dont bother wasteing your money here ordered kebab the donner was off and cold pizza was hard and had a smell to it the driver seem to be on some kind of drugs asking for money first and the food in car avoid total waste of money

Not very impressed, pizza was tiny and the chicken in my husbands kebab was described as too rubbery to eat so got thrown in the bin.

food stone cold 45 mins late when I phoned to find out where my food was the guy said we have over 60 orders I said then employ more staff or at least tell people it's gonna take nearly 2 hours for a delivery I won't be using these again

Placed an order at 4:30 for a delivery at 6:00. Food has said it was delivered, but hadn't arrived. I asked for help on the app to see where my food was and delivery time got changed to 6:55. I called the restaurant 7 times and no answer. Food was finally delivered at 7:25. First and last time I order from here.

Rude management. Rude staff. Left an honest review because they had the cheek to not offer me a refund when missing food off my order. And told me to get it “next time” then the staff decided to ring me on no caller id at 2:35 in the morning after seeing the review. Harassing me to take it down. And then I rang the store asking to speak to a manager which turned out that he was the manager. They gave me attitude and would not listen to my point. Basically they harassed me totally sir down an honest review so it would not affect their business when they don’t think to change their professionalism

We ordered a pizza, chicken nuggets and a fudge cake. The fudge cake didn’t arrive which was surprising as it’s not a large business so this small order shouldn’t be hard to forget. We called up and the man said “I’ve left the shop now” we said can we at least get a refund then and he said “can you not just get one next time” we were stunned at that point. The service deserves less than 1 star clearly as you can see. No apology for it whatsoever either. Don’t expect respect when they miss out a simple thing on your order from here.

Food from here shocking. That picture of korma sauce cost almost £6 and hardly had any in the tub. The naan bread just crumbled it was just crusty. The delivery driver said he he didn’t have any change so I said keep it . I was giving it him anyway but I get the feeling this was his trick to get a tip. Never will I go to this place again .

New management has changed the taste completely. I loved their pizza and quantity of food is awesome

Blackley burgers and shakes delivered us a wonderful generous portion of fast food delights, each one well cooked, the loaded donner box is super generous, you really do need to be hungry, we will definitely be ordering again and again, my only gripe is that I was really looking forward to a Strawberry Mirinda, maybe next time

Cheap for a reason! Missing items in both boxes! Cheese burger is only cheap bun, meat, and slice of cheese thats all.. No salad no sauce.

Absolutely stunning donner kebab box, the sauce was spot on and salad was nice and crunchy, with perfectly crafted meal. All ingredients sang in harmony and most importantly, my last feedback was taken onboard. I would recommend Blackley Burger and Shakes to all my friends and family. Excellent food, only one constructive criticism, I would prefer spicy chilli sauce with my meal. It should be homemade style and really hot, like a chutney (not the industrial type). Also, pickled chilli and cabbage in the salad. All these elements add extra level to the food. Otherwise, really nice food and generous portions. Nice grilled onions and peppers, beautiful onion bhaji.

Burger was filled with some sort of nasty sauce and lettuce which was not anticipated at all. Otherwise, the food was good.

Not worth the money, I order 2x mixed meat shashlick boxes which was meant to be donner and chicken I got one piece of chicken in mine for 14.99 and it wasn't even cooked. It's a new place what has just opened yet the box I ordered was meant to contain 4x onion bhaji yet they didn't have none and replaced them with 4 tiny chicken pop corns. Also my sons pizza wasn't worth £8 for a 10" it was something like my 4 year old could of cooked. Atleast the chips was edible. I will not be ordering from here EVER again.

Won't be ordering again. Spent a decent amount for 2 and ended up with 2 rice dishes not 1 and another dish missing. I rang the restaurant and told them the problem and they said they'd send replacements. They only sent 1 item! So I still ended up paying for an incorrect order. Not happy! Don't waste your time!!

This is by far the best Indian takeaway I have ever used. The food is fantastic, all freshly made to order. It's not expensive at all for what you get. The staff are excellent and extremely good looking as a bonus for my deliveries! I highly recommend Tiffin Bites.

Waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for food every time I rang the takeaway they said will be with you in 15 minutes and when delivery arrived they charged me extra and would not leave. Food has dropped in standard time too avoid this place

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! Ordered food at 5:30pm! It showed up at 10:00pm!!! I rang up numerous times to constantly be told you need to wait another 45 minutes then you will have to wait another hour. Then to be told your order is on its way and an hour later it’s still not arrived! Driver then got the wrong address and food arrived cold & drinks were warm! I am never ordering from here again! Honestly thought I found a really good place until today!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!

The chicken jalfraezi was great, nice and lively. Full of flavour. Samotsa wasn't great small n not as good as in Rochdale but onion bhaji was very nice.

I've been a loyal customer for well over a year & I've experienced some extremely rude customer service this evening. When so called management came out i wasn't satisfied with the lack of professionalism of them. Food was lovely but cold when we came to sit as a family.

My food was absolutely delicious, being someone who orders Indian food 2 times every week, I can say that this is definitely one of the best Indian takeaways around

My vegetarian biryani was really good, and delivered on time still nice n hot.

Ordered a meal to be delivered after 8pm, food turned up over an hour early, delivery driver found this funny and said 'so no good?' 'Not want' When I called the restaraunt the 'manager would rather argue that the delivery driver does not understand not speak much English and is an old man, then continues to argue that they are too busy to read the orders sent through properly. Considering this was a manager i sas speaking to his attitude and customer service was disgusting, especially when he then goes on to swearing at me when told I will be leaving a bad review! Will never order again!!

Food was ok standard for takeaway good size portion get 10% discount if you order on there website dont order off just eat they charge you a 50p service charge!

I ordered from here on a Sunday using the app and received 10% off which was great, I also got free onion bhaji as my order was over a certain amount which was cooked fresh upon arrival. The app was good and very easy to use, I appreciated that I didn't have to sign up my email to use it or create a log in. The food was hot and tasty, the portion size was more than enough. The service in the shop was also high quality. Would recommend.
