The Shake Lab in Birmingham

We stopped by this kiosk whilst shopping, and was somewhat concerned about ordering as my friend has egg allergens and had tried Creams, but walked off when the lady serving there literally rolled her eyes when I mentioned them. Shake Lab was an entirely more pleasant experience. I was served by Lucy, who not only was friendly and engaging, she showed genuine concern and was happy to go through the ingredients guide with us, without making us feel we were a pain. Excellent customer service, and two very tasty treats! We didn't have shakes, but I saw one being made and they're enormous!

Was possibly one of the best milkshakes I’ve tasted in a while! All milkshakes should be thick and this was perfect. The service was great! The assistant manager served me, she was busy but stayed polite friendly and keen to help through out the whole experience. I will certainly be going back for a caramelised bullocks some time soon!

The milkshakes were £4.75 each, which isn’t too bad but I was slightly disappointed that they use mr whippy ice cream (or something similar) instead of proper tub ice cream which resulted in a rather thin ice cream, not really much thicker than milk. Obviously if you prefer thin milkshakes then the shake lab is great as the milkshakes do taste good, was just a shame it wasn’t a proper thick ice cream milkshake which others sell. Personally I wouldn’t go here again, definitely better milkshakes out there for the same price.

hola, fui a la plaza de toros y me atendió una señorita llamada Saffiya, educada y muy profesional, aunque estaba muy ocupada, ella cuidó a mi familia y a mí muy bien, definitivamente 5 estrellas por el servicio también el batido de palomitas de maíz que recomendó estaba realmente delicioso, estaba muy impresionado, ¡definitivamente volveremos! ! !
