The chips from here are always a disappointment. Other food is excellent though

Communication was great, had to call to see where order was as it was showing it as delivered but not arrived, lady on phone was lovely when i called. Food was hot when it arrived & was all lovely. Best duck & salt & pepper fries that I've had!

food arrived extremely late and was only lukewarm when it arrived. Driver was polite, and apologised for it being late. I am extremely dissatisfied, especially when I've ordered from this establishment on several occasions in the past.

Ordered or meal was given a time for delivery then was saying it had been delivered rang up to be told would be 15mins but never turned up for another 25mins so from ordering to being delivered was about 1 hour an 45 mins

I ordered and it was confirmed at 7.35. It said delivery would be between 8.30 and 8.50 and it eventuality arrived at 9.18 without an apology until I said I'd been waiting nearly 2 hours and then a flippant sounding oh sorry about that.

ordered at 19:28 hrs received at 21:15 hrs. cold chips never order again. 2nd time now. free bottle of pop last time. nothing this time around. oder else where in future. SHAME

I ordered a mix grill a got a gravy an very few chips a peas £18.00 pounds for two tinny peace’s of liver one chippy sausage an two piece of chicken an two pieces of pork an one mushroom in half an I mean tiny if something isn’t done am deleting your app I have lost hundreds over the last 12 months in order,s hope this can be sorted out

Been here twice recently having never been before and really impressed. The food is great at the staff are brilliant too. Would definitely recommend.

don't know if the chef has been changed or what, but the last 2 meals I have ordered from here i have not been impressed at all its either swimming in oil or just doesn't taste right! the chicken curry yesterday looked like Korma indian curry and it didn't taste like Chinese curry at all not impressed at all

salt and pepper chips have no salt and pepper seasoning. they are plain chips with peppers and chilli. very disappointed

just rang to see where order was and was informed that they had only just prepared my order and hour after ordering! had to wait an extra half hour whilst this was delivered!

Food from here was fantastic as always

This had become our regular takeaway despite the fact that orders were always at least half an hour late. But the quality of food always made up for it. This time when it was an hour late & I phoned a 2nd time, I was promised food would be made fresh and re-sent. A few minutes later, a driver arrived & admitted he had the order for a while but it was still hot. My husband accepted the order but I wish hadn't. The food was barely luke warm, and not particularly good quality. A big fail this time

Best salt and pepper box we ever have. The fish really fresh and light, the batter every thin. A bit disappointed that is too much chips in it. Overall 7.8/10.

The food is always stunning, with the best cashew chicken, the delivery driver was an absolute star and came up to the flat door( all six flights of stairs) rather than others who just buzz and wait for me to go down, amazing service and food 5 ⭐️

The late delivery was NOT the fault of the Sunny. For some reason the Just Eat App only gave them part of my address and they couldn't deliver until they had managed to contact me (my phone was off). Top marks to the Sunny for their efforts and food.

Food was really tasty, ordered Chicken Chow mein and salt and pepper sui mai Will order again 👍.

food is great, can't fault it. but you have to wait almost 2 hours for your food to arrive. ordered twice from this place and both times, it was delivered 2 hours later.

Lady on the phone was really nice . I don’t really care about late food , except it on a Saturday . But I phone at 7.18pm after it said it was delivered, ( already late ) I was told on the phone it had left 10 minutes ago 7.08pm . Phone them again at 7. 55pm we are 9 minutes away? now over 2 hours . Food then come at 8pm stone cold !! Bags wet through ! I would of liked just to be told it will be really late we are struggling!! Instead its sat in someone car for an hour . Just be honest

Once again sirloin steak was amazing, just falls apart and it was massive, didn’t manage to finish it. Husband loves the Chicken in black bean sauce. 😘❤️

Salt and pepper box was a soggy mess of awful food. Wouldn’t have been as bad if wrapped separately. My daughter who loves chicken and sweetcorn soup said it tasted strange and I didn’t like the curry chicken and rice. Ribs were good.

lovely food as always, delivered later than promised but restaurant did keep to the revised time, threw in some freebies, and the lovely delivery driver was very apologetic. Food was hot and really tasty as it always is from here, so all good. Use here a lot and wouldn't hesitate to stay a customer.
