The Railway Arms in Watford

We visited this pub before going to the Watford vs Cardiff football match. Incredible pub with the best staff I have seen. After one order she remembered our drinks and also recalled them when we returned after the game. The pub was friendly, clean with sport on the TV.

A lively pub close to Bushey Train stationwith friendly staff.. It is lively on weekend nights and has a good mix of people. It also has a pool table which is fun.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I just LOVE the vibes here, I can admit that I finally found a home after living in the vicinity for over a year! The staff, landlady - Elaine, and all the patrons visiting here are all so welcoming and friendly. If you want to watch Live Sports, play a game of Pool or want to make new friends, just visit The Railway Arms once, I guarantee you'll leave with a smile on your face everytime! 😊

One of the only pubs in the area consistently cleaning their lines. Every time I pop in the beer is fresh

Lovely friendly pub, great service

Came here on a day I was feeling down. I was surprised to have people coming up to me to make me feel better and welcome. Had a pint with the owner who is an absolute gem. Thanks to the people at The Railway Arms, for making my day 👌🏾😜

First time in very probably my new local pub! Good service, friendly staff, excellent choices on jukebox, pool table, great atmosphere. What's not to like. And it's open till 12 🤣🤣🤣

Zeer gezellige leuke pub! Pas aan het einde van onze trip zijn we deze pub binnengelopen en we balen dat we niet eerder dit hebben gedaan. Er is veel keus is bier en andere dranken. De eigenaar en ander personeel zijn super vriendelijk en kun je hele gesprekken mee hebben (net zoals de overige lokale gasten). Mochten we ooit nog eens terugkomen hier dan komen we hier zeker weer langs!

Went here as my regular pub had run out of beer. Being by Bushey station it had plenty of railway themed decorations but it is very clean with a carpeted floor and very clean graffiti free loos. The beer selection was excellent with proper draught offerings from the Tring brewery plus plenty of other mainstream offerings too. If you are in the area it is well worth visiting.

Convenient, nice charm, wonderful staff and good drink. What more could you ask for in a good pub?

We came across the Railway arms on a cycle and decided to stop for a pint . Ended up having an absolutely fantastic time having banter with the landlady and the regulars ! She even gave us pizza ! Would recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

An old world charm cozy place to drop in for a drink or two. Sit inside and watch sports on TV or enjoy the patio outside. Do not expect food, other than snacks, chips and peanuts. The bar tender was very friendly and helpful. Cannot say the same of patrons! Located very conveniently across the road from Bushey Rail Station. A good place to relax and unwind.

We came to visit some friends staying in Bushey for a couple of nights and called for beer,we couldn`t have found a more friendly place for miles. As they didn`t serve food we bought some fish and chips from a nearby chippy and they let us eat them at the tables outside,with a beer of course. Just perfect hosts.Lovely beer and I must say at £3.0 a pint it was £1.25 cheaper than another local,enough said. . well recommended by us all ;-)

I visited the Railway Arms on a Saturday evening. It was busy with local folk who enjoyed the soccer match. My host was Dave. He was great host if at times a little overwhelming. Overall it is a fine establishment and of course the fois gras is incredible. I’d also recommend the beef Monster Munch!

Friendly welcome whenever I have visited, greeted with a smile, friendly people, nice atmosphere, I have visited for a quiet drink, a football game and a night out was never disappointed. I advise to give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Spent several happy hours here whilst meeting up with some old friends, and attending the local beer festival, great friendly staff, great ales and the landlady went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed her establishment, Great Pub.

Great little pub visited quite late one night.. Very friendly staff and great landlady. Just wish I had got there earlier and had spent more time. Hope to go back sometime soon!

Go this pub as always has a good section of sport on . Some of my colleagues like real ale a good guest ones there

This is a marvellous little Greene King pub, opposite the station. 2 Greene King and 2 guest beers usually on, very good to get refreshed when getting out of the train after a long journey before getting home! Nice staff, too. The dog is quite friendly! No food, only the usual nuts, crisps, etc.
