Sav was the best server I’ve ever had, made everything fun and made us all feel very very welcome. She felt like one of the gang

The staff were lovely 🥰 and the food was amazing as well as the drinks. The bottomless was sooo worth it and we got plenty of drinks and a decent portion of food for what it’s worth.

The food was lovely, we had a bottomless brunch however in the 2 hours we only received a total of 6 drinks which was a bit of a shame, the girls that served us were lovely though :)

Savannah is by far the best asset to your team! Nothing but top service and laughs, made our experience all the better!

2nd visit last night for bottom brunch and we wernt dissapointed excellent food amazing cocktails and what can we say about the service we eere blessed to hav liv again and she rembered us from our visit in December the dj was great also overall an amazing night thanks slog n lettuce and liv were planning our next visit allready

Went for a bottomless brunch our server was Lauren and what a service we recieved she was so nice and friendly she made our day what a credit to the team and savannahs service was also amazing the whole team in general was fabulous but those 2 really went above and beyond

Honestly...drinks were painfully slow, for every 3 drinks ordered, only 1 arrived! It got to the 1.5 hours mark before beings able to raise complaint ....Big shout out to Savannah , raised the very slow service twice before she came in and sorted it! Thank you lovely, made our night!! [Give the girl a raise!! Wouldn't recommend for service on a Saturday evening...maybe a quieter evening would be better...or more staff to accomodate the weekend. But thanks Savannah! 😊

I'm going to start with the service and communication before we even arrived. We booked bottomless brunch for 15 people 6 weeks in advance. Apart from the generic email of confirmation, nothing else was received. On the morning of, I got an email through telling me they can't do the booking with pre ordering the food choices! 6 weeks and they leave it until the day of... Not ideal. I tried to call, no answer. Email...no answer. Eventually got through but weren't bothered. On the day, bottomless brunch was ok. Nothing more...we only ended up with 5 drinks in the 2 hours as service was extremely slow. On 2 occasions our drinks didn't turn up so we had to reorder them. Not great, I know it's a busy Friday but needs to be better. We had also booked a table for 16 people for the evening for flamingo bingo. When we were seated they told us it's a table for just 12! What?! Flamingo bingo was good. The DJ not great but just about managed. In comparison to other S&L branches, this one needs work.

Gina was great, really attentive, friendly and chatty. It was really busy but she seemed to do a great job juggling several tables. Food was great and I enjoyed the cocktails

Quiet Wednesday night, served by Niamh and Laura, who were fantastic, their recommendations helped with our drink choices also. we were never out of a drink and the food was great too which hit the spot.

Avoid . Over rated . Terribly slow service . We were waiting for our table for over 20 minutes , it was not even busy . The food was cold and we didn’t touch it . We asked to speak to a manager , not for a refund but to ask what was going on , the poor girl said he was to busy to come over ? We didn’t see any manager that day .

Me and friends (group of 5) came here for our 2nd brunch here, and Becky and Liv were fantastic! They were so kind and pleasant taking our orders and clearly knew what they were doing. We went on a Sunday aswell so Becky and Liv were able to make sure we definitely got our moneys worth in drinks! The food was beautiful and the service really was beyond expectations! Really looking forward to our next brunch here as a group <3

Honestly no word of a lie, Sav and Liv are the best bottomless brunch servers to ever exist. Every time I asked for more bottomlessness there was more. And more. And moreeeeee. I probably had around 300 pornstars and they tasted better each and every time they arrived. They both deserve a pay rise so sort it out. (Didn’t really have that many, had about 6 or something was well good though)

I have no idea if it's the day we went on (today Saturday 28th December 2024) and it was a bad day for the staff, but the training of them was awful. They didn't know what any coffee style was and it was so horrible and bitter when my mum received it. We ordered a simple two-platter of fries, and then 10 minutes later, our American friends ordered fish and chips with other large meals. Their food came out first and it took them 40 minutes to give out fries. FRIES! There was no sorry or anything for their service and then, at 3pm, the music that they blasted out made my family and myself scream over the music just to talk. The food was nice but awfully salty, far too salty but that's the only complaint about the food. Other than that, it was nice but not that nice that we'll ever return. I apologise for being blunt, but the experience was not pleasant. I was truly hoping to introduce our friends from America to a good experience, and it was ruined.
