Great little pub Great people bit quiet as Birmingham lost but we celebrating Norwich lost and IPSWICH got promoted

Great pub, just been decorated thru out the outside given a much needed face-lift, try it once, you can't go far wrong. And tje Guinness is top hole. 👌

A very welcoming traditional pub, a hidden gem in the heart of The Midlands. The hosts John and Judy are very friendly and look after their regulars and newbies alike. As do their other bar personnel Simone and Laura. Dream team. The beer's good and prices very reasonable. Fully recommend a visit, I definitely will be returning.

Super chill place with immaculate vibes. The staff are super friendly and are always willing to help. For being so central the drinks are a good price and if you’re in town it’s worth popping in.

As it was when I used to use it as an apprentice, 38 yrs ago. Nice, clean friendly; price has gone up a bit though !

One of the finest old fashioned back street pubs in the hockley area. Delightful hospitality by the very friendly proprietors. Excellent pies and snacks available should you have time to eat in between drinking the excellent ales they serve.
