Lovely food which was hot and tasty..Jordan was very pleasant and helpful.

Great carvery on the whole. Keisha is such a lovely server, always greets us with a smile and nothing it too small when we need assistance.

Friendly welcome, carvery always good with plenty of meat and veg and good value for money.

Once again headed to our local carvery to escape the rubbish weather & treat ourselves to a carvery, as always the food was perfect & the staff members were lovely, Jordan sat us down at our table she was ever so polite & came to check on us - she also came to our aid when we needed a top up of salt & pepper, usually we wait ages for this sort of thing at other restaurants but Jordan was swift & came right back - she really does go above & beyond ensuring customers are more than satisfied, a true credit to her team. We will be back!

Cracking gaff. Food cures depression. Jordans a delight. Diane should be a supermodel, but makes a fantastic addition to my local. Someone needs to send me ebonies contact details ;). Keisha and emily are annoying but in a really nice, endearing way. Chef Dom belongs in fitness magazines. Never seen anyone rock chef whites like that man. Watching him carve my meat made my mouth water, and i wasnt even looking at my food. Finally, if you get chance to be served by allan, push your way to the front of the queue. You wont be dissatisfied.

Had 2 carverys delivered lots of vegetables if your a vegan,lack of meat wasn't even enough for a 2 year old baby and extras not delivered,rang pub to complain had phone put down twice by rude arragont inexperience staff members who clearly have no personality to be working in retail ,will never use this place again

All you can eat was nice, a little selection but nice quality and fresh. The lady who served us was friendly, attentive and helpful. Asking if we had been before. All these little ones things help. Coffee was average, a little too milky or not enough coffee I couldn't decide but it was far from uneditable. There weren't many people when we arrived but it was busy when leaving.

Had the large carvery for the extra meat bit of a joke 1 slice of turkey and 1 slice of fat and gristle meant to be beef, stale hard roasters, put in notes no cauliflower cheese and no stuffing they put in both. Will never use this place again.

Been too The Round Oak House In Brierly Hill a few times for a,carvery. Cannot faulter any of it. Choice of three meats and good selection of fresh cooked veg and condiments. Meat always tender and succulant Food always,piping hot and you can help yourself to the veg. Staff on the servery are always polite and professional and smart in appearance and staff waiting on tables very tentitive professional and smart in appearance too. Place is spotlessly clean too. Drinks at bar are very reasonably priced too. Thankyou, too, all in the kitchen preparing and cooking the food.

This place has a lovely friendly atmosphere. Staff I spoke to were friendly, happy and helpful. I came in for 2 too goodto go carveries. What I got was less than I had hoped for but still worth what I paid. There was no gravy so I made some to add to it when I got home.

Smashing burgers done by Jordan, who is still in training, all I can say keep doing them like that, and you will get no complaints.

We have just had the bottomless pizza and cocktail deal which was £30 per person. You get two hours and they bring you whatever cocktail you want and as much pizza as you like there was super friendly and they was very attentive. I would recommend this place any time and we look forward to doing it again at Christmas.

Table booked for 6 people. Had AMAZING service from all the team, ebony and sarah especially who are both superstars. Sarah called me up personally to advise of a fault with an electrical issue and advised if we wanted carvery she didn't want us wasting a visit ect. This is 100% above and beyond excellent customer service. In the end everything was resolved and we had a fantastic meal. Great work . Stonehouse please commend these two superstars. Kiesha hosted our pizza party for my 4 year old, they had a lot of fun and was a really good experience, price was also really good and was something a bit different! Staff were nice, room was prepped and it looked great- only bit of feedback would be going forwards is that it could be a bit more lead and directed for the kids, and could potentially push to cater for 12 kids. Other than that Kiesha done a great job for 10 excited 4/5 year olds. Overall it was a fantastic evening! Definitely recommend.

We sat by table 15 the shelf was full of dust, broken lamp shade covered in food , a information board on the shelf had food stains on it also the young girl i spoke to came and wiped the shelf over and took the information board away .Lamp shade on window sill was dirty, walls had holes in think its needs alot of TLC.The carvery wasn't the best .

