The Stour Inn Alehouse in North Dorset

Have left a 5 star review not that long ago, still coming here, but the garden does seem to of lost some its appeal over that last few visits. Dog waste, rubbish bags and I thought the Karcher jet wash was left for me to do some cleaning! Still miss the grapevine. Food still amazing though, just feel it can give so much more.

Fantastic food, drink, and atmosphere. The owner, chef and staff are fantastic and so accommodating. The burger is a must!

Been coming to this pub for over 20 years through its different guises & landlords!! At last it’s left the clutches of the brewery.. although the new owners are early into their tenure, what a difference they’ve made already, pub looking tidier and you can see that they really want to make a change.. most importantly it serves great beer and exceptional food all at a great price. We’ll be back in July and hopefully see even more improvements.
