Nice venue for drinks with a friend - we both enjoy Fullers beer and thought we should line the stomach with a snack £9.95 for a portion of chicken nuggets - served up in a tin bicker - four nuggets!!!! My maths makes that a little less than £2.50 each - feel we were exploited and won’t be back - sorry !!

It was my first resturant I visited in uk with family . I ordered the fish and chips which was good , another family member ordered bangers and mash which they liked and another ordered the chicken but wasn’t happy so the resturant kindly replaced it . Resturant seems busy , especially due to hotel and location. . My food was good but tad bland , would have preferred more seasoning on the fish which would have really brought the flavour out . Portion was large and I could not finish it . Resturant has a lovely ambience .

We had several dinners and a breakfast here. The food (traditional pub fare) was consistently great, and the service was consistently prompt and friendly.

I live in the UK & come to London on business. Whilst I value great British hospitality, food & beer, this was not great. I really wanted your best offering of a pie ‘slow braised beef & ale’, but it was very disappointing for the money. I had to look down into the pie dish to be greeted with a layer of mash above a thin layer of meat & gravy. This is not a decent example. Very dissatisfied for £38!

The food was splendid! We had the 2 person Pie Sharing Board. It was all delicious. The roast, chicken, and sweet potato vegetable were our favorite pies. The mashed potatoes and sliced potatoes were very tasty. For desert, we had the Blackberry crumble with ice cream for two people. It, too, was amazing. We would go back there without hesitation. The London Pride Beer Cask was very good, as well.

Wanted beef mince pie but that was off so chose lamb. It tasted over cooked, dry and the pastry was very hard. The mash- the best bit- was too little. The veg was boring greens. Second time I’ve been here and disappointed by the pies....

Stopped for dinner after trying several other pubs that already closed their kitchens. The bartender allowed me to order the miced meat and onion pie and it was delish. Hit the spot after a long day of touring all over London.

The restaurant was very cozy! I got a feeling when we ate our pies, it was made in a very English cultural way. We got typical English sausages and lots of good tasting accessories! Highly recommended!

It was Saturday lunchtime so as expected very busy. We hadn't booked but fortunately found a table. Food (fish and chips) was hot, well presented and delicious. Fullers ESB delicious of course (£5.10 a pint). Quite pricey but probably the going rate in this area.

Service was very good for a pub and the food was great and served quickly. They offer Chicken, Pork and Beef roasts. It was really warm in the pub which did sap your appetite a bit but otherwise it was a decent traditional style pub!

Disfrutamos de un poco de pescado y patatas fritas tradicionales aquí que estaban deliciosos! El servicio fue un poco lento y tuvimos que avisar a nuestro servidor unas cuantas veces, pero en general era un lugar agradable que estaba cerca, a poca distancia a pie de nuestro hotel (calle. A busy pub a few minutes from Westminster Abbey. The staff is friendly and well performing even at busy times. The food is excellent.

Visit this pub for dinner and a catch-up with an old friend because the hotel next door only did bar snacks. We had a fight to get to a table, but the waitress kindly led us to a far table from the bar, so that we could hear each other speak. This was a Tuesday, not a Friday night. Our choice of food, the Steak & Ale Pie and accompanying vegetables was excellent. I feel sure that Dickens would have been comfortable eating this traditional English fayre. We both chose beers, which somehow seemed right. All in all, the waitress made the evening. She was so helpful and attentive.

In eleven days, I had the full English Breakfast (complete with black pudding), fresh flaky croissants, jam, fresh yogurt, a spinach omelette, poached eggs, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, porridge, cappuccino, espresso. The scrambled eggs melt in your mouth. My fave was scrambled eggs, spinach, and porter-smoked salmon.

friendly with nice food variety and quality, good beer selection and especially firendly staff. right around the corner from the convenient premier hub westminster where we stayed. haven't actually been to too many pubs. i liked that we could easily get a selection of good quality snack size foods to make up our dinner. more fun than ordering a set dinner.

