The Roast in Wiltshire

They made my food wrong. When I asked nicely if they could help as when I had it before it was different and not full of sauce. The young boys didn't help! They wasn't nice. They didn't even consider doing anything. I couldn't finish my meal. I was so disappointed.

Ordered online tonight for me and a friend, for delivery. Website was easy to use and order came within half an hour, so very quick delivery and food came nice and hot. However, the quality of the food wasn't great for the price. Toppings on the pizzas were very lacking, and the dough on our side and dessert was either very undercooked or missing an ingredient that gave it zero rise or fluffiness. It was like eating something that had not risen and then sat out for a while. Real shame, as had high hopes for a cheeky takeaway treat, but yeah, had a bite or two and couldn't eat much more of the chicken side and oreo dessert. Wouldn't order again. Not the best experience or taste. However, delivery driver was polite and delivery was speedy, pizza fine, but sides were awful.

Been going here for years. It's obviously under new ownership and the food has gone down hill. Tiny little portions and it's actually not nice at all. Wouldn't feed it to my dog. I'd give zero stars if it would let me

Self service push-button coffee machine. No easily accessible wheelchair seating. Very limited food and drink options. Go to the main hospital canteen (Springs) instead.

Ordered food that never arrived, had to get a refund after over 2 hours of waiting. No contact from the store, called the store at least 5 times over the course of half an hour and it just never gets picked up. I’d rather they just didn’t accept my order if I knew it would be 2 hours before I end up just getting a refund anyway. Luckily dominoes arrived in 25 minutes with no problems whatsoever.
