! We will be back, hopefully without such a long gap this time. Great views from the beer garden.

It's now the only pub at Eastham Ferry and seems like it's quite a magnet for bikers as some seem to travel from miles away to rendezvous here. You get a good view to watch the River traffic from the Beer garden.Always a good choice of beers.

Class bar, used often by bikers and has a great atmosphere and beer.

You know what it's just brilliant great atmosphere, you feel safe and they do a fantastic pint of guiness

Brought our couple down here for some photos and what a cracking little spot.

Went down for a Bank Holiday event. There was a live band everyone was rocking out. The food is good, drinks are a great price. There was thunder and lightening and getting soaked couldn't even kill the atmosphere

A nice translation place for a bike trip. A wonderful river view, a wonderful yard to sit and watch the river traffic. Motorists have also noticed this place, so here the stories meet. We will come again.

Bike season and it's a nice place to meet and chat on a sunday outside. You can't talk inside as there's normally a live act on. Great if you want to listen to live music or outside if you want the roar of bike engines.

I mostly use the cafe after a dog walk. It's undergone improvements. I always find a welcoming member of staff and reasonably priced, quality food. A nice treat!! Especially Bob's coffees!

Wirral Egg run day is good although always chocker, great little band on outside, plenty of outside seating good atmosphere even for children, dogs welcome, prices are not bad wines a little more expensive. Would recommend has good views on a clear day.

What a cracking pub this is!! Callum and Bob are doing a wonderful job. Food in the cafe is delicious and the staff are super friendly.

It does have a cafe but haven't eaten, so won't comment. Pub is a great friendly place with regulars from a cross section of the community. Known as a long standing bikers pub, is popular with dog walkers and families in summer. Live music regularly.

Decent place to chill near the Mersey

Went because the missus had seen it was a Marston's and thought it would be like the others we've visited. Disappointed that it was not. Very small premises makes that very difficult. Despite being relatively quiet, service was slow. Although there were draught soft drink options on view, only a small can was offered on ordering. Scenery / setting is lovely, but the warmish air did draw out the bugs which made sitting outside less appealing. Area only accessible up some steps, which was not ideal for some of our party with mobility issues. Will suit some visitors, just not us.

1st went in 1979 ,biker then,gave up bikes in 2017 due to health, cracking atmosphere especially summer evenings sat outside

They should take the "dog friendly" sign off the window. Our 5 month old puppy let out a couple barks and a different barmaid to the one who served us came over and said verbatim "that 'thing' is really doing everyone's head in" Turns out if your dark makes a noise then you're public enemy number 1. Not going back again, definitley not a dog friendly pub so take those sings off, very rude interaction, could've been solved with a simple, polite conversation. If she'd have asked us to go outside because our dog doesnt seem settled then fair play, but the rudeness was not taken lightly. Really patronising. Also the music was poo.

Good atmosphere. Events are held quite often in the beer garden. Views across the mersey. Food is simple and cheap, just what you want with a drink.