I understand this is a chain, but that was ok with me. They are doing everything right. Service was more attentive than at other pubs we tried, and the food was always delicious. Because it was right beneath our hotel, we had many meals here including breakfast each morning.

Stopped in for a lunch with my wife on a late Saturday lunchtime. The pub was busy but not full and we were found a table by one of the friendly staff.

was here on a busy thursday night but a lot of the tables were reserved for "private functions" or for the restaurant menaing those who fitted into neither category were crammed into a small area and getting to the bar was a challenge. They block the pavements outside with overflowing bins and the company they employ to collect their rubbish are agressive and confrontational. Much better pubs nearby. i work locally and used to frequent here regularly but now go to the pub next door which has recently opened where the staff are helpful

We stopped in here before heading on to Westminster Abbey, intending to get a nice drink and rest a bit. Their mini-pies proved too tempting to ignore--and the sweet potato and Stilton mini-pie proved to be all I was tempted to hope it would be and more! The rest of the menu looked great--and based on the pie I'm sure it all had to be great.

Stopped off her whilst in London with my daughter and met my partner with her for a bite to eat ! Manager was great but sadly and not his fault their lack of gluten free foods is ridiculous in this day and age ! Whilst he bought the allergen list the menu didn’t have any info on allergens at all and no provision was made for people with food allergies ! Fullers should get with it, it is shocking in this day and age that their menu is firmly set in the dark ages ! Good that we did have was lovely, fish finger sandwich beautiful and service excellent staff were helpful and friendly

This is a busy pub with good pub food. We ordered our beers, the meat pie and two tapas (spicy wings and mac and cheese) and we were very happy with all of it. Got a table right away and the service was quick. Stick to what they are good at doing, and you will have a good lunch here.

Achei o lugar bem original. com comidinhas bem típicas de pub. As tortinhas são especialidade da casa, e a de carne é realmente boa! Pedi o fish and chips também e achei um pouco gorduroso. As Chicken wings são bem apimentadas, mas muito boas!

For some reason, we ended up eating here twice. We went for breakfast one day. I wanted pancakes instead of the standard British breakfast. They were not very good, but my wife's breakfast was good.

Sono stato a cena con la mia ragazza, il locale è veramente bello e caratteristico. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con “calore” dal personale che ci hanno subito accompagnato ad un tavolo. Il menù non è molto ampio ma ha tutte le pietanze classiche inglese, da provare assolutamente e prezzi nella media dei locali di Londra.

My wife and I shared the 4 starters and each of them was just as good as the last! Highly recommend to any and all! We also went to the restaurant for breakfast and it was extremely good.

Visited with 4 American tourists intro to British Food, most had fish n chips which was of poor quality. Some of the other meals appeared reasonable. Great beers in any Fullers pubs.

It is the only place to eat near where all of the fun tour buses pick you up. The servers are busy and nice, the food is bland, but ok.

There is really not much to say. It was quite expensive for what you got. The tasting board with 3 different pies was out of stock (Which they highly praise) so we went for a regular one. Cannae recommend this place.

Empezamos nuestra excursión collette con una noche en el Fuller's Ale House Tarta en Tottenham Court Road. La comida era excelente. Comenzó con un chorizo de croquet luego el pastel y placa muestreador ale. Tres tartas y tres cervezas acompañadas de puré de patatas y salsa. Era un montón de buena comida. Rematado con un brownie y helado. Una gran manera de comenzar un viaje.

I recommend this place for the beer and the pies. Do not sit and back where they theoretically have waiter service. The food is really and they should either improve or get rid of the table service.

Went here for lunch. We saw sandwiches on the menu, which for the price we assumed would be a substantial baguette. However, it was genuinely two slices of white bread, with some chicken breast in between, for £9. Plus £2 for chips to go with it. Add a sparkling water each, and it came to over £30!
