The Real Greek Manchester in Manchester

The food couldn’t be further from Greek, a disgrace to souvlaki! That meat was NOT grilled, tables were all making the same comment that the meat tasted boiled and just blunt. The souvlaki was not even half filled and they charge £9 for it ! Will never return and would advise to avoid wasting your time here. A real shame it is, not a real Greek. Coming from an actual real Greek

Great food and good location, definitely worth the price. Our servers Christina and Liza were cery lovely as well would definitely recommend.

We have eaten very well, our waitress Abbi has been charming and has served us very well. We will return on our next visit to Manchester.

deiver did not knock in the door woke up this morning to our food being left on the door step we ordered at 7.30pm and went to bed at 11pm thinking the delivery was not coming never ordering fron here again

We had a great experience dining at the Real Greek near the printworks. We were served by Olga, who was accommodating and went above and beyond to ask if the chefs could make my wrap with kalamari. It was a delicious meal and we will definitely be returning!

The food is VERY EXPENSIVE too.. the pie inside had 6 potatoes counted And the souvlaki was 10000000% half a souvlaki and very bad, the souvlaki had all the spices of India in it (unbelievable bad).. Service very good, Atmosphere very good but a pity for the basic and best... VERY EXPENSIVE.. I live in London and I actually eat a real souvlaki and it's £6.50 now, not £9 and it's half a souvlaki and fries, and lousy in taste.. sorry…

I have been twice and got the Chicken Wrap both times. The food is amazing, the service was superb the staff are very friendly and attentive. Our server was called Bachi, very funny , very pleasant. Overall this was a very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience enjoying authentic Greek food here—highly recommended! The halloumi popcorn with honey drizzle was a perfect balance of savory and sweet, the grilled octopus was tender and flavorful, and the taramasalata with flatbread was rich and delicious. A special thank you to Olga, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable!

My first trip to the restaurant and I will definitely be back. Started with some of the nicest hummus I've ever had followed by a selection of small plates. Everything was perfectly cooked and very flavoursome, the standout for me being the grilled octopus on fava bean puree. I'm probably being unfair marking the atmosphere down given it was early on a Tuesday evening and therefore still pretty quiet. All in all we both loved our visit. Very highly recommended!

Expensive fast food in a 'fancy' restaurant. The restaurant looked cozy, with a nice location in the middle of the city. However, the food itself was straight from the snack bar, it was on the table within 3 minutes. Cold fries, cold meat, served as fast food and meager portions for far too high a price. Staff and owner were also unfriendly and thought much of themselves. In short, this restaurant is absolutely not recommended for a nice dinner, unless you fancy expensive fast food.

Paco was our server he was amazing, so tentative to our table and so friendly and warm! He was the best waiter 😊 We came in Sat October 12th around lunch time. He was so lovely and accommodating we were more than happy to pay the service charge! 😁

Was pleasantly surprised by this place as alot of the Greek restaurants I've come across in Manchester haven't quite been what I expected. Only tried a Gyros this time but it definitely made me intrigued to come back and try more.

Bachi and Bex were servers. Good food. Bit frustrating the gluten free food arrived a little later but otherwise good.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Real Greek, and I must say, the experience was made exceptional by the fantastic wait staff, Bachi and Bex. From the moment we walked in, their warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a wonderful evening. Bachi was incredibly attentive, and made sure that we had everything we needed. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on. He made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. Bex, on the other hand, brought a delightful energy to our table. Her friendly and cheerful attitude was infectious, and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. She was quick to respond to any requests and did so with a genuine smile. Together, Bachi and Bex created an atmosphere that was both professional and personable. Their teamwork and dedication to excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend visiting The Real Greek and experiencing their top-notch service for yourself!

Given it's one of those chains you get everywhere, the food was actually much better than expected. Octopus with fava a highlight, really soft. Meat skewers at a tenner each are one to avoid if you want to keep the meal cheap. Staff... mixed - on the one hand quick and attentive, on the other, a bit too casual for their own good - chatting and swearing loudly very close to where customers are sat.

My first visit to the Real Greek restaurant was made memorable as I was waited upon by one of the most professional, friendly and accommodating young man. Shoonki took time to patiently explain the dishes (I didn't understand anything on the menu, lol), recommended mouth watering dishes which surpassed my expectations. He made my experience, a once in a lifetime one. Thanks Shoonki.