Jordan was very polite and helpfull and Charlie the chef was his first day and the meat was very tender if any complaint the gravy needed to be more thicker but everything else was very tasty and hot, I even asked for an extra Yorkshire pudding to soak up the gravy. Over all very pleased well deserved after a day's graft over all service and experience 5 stars

Food was great.......nicely cooked.......lovely carvery .....had to wait a little while to get served at the food counter....... About I waiting while no server to serve .....but then he came out and the queue soon went down

we ordered through the app thinking it would make the service quicker, we had to queue for 30 mins to get our carvery, and 30 mins for a hot chocolate to arrive to our table, in the end I had to go up to the bar with the reciept to say we haven't got the hot chocolate purchased, they looked at the reciept several times before apologising and making the drink for us.

I came in with my son and daughter and I was served by a girl called Sophie, she was so welcoming and amazing with my 2 little ones they didn't know what they wanted and she was very patient and helped them through the menu, also she was beautiful!! Was so nice going to a place and the staff are amazing with you and your kids. I highly recommend this place the food was so nice x

Awful experience, items not available on the menu. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, namely the ice cream sauce and side area. Dirty tables on restaurant and empty tables not cleaned thoroughly. Lacked servers as I had to find a server after waiting over 15 minutes to get our table cleared and ask for dessert

We had a lovely meal. Food was tasty and decent size. Waitress Diane was lovely and really helpful making it a pleasant family meal.

Been wanting to come here for ages and try it out and I wasn't disappointed. Firstly the service is amazing and the best service I've seen for a while. The staff are quick when it comes to serving and cleaning tables and they are polite and very warm to be around. This place is very cute and cozy as well which makes a date night here even greater. The only sad part was the waiting time and some of the food. I understand the wait time for alot of place is half an hour but for starters we were waiting for around 40 minutes, for mains we were waiting for about an hour and desserts was another 15 minutes. And the starters weren't the best either so I'd probably skip over those. But the pizzas are great and this place has one of the best desserts I've had in a while. I'd definitely come again especially to try the carvery.

The waitress was very good for our table. We were on table 16 and she was very efficient. Sorry I don’t know her name. The food was tasty too and the price was good.

key did a brilliant job when i came for food, she helped me decide what pudding i should have and she made me feel very happy with my visit.

Not impressed with carvery, potatoes hard, pigs in blankets burnt and in general people waiting for certain foods so rest on plate was getting cold apart from that the lady who served us was lovely and very apologetic

Went last weekend, Keisha was very welcoming with the menu options and helped me decide (I am a picky eater). I had the Pepperoni Pizza and had a drink alongside it, excellent food, decent price for it all and the staff were outstanding. Would recommend to anyone!

Served by a lovely gentleman, by the name of Allan. Very helpful with my sister who is wheelchair bound. Service was the best.

We've been going here for years. Absolutely outstanding food and wonderful staff. Especially Alan, Maxine and Di at RoundOak Dudley branch. Nothing is too much trouble for these members of staff. I booked a table for a very special and personal occasion. Alan looked after us and made our event so incredibly memorable. He and the team more than went the extra mile in terms of exceptional customer service and I can’t thank them enough for looking after us. Simply perfect and we’ll be back again soon. Probably November for my 40th. Should also highlight that the quality of the carvery was amazing. The meat was tender and veg etc were bang on.

Went Friday evening not many people in. Food tasted good but again was only luke warm. No condiments bowls empty no one around to ask for more. I suggest again that you provide microwaves to warm food up. Spent £25 for 2 carveries and 2 drinks. Overall disappointed would definitely come more often if food was hot.

A great afternoon Sundayday 28th August 24. I have 5 food allergies which is normally a nightmare. Jordan and the team were amazing. Jordan made sure I was ok with a carvery and ensured I could enjoy my food in a safe environment. Would recommened any one with allergies to eat here. Amazing food, lovely atmosphere and great staff.
