The Ship in Brotton is one of the shrinking number of what are classed as traditional pubs. Walking in today is a bit like stepping back 20 years in time. A lot of the customers are of pensionable age.

Used to be a GREAT pub when Bob and Thelma were the landlords. But that was over 30 years ago. When we lived in the village.Yvonne Young the best barmaid.
