Large hot choc was average in size. Brownie was small and thin. I bought for ravenous husband. Good size for a child. Tasted good. Was told the brownies are home made hence the thin squashed look. Im very familiar with home made brownies. They dont look like these. Anyway, nice that they were open as we were desperate and husband felt better after eating.

An interesting and unique location for a coffee and light snacks at the mid point on a beach walk. The views are very special, Shoreham Harbour, the Downs, Brighton skyline and Shoreham Old Fort. Don’t expect tables and chairs, it’s a concrete seawall with cushions or nearby benches, or just walk on the beach or harbour arm.

This is such a lovely addition to our wonderful beach - really good coffee (even the decaf is delicious. Love the savoury muffins - and some times a world class classical guitarist blesses us with a bit of gorgeous free music. Fantastic situation overlooking the mouth of the River Adur.

Absolutely delighted to stumble upon the cafe, served from a horse box. Really friendly staff, amazing views. Perfect location. Tea was just OK, lovely tinned juice though. Quite unimpressed with the chocolate brownies, which were expensive for their quite small size, overly sweet, with a hard, crusty outside, and gooey/melted inside.

The Pollinator Café in Shoreham Beach (by the fort), run by the Durrant family, serves THE most delicious coffee and is an all-round class act - ethically sourced edibles and drinkables, a lovely setting and vinyl records on sale by, Durrant dad and virtuoso guitarist, Richard (sometimes he’s even there, playing a tune or two). It manages to create a casual atmosphere that always feels like a treat. 🙂

I first visited last summer in their first week of opening and have since been back a few times. Staffed by the lovely Durrant family, with great coffee and snacks. Plenty of options for plant based food and drink lovers. If he’s in, Richard is likely to play you a few tunes.

This coffee van serves excellent coffee. Situated at the mouth of the River Adur, and overlooking the entrance to Shoreham harbour. A team of friendly baristas serve not only coffee, but teas, cold drinks and nibbles. They are all following covid protection rules. Well worth a visit or two!

Friendly staff but £6.35 for a small pot of tea and a dry, not very fresh, fruit scone is a bit pretentious.
