Great fun, my friends and I love coming here for a drink. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the food is great. The large beer garden with heaters is definitely a bonus!

Beer was great as was the food, I have to say the service was unexpected. Rarely have we experienced such service in a pub. The waiter Max was very accommodating, attentive and super friendly and helpful with culinary decisions.

Bartender was very rude - he asked for ID which I didnt have so I ordered a non alcoholic drink, he then accused me of trying to get my friends to buy an alcoholic drink for me. I understand IDing but to accuse me of lying after I had already ordered a non alcoholic drink is so disrespectful. He then ignored me and proceeded to serve someone else. Will not be back

A welcoming place, with good beers (among others, the Madri from Madrid and of course the Guiness should be enjoyed), excellent meat, chips and sauce. The staff were friendly and courteous. To be tasted on winter evenings, absolutely the "Mulled Wine"!

Vi kom her en lørdag for at få fish and chips. Der var mange mennesker, så vi valgte at sætte os i den opvarmede gårdhave på trods af årstiden. Det var egentlig fint nok. Lidt køligt trods terassevarmere, men sådan er det jo. Vi bestilte fish and chips og sandwich med steak. Maden var ok og kom inden for rimelig tid. Man kunne bestille og betale via en qr-kode. Dog skulle man vælge allerede der, om man vil give drikkepenge, hvilket jo er svært, når man ikke ved, hvordan maden eller betjeningen er. En standard pub, hverken rigtig god eller dårlig.

Pub non lontano dalla fermata del metro, veramente molto bello. Ci siamo andati dopo una passeggiata a Notting Hill. Abbiamo mangiato del buon pesce e dell’ottima birra a prezzi ragionevoli. Personale molto gentile e ottimo servizio. Molto buoni anche i dolci.

Tonight Mixed Mike was refused service for apparently “making people feel uncomfortable”. Even though all night he talked to me as can be seen on the CCTV as I was seated in front of it. There was a similar incident with a gentleman on the news recently with a Restaurant refusing service to a gentleman with facial disfigurement caused by cancer called Oliver Bromley being refused service at a restaurant for “making customer feel uncomfortable”. It was only one staff that asserted this, and another backed him due to pressure I’m guessing as she is a lovely lady. Perhaps the CCTV footage should be reviewed and a fair conclusion reached. Peace ✌🏼 but it’s in the spirit of fairness ⚖️!!!

A pesar de que toda la noche me habló como se puede ver en la CCTV mientras estaba sentado frente a ella. Hubo un incidente similar con un caballero en las noticias recientemente con un restaurante que rechaza el servicio a un caballero con desfiguración facial causada por cáncer llamado Oliver Bromley que se le negó el servicio en un restaurante por “hacer que el cliente se sienta incómodo”. Fue solo un personal el que afirmó esto, y otro lo respaldó debido a la presión que supongo, ya que es una dama encantadora. Quizá deban revisarse las imágenes de CCTV y llegar a una conclusión justa. Paz ✌🏼 pero es en el espíritu de justicia ⚖️!!

Pub très sympa avec une clientèle touristique dans un quartier touristique. Service rapide et efficace pour une cuisine de pub sans fausse note. On peut y aller pour le charme du pub et un repas rapide avant d'attaquer portobello et le quartier de nothing hill.

went to this town for the market and stopped here to get some dinner - was a really, really good feed. I had the lamb special and it hit the spot, the lamb was cooked perfectly and the mash and gravy was delicious. Was too full to have dessert so had an espresso martini that was also divine. Really good meal. The ambience of the pub was really nice too, a good enough layout where you can fit a few people in without feeling too crowded. Bit spenny but super worth it.

I booked a table here in advance to watch an F1 race. The night before the race, I received an email saying the booking was cancelled because they were apparently fully booked — literally at 2am, when the race was at 12pm the next day.

First time in this pub and it was awesome. The atmosphere inside was just as good as the food. The service was excellent and the bartender Max was funny and quick to take our orders, which tasted fantastic.

The pub looked so nice from the outside and once we were inside we were positively surprised on how good the service and food was. This was due to the waiter Max, who helped us the entire time with perfect service and his witty jokes. We already made plans to return and enjoy this royal service.

Max is a legend. Also the fish and chips were great. Great time all around.

The 'Prince Albert' is a wonderful little gem in the heart of Notting Hill with a very authentic and extremely charming feel. The food is excellent and the service, especially the German-British waiter Max, is incredibly accommodating and always friendly.

A very cool and nice pub! The chicken burgers and beer are excellent and the service is super friendly! Max (our waiter) immediately recognized the German after my English sentences, which resulted in a very funny conversation! All around just a great pub!

Barr typical English restaurant. Friendly welcome and hearty traditional dishes. We had a good time before taking the metro which is not far away.

We were just strolling on Notting Hill and got hungry. Didn't expect much but we discovered a hidden gem! The food was fantastic and surprisingly refined. Max took great care of us, and made sure we felt so comfortable that we will come back next time we are in London. Looking forward to it.

My friends secured a table for us to watch the Euro semi, and the front door stupid guys won’t listen. They asked me to go to the end of the queue and wait behind people who have no one waiting for them inside and no table secured for them in any way. How does it make any sense? I encourage everyone to avoid this place with the rude brainless staff.

A really great pub with very kind and helpful staff, a huge atmosphere during the euros and quality food with more on offer than just the average pub menu.

A busy pub very near Notting Hill Gate station that has plenty of tables and a beer garden. They have plenty of beers on tap from which we tasted the Asahi (that tasted off) and Pravha (which was better). We also tasted the chicken and beef burger which we thought were not good for the £17 that we were charged - plenty of places that do better burgers for cheaper. The chips were good. And, it tends to be busy so book your table if you’re going there when the football is on.

Así que pensé que ya era hora de escribir una reseña! Tuvimos pescado y patatas fritas en un lugar número uno altamente calificado, pero ESTO fue lo mejor que tuvimos en nuestro viaje! ¡Así que vamos a volver LOL! Me encantó la comida.
