It's creamy and light like soft serve but it's not icecream of course. Just so delicious and creamy. Not sure how they did it but I would eat a whole dang cake of it if I could! Also LOVED the ribs!! Fall off the bone with a japanese bbq flavour! I could have eaten ten!
