The Residency Notting Hill in City of London, Westminster

Wow is all can say! Food, service, drinks, staff and ambiance were all amazing. This is the best bottomless brunch we have ever had and was excellent value. We were visiting London from the midlands overnight to see Take That in Hyde Park and booked here as it was near our hotel. We all agreed that this brunch was so good that we will get the train to London for the day just to experience it again! Highly recommended.

If you are thinking of dining here, don’t hesitate, just book! Everything was exceptional, the service, drinks and food was absolutely outstanding. We were served by Pedro who was friendly, professional and made our evening such a pleasure. I was surprised it was so quite for a Saturday evening, but it’s definitely a hidden gem which has earned my praise. I will definitely return…again and again!

We had a lovely meal at the newly opened Residency last night. The staff were very attentive and kind and the food was excellent. The tomohawk steak that we shared was unreal, a real highlight! Also the chicken poppers and beef tatati starters were very tasty. Highly recommend this place and will certainly be coming back in the near future!

The food was okay but we had 50% off so that made it feel better. My main issue was the staff. Before we even got there, I would get calls from numbers for several days but was working and no voicemail left. I then get a blunt email the day before asking me to confirm as ‘they’d tried contacting me loads’. It was too much in my opinion and they should have the same system as other restaurants where you just do an automated confirm by text. I felt harassed before even going. Then, when I got there, my friend was already seated so I went to go sit with her but the front staff member was so odd about it and said he had to walk me so I wasn’t ‘wandering the restaurant’ and was just rude. Again, set it up once again for me to already feel uncomfortable. The waitress did not listen to us and came over many times in the first few minutes when we hadn’t even had the chance to look. Once we did need the bill etc they were nowhere to be found. It just seemed like we weren’t listened to at all. Very disappointed by all of this and I definitely won’t be returning. The food was fine for the 50% off but happy I didn’t pay full price.

I should start by saying that the food was very good. Delicious salmon scotch egg starter. Bruno was an excellent server, very helpful and efficient. However, the experience was spoilt by lack of attention to detail: toast instead of fresh sourdough bread, compulsory charity donation for tap water (not a bad idea, but it wasn't communicated), service added to the bill and then option to add additional service to credit card. Prices were on the high side.

Locale accogliente e ordinato, di recente apertura, cameriere italiano gentile e disponibile, siamo andati per un brunch, eravamo tanti e abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo, abbiamo atteso un po' perché all'inizio non c'era tutto il personale, in ogni caso siamo stati bene e il cibo era buono.

My husband and I came here last night for dinner and had a lovely evening. Very relaxed and intimate atmosphere with many of the locals popping in. The staff were really keen to get to know us and make sure we were happy with our food! Some good halal options and reasonably priced for the quality of food. Seems there is a garden space due to open soon which looked lovely too! Would definitely recommend

Went here for a Wednesday night dinner with a friend and the food was amazing. The sauces that came with the arancini balls and the king prawn starters were delish! This was then followed by the chicken thigh and sea bass.. i didn't realise a chicken thigh could taste that good! A side of the creamed spinach is a must.. probably my favourite bit. The interior design is very luxurious.. to match the cocktails... Looking forward to attending one of their weekend brunches, they look lively! Thanks to the host, Danio for such a warm welcome :-)

Went to the Residency twice with my girlfriend (for a weekday dinner earlier this summer and today for brunch). Both times enjoyed great food. Not over complicated but all was great and as I would hope it to be. Special mention for the salmon scotch egg and the bone marrow burger, but all that we tasted was above averafe

I went here a few times with friends and we always had a fabulous time. The entire staff is very friendly, they were attentive at all times, took good care of us and ensured everything was perfect. The servias super quick. A massive plus for me was that they have my favourite wine (a French one) by the glass. We had the tuna tartare and sea bream. The tuna tartare was fresh, soft and tasty and it went perfectly with the candy lime soy dressing which was refreshing. The sea bream was superbly baked with a crispy finish. Yum! 👌🏻 The Head Chef definitely knew what he was doing! 👏🏻 On top of this the music was great and they also expose art from local artists. I definitely recommend The Residency and will be back there soon! 💯

Great service and amazing food. Will definitely be coming back with friends and family. The interior is beautiful and the atmosphere is incredible.
