Bummy. I walked in with a black bag and got asked if it was alcohol. Was with some anericans too and this place only takes passports. Lame pub anyways just lucky to have leffe on tap

Came here for drink and dessert last night. Great selection of beers, brilliant service and tasty sticky toffee pudding. Really good atmosphere for a relaxing evening

Tonight Mixed Mike was refused service for apparently “making people feel uncomfortable”. Even though all night he talked to me as can be seen on the CCTV as I was seated in front of it. There was a similar incident with a gentleman on the news recently with a Restaurant refusing service to a gentleman with facial disfigurement caused by cancer called Oliver Bromley being refused service at a restaurant for “making customer feel uncomfortable”. It was only one staff that asserted this, and another backed him due to pressure I’m guessing as she is a lovely lady. Perhaps the CCTV footage should be reviewed and a fair conclusion reached. Peace ✌🏼 but it’s in the spirit of fairness ⚖️!!!

Pub with a great atmosphere! All the staff was extremely kind, and the fries were delicious. Shoutout to Max, who taught us the Guiness game and made our night even more pleasurable with his funny storytelling. Definitely recommend!!

went to this town for the market and stopped here to get some dinner - was a really, really good feed. I had the lamb special and it hit the spot, the lamb was cooked perfectly and the mash and gravy was delicious. Was too full to have dessert so had an espresso martini that was also divine. Really good meal. The ambience of the pub was really nice too, a good enough layout where you can fit a few people in without feeling too crowded. Bit spenny but super worth it.

I booked a table here in advance to watch an F1 race. The night before the race, I received an email saying the booking was cancelled because they were apparently fully booked — literally at 2am, when the race was at 12pm the next day.

The pub looked so nice from the outside and once we were inside we were positively surprised on how good the service and food was. This was due to the waiter Max, who helped us the entire time with perfect service and his witty jokes. We already made plans to return and enjoy this royal service.

First time in this pub and it was awesome. The atmosphere inside was just as good as the food. The service was excellent and the bartender Max was funny and quick to take our orders, which tasted fantastic.

The 'Prince Albert' is a wonderful little gem in the heart of Notting Hill with a very authentic and extremely charming feel. The food is excellent and the service, especially the German-British waiter Max, is incredibly accommodating and always friendly.

A very cool and nice pub! The chicken burgers and beer are excellent and the service is super friendly! Max (our waiter) immediately recognized the German after my English sentences, which resulted in a very funny conversation! All around just a great pub!

Barr typical English restaurant. Friendly welcome and hearty traditional dishes. We had a good time before taking the metro which is not far away.

The food is not their strong point but the atmosphere makes you forget the rest, bar found at random but pleasant service, I recommend

We were just strolling on Notting Hill and got hungry. Didn't expect much but we discovered a hidden gem! The food was fantastic and surprisingly refined. Max took great care of us, and made sure we felt so comfortable that we will come back next time we are in London. Looking forward to it.

My friends secured a table for us to watch the Euro semi, and the front door stupid guys won’t listen. They asked me to go to the end of the queue and wait behind people who have no one waiting for them inside and no table secured for them in any way. How does it make any sense? I encourage everyone to avoid this place with the rude brainless staff.

A really great pub with very kind and helpful staff, a huge atmosphere during the euros and quality food with more on offer than just the average pub menu.

A busy pub very near Notting Hill Gate station that has plenty of tables and a beer garden. They have plenty of beers on tap from which we tasted the Asahi (that tasted off) and Pravha (which was better). We also tasted the chicken and beef burger which we thought were not good for the £17 that we were charged - plenty of places that do better burgers for cheaper. The chips were good. And, it tends to be busy so book your table if you’re going there when the football is on.

We went to this restaurant in Sept 2023 which was almost a year ago but we are going back and the fish and chips was so good I wanted to make sure I got BACK when we visit London again! So thought it was about time I wrote a review! We had fish and chips at a number one highly rated spot but THIS was the best we had on our trip! SO we are going back LOL! Loved the food.

A wonderful experience, I ate and drank well, in a classic English pub environment! With the emotion of watching Italy's Euro 2024 match, with the owls falling silent, it is unforgettable. I recommend everyone to go there and taste all the beers.

First time watching a football game in a pub during my first ever visit to the UK was made very special. The atmosphere was buzzing all around, the food was delicious and special shout-out to Max who served my dad and I and interacted with us all night long. Right so…. My friends went tot the ladies room And use the facilities only to find out there was not loo role… the bar tender gave her a roll at the bar.. told to take that with them. Found it utterly sour because it d like .. guest care????!!!! Anyway over all pub great brand great but not ideal. Not best practice

A typical english pub. Nice experiance

I've not been there before (I live in North Wales) but tonight I phoned there. A dear friend of mine lives in London and he recieved lovely news from the NHS. I phoned the pub knowing my pal was there and I wanted to tell the staff to pass over a message of how proud I am of him. I spoke to Lara and she was so patient, polite, so friendly and warm. I asked her to find my friend, I tried to tell her what he looks like, his accent, age etc... She was just so lovely. Myself and my pal together will be there having a drink soon and we will buy one for Lara too. Considering it's a pub I've not been to and I'm almost 400 miles away, I look forward to going there very soon xxx

The two of us went to this pub after attending a football match. We ate fish and chips and tried lots of different beers. The fish and chips tasted very good and it was a large portion. Our waiter Max looked after us wonderfully and we had a great evening in a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Since the day was all about football, we were happy that football was also shown in the pub. We would and will come back.

We had the best fish and chips in the whole city. These were served by the very courteous waiter Max. We had a lot of fun in a beautiful setting with the best beers and live sport. Gladly again.

Great pub but please stop spraying the cleaning detergent directly in the table. Instead spray it over the cloth or use a wet dish cloth to clean the tables. The smell in the air is off putting and also, dangerous for the lungs. I’m not being a Karen but this is a close space and people need to breathe.

A short walk along the Kensington Garden can only stimulate appetite. The pub is large and well furnished with lots of wood, with a large bar area and many seats to stop to have dinner. It's Saturday night and there is the Premier League on TV so the pub is strap, luckily I booked. The staff is friendly, fast and attentive to the customer. The food is well cooked and well presented. The portions are abundant. The recommended pale ale was excellent and refreshing. Obviously there is a wide choice of beers and whiskey. A nice evening with good food, beer and football.

Large wooden desk, like tourists imagine the British pubs. Noisy atmosphere, as is right on a premier league Saturday evening. Cortese, quick and prepared staff. Excellent food and excellent beers. Although the pub was full, the wait for the food was not long.
