Mediocre menu and poor food. Best course was the dessert. Overpriced for fish and chips or a beef burger.

Third visit to Wychwood: We stayed here on a two night Great Little Breaks Deal: B,B,D with a bottle of wine both nights and a Ticket for two to Trentham Gardens. Whilst the restaurant staff were aware of the deal, they were not familiar with the details. The deal included a bottle of wine to the value of £22.50, and a dinner allocation each night of £28pp. On the first night the waiter offered us a bottle of house white or house red. We said that the deal is a bottle of any wine up to the value of £22.50, which after querying with his supervisor, was agreed. The menu was limited: choices of starters, choice of about 6 main courses and a choice of desserts. Nothing was individually priced so we had no idea of the value and didn't query it, as the food was very good and quite sufficient. Second night, We asked for the same wine ( a chenin blanc at £22) as we had selected the previous night, but instead we were given a different one, which was probably the cheaper house white (everyone else had the same bottle). If so, a bit naughty. What does the manager think? Anyway, the wine was fine so no fuss made. The hotel was comfortable, the whole two days were enjoyable Except for the breakfasts: the hot buffet was cold, as were the plates. Having said that, we'd revisit again. Perhaps the waiting-on staff can be trained a little more, it would help them and us!

The chef needs to get a probe to check temperature of food, our food was Luke warm, this was for all three courses.

What sort of restaurant listed a fair number of fish options om the menu and then proceeds to have none of them available. A number of other choices were also not available and one of our drinks was served in a chipped glass. Very slow service finished off a most unpleasant evening.

Good place, they forgot a milkshake so the next day I rang up and they sent 2 out, they didn't have to send 2 but they did, the guy on the phone was the 1 who sorted my order out last night aswell and knew I was a milkshake down because the drive said he 4got it and was going to drop it off later. it was late tho 11 maybe half 11, but the problem was resolved. I've had worse experiences at mc Donald's and that's a multimillion pound business

It is the most dirty and smelly services I have ever been to. I visited last, 1 year ago and recall it being awful then. I forgot which services that 'terrible services' was until I had the misfortune of visiting once again then the memories came flooding back. The toilets are filthy as is the hygiene of the place throughout. We ordered a costa and the lids smelt like dust. The floors are also filthy. Whilst sitting in the only seating area downstairs we had a group of teenagers cracking open a load of bottles of beer, swearing and just generally being a drunken nuisance. I'm not one to cast judgement but it isn't exactly the sights I want to share over breakfast with my family. To sum it up I would describe this services as a toilet stop in the event that you dont want to end up soiling your car.

We visited the main restaurant while visiting Bridgemere. We settled on a cheese scone and a coffeee each. What a mistake!!! The scones, costing £2.75 each, were probably the worst scones we had ever come across. They were hard, crumbled in many fragments when cut and were extremely dry and unpleasnt to eat. This experience has put us off ever eating a scone ever again.

Yesterday I ordered from this takeaway however I was unimpressed as the food took 2 hours to come and when arrived it was cold however it still tasted stunning but I left a 1 star service review for how long I was waiting but I tried to order a takeaway again as I wanted to give it another try but they refused my order on multiple occasions
