Always have good meals here. The food is reasonably priced, big potions,staff are friendly and kids welcome too.

Food is absolutely delicious and always plenty of it

This must be the tenth year we’ve visited the Rolling Mill for our Christmas Meal. The food is always excellent, great value and the staff helpful and cheerful. It’s a little gem of a place. The only downside is parking which is extremely limited. My wife, her sister, brother and niece visit every Sunday for the roast dinners.

Wow lovely will return only small thing I would change gravy should have beef bits in it and a bit thicker for finishing touch then every bit lush thank you all and a merry Christmas to you all

Visited for the Monday Folk Club. Great atmosphere, lovely welcoming people and great music. Didn't eat.

Just had a fabulous meal, there were five of us and everyone enjoyed. Huge amounts of home cooked food. The chief came and chatted with us and was so friendly. I would definitely recommend this place- fantastic!

A short walk from home for me for a sunny lunch. A small local pub with friendly polite staff. Service was quick and clearing away too, but we did nor feel rushed. Food was lovely home cooked even the gravy. All was tasty and we really enjoyed. After the main course though I could not manage a dessert as too full.

Visited the Rolling Mill for lunch which the food was beautiful.. The owner of the Rolling Mill that serves the drinks was arrogant and rude to me cause I complained that the pint of lager had was off asked if I could change it for something else which he did with a arrogant manner.. Which upset me the way he kept on at me with comments saying if had people like you regular I would be bankrupt... Left there upset.the way he spoke to me..Wouldn't recommend the Rolling Mill will not be returning... Food lovely. Owner arrogant and miserable...

We came here very short notice and kindly they squeezed us in. We had the ribs and the farmhouse chicken which was the best Hunter/famers chicken I've had in a long long time, so much cheese. And the cheesy garlic bread was THE BEST I've ever had(I don't like chunchy). Highly recommend this place for food. Great value for money and really relaxed atmosphere and the staff were great. Will be coming here again for sure.

Never been here before but whst a lovely welcoming place to come. We went for my wife's birthday meal and weren't disappointed would throughly recommend it 👌 🙂

Fair play, without doubt the nicest cooked dinner I've had in a long long time, not counting the wife's cooked dinner. We had two dinners today, delivered from the Rolling Mill, it was excellent, plenty of everything and tasted superb. Definitely will have again, and they do deliveries through the week too.

Before lockdown we enjoyed a delicious Sunday dinner here. Lovely pub, restaurant, delicious food and good service. Since lockdown, we have ordered several Sunday dinners to take away! The staff are always helpful and organised! The food is absolutely amazing! It's something to look forward to in such dark times! Highly recommend!

Called into the Rolling mill while on a vist back to Port Talbot with my wife and mother and had one of the best meals we had had for a long time. All three of us had something different and all meals were great and very well priced. Cheesecake for afters best ever tasted. Would call again if in the area.

Called here with some friends to have some food and catch up. Food was lovely and service was good. If the waitress did not know about something she went to the kitchen to find out and give the correect inormation. Not to expensive and large portions so do not eat all day before your viit. World recommend to anyone passing and feeling hungry

Went there with family for Sunday lunch. The food was tasty, the services was good and the barman was very nice. He mentioned something about being “chartered” which I didn’t realise you had to be to serve drinks!All in all a good place to go

Couldn't fault it here. The service fantastic the food fantastic and the price fantastic. Nothing too much trouble for the waitresses.

The welcome was good. I had the prawn salad with a baked potato enjoyed but would have liked more salad. The plaice, scampi and cod in batter were well received with lots of chips. Will definitely visit again.

Wire found whilst eating cabbage thought to be from a colander, waitress offered to replace meal but on her return informed me that it was from a scourer ewww. They handled it so matter of fact it left me speechless It could have been fed to a baby.

We've been going to the rolling mill for past 16 years the staff are always very polite And obliging and the food is always well Presented cooked freshly and very Generous portions. We have never been Disappointed

Visited for lunch after a colleague was taken there for a meal by a relative,good feedback so we tried it out.Aware of it but never been there.Real traditional pub(need more of these) no corporate image ,frequented by locals,"compost corner" mine of local history.FOOD that's what we visited for ,good honest grub, good menu selection,we had curry 1/2 1/2 tasty big portion.Food that came out for other eaters looked great, " will have next time" Be back definately, wonderful place caught in a time where pubs were pubs. Waitress lovely ,customers in bar lovely .See you soon wish we lived closer.

I recently went here for the first time and just wanted to say I had an amazing meal, priced very well, portion sizes were incredible and good quality food , service was fantastic and it was such a lovely and warming atmosphere that I'd recommend this place to anyone! Will definitely be going again soon!

Called in while passing & they were able to accommodate 8 of us at short notice. The food & service was excellent but the dessert was just a bridge too far, I nearly exploded. :D Eye's bigger than my belly springs to mind. Still it was delicious though, even if i had trouble walking back out to the car. :D

Yes it's a pub that sells pub food, but the quality and this size of the portion is excellent. Sunday lunch is something special, with desserts to die for. Good selection of beers, and all reasonably priced. Lovely surroundings and a great welcome
