Lovely pub, staff great and food really nice. Only downside is how busy the motorway was!

Foods good for the price you pay. Service was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Went there on the 15th of December, a group of 20 of us went, i payed for everyone's meal, told them the table numbers and explained please.dont take any food orders for the conservatory where is the area we reserved, next thing you know they start taking food orders from our guests knowing I've already payed, they wanted to rinse us for every penny, told them not long after they ordered to cancel and refund my guests, and they said no, there was one woman who was extremely rude from the start, we all noticed it and said.. I don't know her name but she acts like she owns weston and shouldn't be talking to people the way she was, she was the one who refused to refund us all. together we all ended up spending nearly £400, very disappointed will not.go to this place again, food was awful aswell. Nothing but scammers, I'll make sure I spread.thw word too, spending that kind of money and getting treating the way we did is shocking.

Jackie is an amazing server, she is always up for a chat and very friendly whenever we come in. And she loves our dog Wally!

Had Christmas dinner. Turkey was so bad was gone off and they still served it. The smell of the turkey was horrendous. Very disappointing for the price we paid

Had Christmas lunch on Christmas day. Enjoyed it so much food was lovely. Staff were brilliant so polite and helpful. Service was really good. Atmosphere was really nice with all the decorations and table settings. Will definitely be booking again.

Over the 8 years we have been eating here we have only ever had 1 bad meal which was rectified straight awake. Definitely one of my goto places for food.

An excellent meal 8oz sizzle stake with really nice sauce mushroom red peppers cheese, with chips onion ringes and peas. I'll be back 👍

we went on a Tuesday lunchtime for a family get together there was 10 of us ranging in age from 18 mths to 89 years.The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to make us all very welcme.We enjoyed the food which was very reasonable and the portions were ample.We will make a return visit.

This is the best pub in Weston i have never met such lovely staff. My favourite bartender goes by the name lewis. And my favourite waitress goes by the name Sam. They are both very lovely and make sure to give you the full experience. Darren makes the best burgers in the world I will definitely be coming back with my family. Noel, 13

Really nice pub with great food. The only pub i have been to in Weston Super Mare where if you ask for your steak medium you get it medium! Nice chilled out atmosphere and friendly staff. Great food & service! Jackie was our waitress and was polite, helpful and friendly! Need more staff on the bar though as young lady Jodie, was on her own but was doing a great job!! Would definitely recommend!!

Went here for dinner as driving past. The service was not great the staff were much more interested in talking to eachother than giving good service. Food was ok had the lge mix grill for what you pay not bad.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast as found ourself in the area at an early hour. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of food for the price. 2x Breakfast and 2x drinks for just over £16 - can’t beat.

So was on a long drive home and wanted something better than the motorway services. It was a fairly busy night. But the food came quick enough, and was very good. The staff were very pleasant.

Literally never had a bad meal from this hungry horse... It's very good value for money, and the staff are always so friendly and honestly can never do enough for you. Even on their busier days/times we have never had to wait too long, and the food is always hot and nice when it arrives. Big shout out to Emily, who has served us on many occasions that we have visited here - she's the nicest host/waitress ever!

I recently visited the super mare pub and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service that i received. A waitress called Zoe served my food and she was polite, kind and helpful. She was very approachable and checked on our table multiple times to check that everything was up to standard

Great place and sam was a great host

We came here as someone in our family wanted their birthday meal here... what can I say, the burger I had was disappointing, very cheap meat used in it considering its price, struggled to eat half of it and in the end I left it there as it just wasn't nice, plus it was dry as well, chips were OK, nothing special, just frozen chips really cooked in the oven. The rest of our family wasn't hugely impressed with their meals either, my daughter had the sizzling platter and the veggies instead of sizzling were just burnt and stuck to that hot plate they used, the chicken strips it came with were OK, not a lot of flavour either so yeah, not worth its money either, the Mrs had gammon and that gammon was the only thing nice on her plate, the fried egg was way overcooked and her chips were so dry, you could say that they were made of paper or something very similar ! We won't be coming here to eat again anytime soon, definitely not worth the money they charge for it ! If you go just for drinks then all is fine, they have tvs where you can watch all sorts of sports and the atmosphere is alright can't say anything bad about it. The night we went on, they had a Quizz game which you could join with another person if wanted as a team in order to beat other teams and win the 1st place which I presume is some money, we didn't actually played but it looked to be like like in other pubs where you can play Quizz, so yeah, a good plus for this in my eyes . Go and have some drinks, have some fun, stay off the food, come home either and all would be fine, you can always get a kebab from you favourite local takeaway and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home, the best option in my eyes 😁😉

Visited the super mare today for our daughters 9th birthday and I have to say the customer service was awful we had ordered a chocolate ice cream for the youngest of our family didn't come out so I approached Emily who was doing table service to which I was told no you haven't ordered it and was extremely rude then carried on taking more food out not addressing the problem .. she then said Jackie would come and speak to us in which she did and was very polite and apologetic over the behaviour of Emily Our family spent alot of money and would appreciate some manners of certain staff members! However the food was lovely and thanks to Jackie it didn't ruin our day Staff training on customer service would stop this happening to someone else.

I’ve been a couple of times and each time has been bad. Tonight the server brought out plates on top of my meal. A family at the table next to us was ushered away due to the length of time they’d been there, despite not being quite finished. Tonight my meal was missing items and we were given half pints instead of full pints. Last time I had the mixed grill and the sausages came out looking like they’d been deep fried in lava but my steak was cold and rare. My partners rice was runny (from the undrained water). We’ve tried 3 times over the year and each time has been awful. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

We look in here most days and always have good service by professional and cheerful staff.

We come here every week and the staff here have always been excellent, Andrea normally serves us and she always welcomes us with a smile and great customer service, if your looking for nice and reasonable priced food this is a great option.

The adult meals tend to be ok, although this last time my burger was very dry. We find that whenever we take our children, their meals are awful - skin on beans, pizza with so much sauce that they couldn't pick it up and sometimes very hot plates. We might return as a couple, but we have given this HH enough chances with the children to know that they just don't give the same care (if any) to children's meals. There is hardly ever any colouring as well. It's a shame, as we used to come a lot pre children, and the service is usually quite good.
