Payed a table for new years eve almost 1000 pounds,to sit behind a wall and a look to no where,a shame how they treat costumers

You know what you're getting with Wahaca. Mexican based good with a modern British twist. This is not the best Wahaca though. Service was good but we were in a dark corner, so dark we couldn't see what we were eating. Unable to use the toilets as they were blocked all the time we were there and hand dryers weren't working

The security rejected me without checking my ID and I asked why and he refused to reply and the man pushed me away, very disappointed and disheartening, let alone I had been there loads of times before

A great place to go while in Waterloo. I happened to be stuck in Waterloo waiting for my next train and hungry. I always love Wahaca and it’s quick and easy to get seated and the hours and location by the station is super convenient. My waitress, Kinga, was so warm and friendly. I came alone and only had a limited time. But felt totally comfortable. Service was great and the food filling and yummy as always.

We visited over the weekend with the family and the waitress Bell was very rude, I asked three times to place an order and the food was great but by the time she delivered it was cold. Last time we visited it was fantastic so it shows how much a poor waitress can ruin the experience
