The Seabirds Inn in East Riding of Yorkshire

Fantastic food quality was phenomenal and service was so good and what we loved most is they allowed dogs which is fantastic. They even asked if the dogs could have a treat which was lovely.

Absolutely never fails to disappoint - the food and service are both second to non. We booked although for a Tuesday out of season we didn’t think it would be busy but they’ve got a mid week special on which is excellent value, but we chose of the main menu and the fish was so delicious but the batter was out of this world beautifully cooked. Absolutely worth a visit you certainly won’t be disappointed- thank you Jason and team

We have regular short breaks in the area and always call in for our evening meal at Seabirds Inn ,at Flamborough. The food is always of a high quality and the menu is wide and varied offering a really good range of food. Whether it’s the restaurant of the bar area the service is the same and the staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend you book a table if you are in the area

Lovely pub but kept waiting on a number of occasions. Waited ages for a g&t and again to order food. Good when it arrived but not the sort of place to celebrate a special occasion

We visited Seabirds for dinner. The food and service was excellent. Our party had steaks and curry. All cooked to perfection. Steaks were delicious and the curry was cooked from scratch, delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive without being overwhelming. Would definitely recommend 👌

We had an excellent meal at the Seabirds Inn. All the food was beautifully presented, expertly cooked and presented on hot plates. The staff were polite and friendly. Sadly we don't live in the area. If we did we would be regulars, but next time we visit we'll be sure to be back to Seabirds!

Unfortunately we hadn’t booked and called in on the off chance but it was too busy, but we were told we were welcome to have drinks in the lovely beer garden so we did - the staff were lovely and friendly and attentive even tho they don’t serve food in the beer garden on an evening. Fabulous meal, food of excellent quality, decent sized portions, good choice on menu. I had Salmon and my Hubby had steak, it was cooked to absolute perfection. No hassle to get you out for another sitting, although when during holiday season it may be different. The staff worked really hard, never stopping, polite, friendly, smart, knowledgeable. We have been before and been impressed and were not disappointed on this visit.

Quite exceptional! Lovely atmosphere,outstanding staff and the most fresh delicious food. Can’t wait to return and try other things on the menu. Steak,scampi,curry and fish and chips all of the highest quality.

Been here many times before, I've usually found it cosy and warm, it was a very chilly day and I expected the log burners to be blazing away, but no. Have to say I was a little disappointed

My wife and I were staying in Flamborough and had lunch at the Seabirds Inn one afternoon. This is a dog friendly bar/ restaurant, our dog was made very welcome and the menu and service was excellent. We were impressed and will go back next time we are in the area.

A fabulous family meal while spending a few days in the area. A great choice to choose from all presented really well, a throughly enjoyable meal. Special mention to our waitress Liz and the other waiting staff, all were excellent. We’ll be back for sure.

Ate here along with other local restaurants/pubs (North Star and Forge) on a week’s holiday. Booked over the phone for a mid week slot, no problems. We were seated and drinks ordered, these came and we ordered food. We had eaten here before and it was very good last time. We all had the fish cake starters which were very nice, you can choose one or two. Mains consisted of the fish pie, sea bass and lamb kofta. All were good and tasty. Coffee and a lovely baileys coffee followed. The only downside of the experience were the amount of dogs with barking slightly ear piercing at times and two tables feeding their dogs from their plates which was slightly off-putting. I believe there is a dog free area for dining so as a non dog owner I will specify that area next time. Would definitely return, the food and service was very good. Around £125 in total which is probably about the going rate nowadays.

Fabulous food and very friendly staff. We were family party and would highly recommend the fish pie, crab salad and lamb shank. Just wish we lived nearer to visit again

Having seen a good inexpensive range of beers on the bar we decided to try the food as it seemed to be the only restaurant in the village. The food and service were decent and better range of menu than most pubs but slightly more expensive. Due to limited options in the village I would probably try again but not really a destination pub.

We were greeted by the staff who were very attentive. We only had a main course but there were lots of choices and being on the coast I plumbed for Haddock Mornay in a cheese sauce. I was not disappointed. It was so tasty accompanied by seasonal vegetables. I would highly recommend this establishment and will certainly be returning.

We were booked for 2.30pm but actually arrived at 1pm, it was really kind that they changed our time and took us to a table. We didn’t have starters. Both husbands had Roast Beef and my friend and I had Fish Pie. I can’t rate them highly enough. Husbands were very happy with the beef which had very little fat, lovely thick gravy and huge scummy Yorkshires! The fish pies had lovely chunks of salmon, cod and plenty prawns in a creamy dill sauce topped with smooth mashed potatoes. The vegetables for all meals were carrots, cauliflower, new potatoes and a leek/ cabbage mix. Dessert menu was very comprehensive, see below. We sampled Homemade Lemon and Coconut Bake, Homemade Date and Sticky Pudding and the Cheesecake of the day which was Twix and Tia Maria. There was nothing left on our plates, all were delicious! Service was good and staff friendly.

Firstly ,apologies to Jane the owner for not writing this sooner. Homemade seafood lasagne, absolutely excellent, and full of seafood. The side garlic bread was something that "all" other restaurants should try to copy. The treacle and ginger sponge with custard, wow the ginger came through with a bite, and lashings of fab custard. My other half had one of the best steaks ever and the cheese board was remarkable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. 5 stars all round.

Lovely food, great atmosphere and super service. Our party of 4 adults 2 children and our little dog was made most welcome. We had a very nice evening meal at The Seabird. Most definitely recommend!!

Been coming for a few years, food always been great, and service good. However if the older lady is there (I think its the owner), then expect rude, abrupt service. I liken it to the "Karen's Diner" experiance 🤦‍♂️. Anyhow, we said we wont go again as she is a nightmare, really put us off...need to work out when she isnt working and I would go back again. Such a shame as probably the best food in Flamborough...but 💯 the worst service. Would be 5 star if not for the lady.

Returned here after visiting last year on a glamping trip down the road. Once again, excellent food and service. We all ordered exactly the same as last time from the menu and it certainly didn’t disappoint! Only problem was…we didn’t have room for a pudding.
