Good food , reasonably priced. Its a take away so expect/accept there can be wait for food. (Good sign of popularity) Banter/chat as much or little as you prefer at ordering desk.

Food is terrible asked for chicken strips and got a portion off hard crispy batter bits. not a single bit chicken and also forgot part of my order. Through it out for the seagulls and even they turned there nose up at it waste off money unedible grub

It's our go to Chinese at the moment. 5 meals in and 5 top results. Time for pick up isn't good, check before going. Delivery time was slow and out with started delivery time. Work round this and all is good

Used this place quite a few times and was worth a 4. This time however. Fried rice was sticky and pork meal had a stinking smell to it.Could not eat. Service was pick up and was more or less on time. The chicken curry has also deteriorated from previous visits. Due to quality of food I will not be ordering again for forseeable future.

Best salt and chilli chips AV tasted rice was really fresh big portions.👍

Quick delivery time n big difference in the food since new owners got new chef,defo be ordering again top marks

Awesome chinese here and the ming sang are probably the 2 best in kirkcaldy others are good but these are mine and my family faves

Called Waited over 2hrs for our delivery food ok but shouldn't have to call 3times to find out where food is!

Ordered a delivery from redcap over just eat and waited 1 hour then decided to phone to find out how much longer it was gonna be then they said the noodles were only just being put into the pan and that it would be a further 20 minutes .by the time to noodles arrived they were stone cold and hard and when I called to address the issue they said that if I wanted my money back I had to collect it bearing in mind we dont drive and live at the other side of town .terrible service would not recommend this place to anything that breathes

Love theirs salt and pepper chips and curry sauce, also very tasty vegetable fried rice and mini spring rolls and friendly staff :)

Absolutley disgused with the service!! I work hard to pay for my family meal.... when your order is wrong to be told that theres no one to talk to as they dont speak english!!! Dont appreciate the young things attitude on the phone!! Defo wont be back food disgusting!!!!

Both my daughter &I frequently eat from Red Cap There in shop & Delivery service/drivers are very Polite&friendly, food is great & always arrives hot👍

If i could give it less i would. Called at 1820 tonight still waiting on delivery at 2015. Called and firstly said did you order anything then it was they will be 1 minute tjat was 15 mins ago. Better hurry up its ridiculous service and i havent even tasted the meal yet. This place utter joke.

Food is 5stars but the fat blonde person is the rudest most mean person ive ever met they should fire her

The best Chinese takeaway in Kirkcaldy, maybe the best in Fife,the food is amazing and most importantly it arrives hot ♨ I won't go past this as there is no point in trying another to be disappointed it's always been my number 1 takeaway and only 1 saved in my contacts now, staff are nice what else can you ask for
