Another delicious lunch at this gem of a restaurant situated in the stunning Brecon Beacons. A lovely warm welcome as usual from Katie & the girls . The Marry me chicken cooked in a sun dried tomato , paprika & oregano sauce was exquiste & the Scampi was cooked to perfection. Compliments to the talented Chef Wilden. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

As a family we love coming to this pub for food and a great atmosphere. Katie and her staff are so welcoming an d they make you feel like your a regular everytime and go above and beyond to help and accommodate everyone needs. The food is proper pub grub and tastes delicious and I do recommend the 20oz Rump steak. It's a beautiful cosy pub set in the beautiful surroundings of the Brecon Beacons and the views from the beer garden allows you to bask in the sun gazing at Pen-Y-Fan and Corn Ddu. At winter the fire is usually lit and people can bask in the ambience of a traditional cosy pub and relax. The Sunday lunch is a must and you can ask for meals for your dog if you wish to do so. Kate and her team do an outstanding job in making Yr experience feel. Like a personal one.

We have been going to this little gem of a restaurant for the last couple of years, and it never ceases to disappoint. A very warm welcome from Katie & the girls as usual. Another delicious meal yesterday & very good value!! I had the Spicy Chicken Sizzler which certainly warms you up on a cold day, washed down with a couple of pints of Butty Bach. My mother had the BBQ chicken melt which was very tasty & chocolate brownie for dessert. We shall look forward to visiting again soon. Keep up the good work 😊

I'm staying locally while on holiday with my family, and the 5 of us (One is a four legged furry family member 😊), decided to visit The Tai'r Bull Inn for an evening meal. From booking over the phone, to being waved out as we left like we were locals, we couldn't have had a better experience. The food was delicious, prices very reasonable and service outstanding. My Dog was treated like a guest of honour and thoroughly enjoyed her Sausages followed by Ice cream for dessert. Having been to a different pub the day before where we were made to feel truly unwelcome, it was so nice to be greeted with smiles, freindly staff, and great service. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Amazing lunch!! Tai'r Bull was beautifully decorated and our table was lovely with christmas tree, crackers and festive lights etc. From the lovely home made starters to the amazing mains (everyone got a yorkshire and pigs in blanket) regardless of choice preceeded by champagne sorbet and prosecco. Followed by fabulous home made deserts, then coffee, mince pies and mints. Spent a leisurely afternoon there being looked after by Kate, Keighleigh, Jasmine, Rich, Ian, Liam and staff. They work so hard but still have time to chat to you. Thank you for a wonderful meal and I hope you have a good break in mid January. Can't wait to return in the New Year.

We were staying in Brecon for the weekend and wanted a friendly pub with a good atmosphere and home cooked food. The Tai'r Bull Inn certainly ticked all the boxes. We were made to feel so welcome by all the staff and the food and service was excellent. The atmosphere is cosy and its definitely worth booking as there are limited tables. We visited on two consecutive nights and both occasions were excellent

A great, friendly pub located just down the road from the Storey Arms. We've been here a couple of times now after climbing Pen Y Fan etc and it is perfectly situated 5 minutes down the road. The very friendly staff serve wholesome, delicious food and a wide selection of beers and ciders to wash it down as well. You won't be disappointed, pay them a visit next time you're in the Brecon Beacons!

We were passing through and fancied a bite to eat. I had Big Mamas Chicken Curry Rich & Chips which amazingly tasty! My wife Ali went for the vegetarian Ratatouille which was equally as awesome! We went with our dog Milo so we decided to sit outside and enjoy the views. Katie and her team were so sweet...they brought Milo a bowl of tasty sausages and he woofed them up sharpish 😋 Lovely people and atmosphere, gorgeous surroundings and very sensibly priced for great home cooked food! We will definitely pop back and visit again and highly recommend it to everyone

Amazing, I would give 6 stars if I could. A large group of us had a delicious selection of meals ranging from slow cooked beef brisket, halibut to a cheddar and spinach tart. Lovely dining room and immaculate service
