Brilliant help and support in arranging a special Hen ‘do’. The Afternoon tea was really lovely and beautifully presented. We were really looked after and a memorable day was achieved.

On Valentine’s Day, my partner made a reservation online for a table; however, at no point was it indicated that the sole dining option available for that day would be a Valentine’s Day special priced at £60 per person. From my perspective, the menu offered was limited, featuring only two fish dishes, one pork dish, and one vegan option. I had anticipated a more diverse selection, as I do not believe it is customary to impose a set menu without prior notice. Had I been informed of this constraint, I would have chosen not to make the reservation. Furthermore, we were not the only patrons who decided to leave the establishment on that day, as several others expressed dissatisfaction stemming from the lack of communication regarding the set menu. DEPOSIT WAS NOT REFUNDED OUTRAGEOUS.
