New management are great laid back people, I like the place very much now

Got a new gaffa and staff, a lot better atmosphere 👌

Absolutely shocking it was 5.00pm on a Sunday our little 8 year boy was bursting for the toilet so we just pulled in quickly as he could not hold it and we had a long drive so my husband went with him and the staff said no kids was allowed in he explained that our little boy just needed the toilet and he could not hold it and was tuned away due to this it led him being in tears when he got back and he ended up wetting himself I no some please don't allow children but we was not drinking he just needed the toilet and I was shocked that someone could turn away a little child like that clearly don't have children of there own

Great festive atmosphere in here last night, everyone getting in the spirit of things & having a jolly good time .... All the bar staff were very friendly & helpful, Merry Christmas all 🎁🎄🎅🏼

A lovely example of a traditional pub. Cozy bar space and rear courtyard. It’s a great environment for a social beer and it’s dog friendly too. The new landlords are very welcoming and interactive with all their customers. A pint of Wainwright with a cheese and onion cob is a must. It would be nice to see a local beer on offer, would be my only recommendation.

I visited this pub yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Fantastic atmosphere and the staff were outstanding. The place was lovely and clean, smelt lovely. The cobs were delicious and reasonably priced. Great selection of beer. Will definitely be coming back again.

What a fantastic experience I had here. The pub looked and felt completely different. The atmosphere was great - very inviting. Great selection of ales and very well kept. The pub was clean, bright and warm. Will be coming back to experience some live music very soon.

I visited the Queens Head on Tuesday and was incredibly impressed with how different it looks. It was bright,clean and the atmosphere was brilliant. We only popped in for a drink but ended up staying for the quiz which was highly entertaining. Fantastic new managers and friendly customers. We will definitely be back.

A fantastic gem of a pub with a lovely atmosphere and welcoming bar staff who really take pride in making your visit enjoyable and pouring the perfect pint. The refurb looks great, and is nice and clean, well done to Sal and Chris for turning this place around.

Amazing to see the Queens Head in town back open. Chris and Sally are really welcoming and the range of beers is great with Brooklyn Pilsner being my favourite. Will definitely be back when they have the quiz on. Give it a visit

This is one of the loveliest pubs I have been in, in a long time. Myself and a colleague were in Birmingham for work and had received a recommendation to go here. We were not disappointed. The landlord was a wonderful man who made us feel very welcome. The locals were great. What was only supposed to be one drink turned into us staying here the whole night. Good laughs, great company, and a beautiful pub. Would come back to Birmingham just to come here. Absolutely outstanding.

Reading a lot of reviews I feel they have the wrong pub. I popped in a month ago and the place was run down and I experienced a lot of racist and aggressive opinions from the clients. Sorry I appreciate it’s difficult to pick and choose on the door when you need to bring in the cash

If you wanna go out and feel at home at the same time then this is the place to be! Monday - darts, Tuesday- dominoes, Wednesday- karaoke, Thursday-free jukebox, Friday- disco, Saturday- live singer, Sunday- karaoke. Best pub in Bromsgrove!

Decor is appalling, carpet is about 20 years old and seats all stained with who knows what!! Really not a nice experience.

I booked a table a month ago to be told I had cancelled the table which I had not, they did fit us in and we where told we had to hurry as they had a party coming in so it felt very quick and rushed

This was a 35th wedding anniversary party for 17 plus a toddler....the service was efficient the food brought out all together. I would like to mention Lisa who I spoke to on the phone about the preorder she was brilliant .Very impressed and will be back....I didn't get the name of the young lady who waited on our table ...she was patient and attentive .

Went there to support my daughter who was singing there, had a great night chatting with the regulars and the "banks" beer went down well also. Will be back the end of November for my daughters next gig.

This is a lovely old school pub we always drink in when visiting Bromsgrove. Right at the top of the high street so only a short walk when staying at the Premier Inn, it's no frills but great beer mean its the perfect place for a pint of Bonks's finest in a warm and sometimes lively atmosphere!

Perfect dinner date venue at the heart of Bromsgrove. Better than the other pub in the middle of no where with the same name. Get your direction correct people. Bar staff are friendly and nice. You'll be greeted with people socialising outside

Very pleasant hotel, clean & spaces rooms, big bathroom with a bath. An excellent reception area with lovely and helpful staff.

We popped in to this old proper pub, lively tudor beams, they were also doing food, yum, badic/simple well cooked food (newly opened) I was informed the menu would extend once settled in but good service, everything was cooked fresh. So good luck to them.
