Ordered curry but was given gravy instead for chicken curry, didn’t offer to replace meal which is now cold, offered me a can of coke as compensation. Not happy

Not ordered takeaway for a while so tonight was meant to be a long awaited treat. Im not sure whats happened since we last ordered a few months ago but it arrived late and food disapointing. Flavours just not there so next time will try elsewhere.

Great food it came 30 minutes early only bad thing is that they changed the recipie of salt and pepper chips and it tastes less flavoursome now. It tastes as if it is plain chips.

My food has not been delivered

£5 for a portion of chicken nuggets (8) and only got 7. kids arguing who had the 4. prawn crackers stale. due at 840. delivered after 9pm. savoury cake very dry like it had sat in warming tray for hours. gutted as one of the best chippy's around.

We both agreed that the chips, cheese & gravy was delicious! A massive portion and plenty of cheese!

Food didn’t arrive, delivery driver said he delivered it and a lady answered the door, he definitely didn’t deliver it to us as we’ve been sat here waiting for it for an hour and forty minutes. Staff on the phone offered to remake it, but honestly we weren’t prepared to wait another hour and forty minutes for it, only for the delivery driver to deliver it somewhere else again. No idea where he went with our food, hope who ever received it enjoyed it though. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

Got food poisoning. Spent the best part of 48hrs on the toilet. Wouldn't recommend unless you're looking for a quick way to loose a few pounds.

We live about 5 minutes down the road, food was still delivered late and was freezing cold on arrival. Paid £9 for ribs that were fatty and completely inedible. Also paid for two drinks which were forgotten, asked at the door where they were and they didnt seem to know what we meant. Waste of almost £35 if I’m completely honest

I always order a pie dinner because its usually really nice but the past 2 times i have ordered its not been nice and am totally gutted, the peas have changed to marrow fat peas and the gravy is different, will have to find a new place😩

we thought the food was ok. Nothing to write home about. the chicken fried rice was bland and the chips weren't the best. the salt and pepper sui mai and the salt and pepper chicken wings were good though. Bbq sauce wasn't nice and we didn't even receive the curry sauce that was ordered. it arrived 15 minutes after the expected delivery time also. wont be going back here again.

Fairly new to the area, so this place is a recent discovery and I have to say, as a fussy eater, I'm not one for ordering new things, (unless I've tried someone else's first), but their Honey Pork is a life changer! I also like that they serve the proper 'chippy' chips, not frozen chips or fries ☆☆☆☆☆

Lovely. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, rice, chips and 2 sausages. All were really nice and hot and tasted delicious. Definitely will try again.

I am really unhappy with the food and arrival time, food was cold due to waiting so long. I phoned at 5 minutes past 6 to be told my food was on its way and with the delivery driver, for it to turn up 40 minutes later and the food was cold. Not enjoyable and I am unhappy to say this due to the feedback from ‘The SUNY House Fish and Chips’ as feedback is usually appraised and a recommended place to eat. Disappointment all around.
