The Sandwich Centre in City of London, Westminster

This is my go to place for Bacon Rolls for breakfast and Sandwich lunched - quality is exceptional and I have compared it to many others and it consistently comes out top!

Best sandwich shop in London! So sorry to see you closing down. Thanks for everything over the last 15 years and good luck for the future.

A colleague of mine introduced me to this place before the pandemic and I've returned today for the first time since lockdown. I was pleased to see that they were still there. As always, there's lots of affordable, tasty options (£3.50-£4 for a big, filled baguette/roll is great value for Central). Every time I've been in, the flavours change which keeps the options interesting each time! This is the best fresh sandwich shop in Central London and my husband always makes me bring him back a sandwich if he knows I'm in the area!!

Fui a visitar el centro de Londres, ya que no había estado allí durante tantos años y recuerdo haber visto este sándwich para llevar en la galería de la ópera real hace muchos años, así que pensé en ver si todavía estaba allí. ¡La última vez que vine a Londres fue hace 25 años! La tienda todavía está allí y la comida es tan fresca y encantadora como hace 25 años. La dama y el hombre todavía están allí. Es una pequeña joya en el medio de Piccadilly. Estoy tan contento de que todavía esté allí. Si alguna vez estás cerca de Piccadilly, ve a la calle CharlesII y verás una galería llamada Royal Opera Arcade y verás esta tienda de bocadillos dentro de la galería. La comida es increíble y los precios son muy baratos para la cantidad de comida que obtienes. ???????

Use mucho este lugar para almorzar cuando esté en Londres. Los sándwiches son fantásticos, el servicio es muy rápido por parte del personal exuberante. No iré a ningún otro lugar cuando estoy rondando por Pall Mall.

Les sandwichs sont préparés à partir d’une multitude de produits frais et savoureux, rapidement. Personnel sympathique!

My first visit was to ask directions, and I was impressed by their display of food. I returned later in the day for an excellent coffee, at a reasonable price .

Lots of choices and different bread types also prices are very reasonable. They also have a selection of hot foods. Staff all very friendly and helpful

This is a really busy sandwich shop that has a great range of sandwiches rolls, etc, all freshly made by the friendly staff. It also has take away pasta, salad, curry etc that are all hand made. Prices are good and they fill the sandwiches very well too. When paying, the cashier can be a bit loud and try's to look speedy with lots of shouting and banging, although that in some way adds to the charm, but she could be more consistently polite to all. Recommended.

A very nice experiance on our first day of vacation in the week aug-sept 2017. The bus took us a liitle bit further down from Regent Street then its done before, two blocks past Piccadilly Circus, so we ended outside Royal Opera Arcade the side that is towards Charled II Street. Inside is a small Café under the name of " Sandwich Centre " with a lots of different food. As we hadnt had any breakfast we ordered two English breakfast and was very pleased with both the service and the food, see my pictures. So are you near Picadilly or Trafalgar Square and walk at the Pall Mall as there is an entrance in that end as well, it is well worth the two blocks walk to eat at this place. Bring your cash, as it did not look that the cardmachine worked that day. As we dont have breakfast at the hotel the first days, this is a good place to return to !
