The Seahorse Coffee Box in Hartlepool

I visited this delightful Seahorse coffee box, the service was excellent and very friendly staff. The coffee was reasonably priced but tasted expensive. Exceptional cake and highly recommended for a refreshing treat.

Unfortunately really poor experience. Attitude of the lady serving was disgusting. Coffee was bang average and very overpriced. After following the instruction of a ‘no dogs past’ sign the lady was very rude. Review was left on Facebook, but was deleted and now I’m blocked from the page.

Best coffee in Hartlepool by far. Pay a little extra but definitely worth it for their specialty brands, no other coffee like it around. Great atmosphere and service is always friendly. Will be returning.

These people know good coffee and it shows. Super friendly staff! Bonus for having the progress flag pinned up on their menu board, we love to see a place standing for inclusivity.

Really tasty drinks and friendly service! A great range of coffees, teas, cakes, coolers and more! We would recommend the cold brew coffee and the dragonfruit coolers for certain!

What a great place! Great coffee and a really passionate owner who clearly loves her coffee. Great conversation around her chosen beans and her belief in green credentials. I will be back next visit for sure. If you are around give her a go...you will not be disappointed.

Not often I get a coffee and say wow but here it's amazing. Very knowledgeable about the roast and I bought some beans.. Can't wait to revisit

Lovely staff, we were metal detecting on the beach and found this gem 👌😁 Great coffee and a nice piece of cake. 10/10 Edit: (Apologies my phone screen was too dim in the bright sun, I'd accidentally selected 4 stars when it was definitely a 5.. I especially thought the complimentary dog biscuit for the customer behind us was a nice thing to do)

Try to get a coffee here at least once a week! After moving back home to Hartlepool I was keen to find a good coffee - look no further. The staff here are great at what they do and are constantly coming up with delicious new drinks! I've never had the same drink twice and every one has been top notch 👌🏻

Amazing hot chocolate great customer service

Best mint hot chocolate in the world will definitely be having another when next in the area staff were brilliant and very friendly and great that they havent gone card only like everyone seems to be doing in harrogate highly recommend

£4.10 for a latte, all froth aswell and not much coffee or warmth to it either. Have purchased coffee from you before and was fine both taste and value for money. I understand there's a cost of living crisis but howay, bit excessive price hike for a cuppa :(

Lovely little hut for hot drinks...bonus that they do vegan hot choc and some vegan cakes! Kids loved the cream and marshmallows on their hot chocs x

Really cute little coffee stall on the seafront, they serve a good range of drinks, luxury coffee and hot chocolate, cakes and snacks, and on the sea front so you can drink and look at the sea, the staff were fun and friendly too

We hired the seahorse Coffee box for Animex this year and they have been fantastic! The servers we're very friendly and a pleasure to talk to throughout the week and I cannot recommend them more!

Lovely little horse box on Seaton Carew promondae that serves a variety of drinks. Luxury hot chocolate is very good, looking forward to the mulled wine and cider closer to Christmas. Cakes and sweet treats always look delicious.

Whenever we visit the sea front at Seaton Carew, near Hartlepool, we drop in for a coffee and cake at the Seahorse Coffee Box. Great coffee and other beverages, and very tasty cakes! And Rex enjoys the dog treats too.

The coffee from this place is genuinely brilliant. I drink cappuccino every day from different places. This is the best I’ve had in a long time.

Fabulous coffee in a gorgeous compostable cup. Staff really lovely and even though I'm intolerant to gluten, egg and milk I had a sweet treat. Would highly recommend. Will be returning. Can you get some decaf coffee in for next time please?

Lovely little cafe in seaton carew staff lovely nice & clean ..but was cold in there & the food is expensive & drinks i bought 2 small almond cakes & 2 coffees came & almost £13 ..coffee was luke warm & in a very small cup..moan finished but still gave it 4 stars
