There Sunday roast dinner is one of the best I've ever had !!! 😋 Plus the fish and chips are absolutely delicious .

Went for a family birthday, food was good, and service was good as well.

Second time we've eaten there. The kitchen needs to learn to cook chips properly. The real reason for the 1 star was another customer had a dog with them that was continuously barking for the hour we were in there dining. When brought to the attention of the staff she replied "it's a dog friendly pub". I would like to remind her that dogs don't pay for food. I have a dog myself but mine I well behaved enough to take out in public.

First time visiting this pub. Popped in for lunch on Thursday. Lovely welcome, staff were really friendly and helpful, food was sooo delicious and freshly cooked. Left us feeling completely full. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice meal. They also seem to be dog and child friendly too. Perfect little spot for a family or friends gathering. The food was worth every penny.

If you have Stilton and steak salad maje sure you state your preference for tge steak. Was a really nice meal.

We were staying locally and having been sorely disappointed by the local pubs, we tried the Seven Stars. Wonderful! The menu is limited and basic but the food is well cooked and excellent. The apple and rhubarb crumble was the best we've ever tasted. Extremely reasonably priced and we thoroughly enjoyed 2 visits. Would definitely return if in the area.

A nice, decent pub with a good atmosphere. The food they serve they do well but it is repetitive. They could do with changing their menu every now or at least offer a 'Specials' board for some variety.

Went tonight with my son and daughter in law for a mother's day meal. However the pub had great atmosphere but our food sadly was not good. My daughter in law wanted ribs and was told there was last ones left so she was happy. I had a sirloin steak which looked more like a ribeye and had to leave it as was full of fat. Mushroom was greasy even after being told its done on a griddle !!!. My daughter in laws ribs were just fat on a bone. What a shame. My sons fish and chips were fine. They were good enough to charge for one meal as they could see all food was still on 2 plates. Thank you for that. But sadly spoilt my mother's day meal. As they drove from Peterborough to treat me. I don't recommend there steaks if it was as bad as mine and the ribs sadly was the last of the evening also. Plus we had to wait an hour for food. I'm so sorry to say that my experience was not good. But sure other people have had much better. Perhaps we booked too late. .But no excuses. But thank you for not charging for 2 meals as like I said , the plates were full still.

7 stars all round, burgers where fresh beer was good service was good, definitely returning, garden looks nice and will look forward to sitting in it in the summer

Delightful lunch with my husband and elderly father today. Very friendly bar lady. Had a little wait for our food but didn't mind at all as it looked like it was cooked to order, home baked, filling and very tasty. First time we've been but will definitely return as pretty extensive menu for a little pub. The place was packed by the time we left about 1.30pm on a Thursday... that speaks volumes. Dog friendly, people friendly pub with tasty food!

Popped in for a quick pint. Guinness was good. Stars was packed. Unable to sit inside which was a good sign. Didn't have food so cannot comment.

I've been here twice now, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Even though there's a wait for food at times, the wait is definitely worth it. Would highly recommend!

Had a lunchtime Sunday roast. Had turkey because the roast beef was well done. Turkey was like round slices you get in the supermarket and I thought the potatoes were of the frozen kind but the lady said they were fresh. Plus the service was very slow. Desert was lovely but won’t be going back.

Fantastic homemade meal here, our first time eating at the stars and definitely will go again, great food, good service and a nice little gem in the town of march, will be back for sure

Went to the Seven Stars on Saturday evening, lovely place, my first visit, it definitely won’t be my last,my friend recommended the burger,so I took her advice and ordered the burger with bacon and cheese.it arrived and I must say the first bite was heavenly, It was the BEST burger I have EVER eaten,so full of flavour and soft and tender.Have honestly never had a burger so tender and full of flavour, Top marks to the burger maker, well presented and all of the meals were enjoyed by our party of 4 Staff were great and couldn’t fault a thing.Look forward to returning,It’s fantastic that March has a great place to relax with friends and enjoy fantastic food Ps The warm Chocolate Brownie is to die for.Support our local pubs and restaurants and keep them open,when the food is as good as this, we need to keep the doors open and enjoy the experience 5 stars for the Seven Stars

Ate here tonight for the first time. Have to say it was stunning. The food was amazing, well priced and the atmosphere welcoming. I can't rate this place enough. I had gammon, it was cooked perfectly, portion size was just right leaving enough room for apple and rhubarb crumble! Big compliment to the chef and also the owners for creating such a lovely place. I felt at home here immediately, it has such a nice vibe about it and the staff all looked happy to be there. I also have to say they've nailed the service timing 👌🏻It's long enough not to feel hassled but not too long that you're waiting for them. This is definitely going to become a regular for me now. Wish I'd tried it sooner ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating from me!

It is nice to eat in a place with reviews that tell the truth., supported by the young and old. Dogs are welcome in there and have a good size car park and garden with a play area for the little ones, a covered area for the brave souls on some days. So come and enjoy and you may meet people getting that swift spot of courage before getting married. It is on a bus route if you change your mind. Enjoy spoilt for choice.

First time visited for several years, and thought was great. We sat outside in the undercover area. Food good value for money, great chips and good service too.

Absorlutley great staff and sevice. Two girls in perticular skye and lauren. Where so polite and helpfull. The food was amazing and huge. Really good quality meat too. I gave 5 stas but derseve alot more thank you seven stars x

My partner and friend went for a meal last night. Despite the complete change of menu they were BOTH up nearly all night being sick.

Just out for a ride and called in for lunch, there was a good menu, the food was served without to much of a wait. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Had a really nice meal with friends in the garden. Cod, chips & mushy peas, decent sized portion's. I would recommend.

2 old geezers out on a ride on our motorbikes stopped for a pint and a bite to eat. Good beer and a light lunch was just the ticket. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome

Wow the food is amazing you have got to try this place

Really great food. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Inside and outside seating available. Edited. Visited again April 2022. Bit disappointed to my last visit. Outside seating gone. My friends pie was served in an oval shaped pie tin but had a piece of square pastry on top. Clearly it did not fit. What CHEF would serve like this. Filling was not seasoned. My own meal, I was looking forward to the homemade / farm made coleslaw, you have clearly swapped to horrible catering stuff. You had the menu nailed on my last visit. Go back to the original offerings.

Richard the gaffer is a nice geezer, we had some good laughs. The premises are basic but clean and tidy. The food was plentiful and well cooked. Can't give it 5 stars due to its lack of micro brewery beers but as he explained his clientele weren't in that category. Well worth a visit.
